Tried moving the cache to the SD card but didn't help.

I get the same thing, but only when the sd card is used(mounted). Just watch out the state of the sd card
try posting in the GENERAL forum and not in development.

i have HTC HD and after installing the adndroid 2.2 and hitting the adroid button from the programs it starts loading and stoped stating :

i formated the SD (FAT 32) but it did not work

Problem with reading SD card after successfully upgrading to honeystreak HD7 R2.
used to have a froyo t-mobile stock with no problem with the card.
after upgrading to honeystreak, my dell streak wont read the SD no more.
the only thing that it is saying is "mount the sd card". i always click that and nothing happens.
can anyone please help me? thank you in advance!

probably the rom doesnt support your sd card's file system.You can try formatting and removing all the partitions you have made

Hello everyone,
I have a galaxy note 2 currently with DN4_v2.1_by_E-Team and clockwork recovery.
Today I created a new folder in my SD and when the folder was created it filled with some files that had weird symbols for names . Details of the folder said that its size was 145 GB , my SD is 16 GB.
So I tried to delete the folder but could not at the beginning , finally I did it. Then I noticed an app with the same symbols and some of my apps that where in the SD would not open.
I deleted the app and then all my apps that where in SD would not load. I did a wipe, factory reset and tried to format the SD card . The SD card was locked I could not delete or write anything. I tried flashing the rom again with the same SD card (probably a bad idea) but I could not write in the SD. I tried to format the SD with an adapter but it says that windows couldnt complete the format, I run Windows 10 btw. I checked the adapters write protection and tried a couple of applications , I tried diskpart from the windows cmd and scanned with 2 different antiviruses. I am out of ideas .
Any suggestions ? or should I throw the SD card away and go buy a new one ?

I am using a LG Stylo 2 running android 6.0.1, out of the box it did not support adoptable storage so I enabled it through ADB. But recently I cannot open some apps that are on the SD Card and when i try to install apps i get an error 492. When I eject my SD Card I can install apps. When SD Card is inserted I can listen to music and view my photos so I know its not damaged, any ideas?
