hello guys, I have a treo 750 and I have the 3 colour screen, I try to MTY and put it in the fresh rom
SPLASH1 - OK
BOOTLOADER - OK
GSM - OK
MICROP - OK
EXTROM - OK
OS - OK
but the phone restart and guess what? I have the 3 colour screen again, I dont know what else can do for my p.o.s. phone

Hello everyone, I was holding my mda in my hand today, and suddenly the phone beeped, and then turned off. This sounded like a submarine sonar. Anyways, when I turn it back on now it will go to the t mobile screen ( boot screen ) load up the first 4 lines of red characters, and then hang. It will not do anything, and eventually it will beep. It does this regardles of power source (wall/battery). The four lines that it loads are :
ipl 1.08
spl 1.08
gsm 01.09.01
OS 1.8.10.2
After these load the windows loading icon that spins appears in the middle of the screen and the system makes the same sonar booey sound. MY MDA WILL NOT TURN ON!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance for all the help, does anyone know how to fix this?

you need to press the Camera button then press reset (DON"T RELEASE THE BUTTON UNTIL THE 3 COLOR STRIPS COME OUT) --> ALready enter USB mode, from here you can flash your ROM (Recomended with Oringinal ROM)...
I have exactly the same problem and it work on mine...

Hi guys, today my Treo doesn't like to start.
I've a WM5 spanish Treo and yesterday i made a hard reset and leave it only with Yahoo Go!.
Today:
- the screen was black all the time.
- after a soft reset the device hangs in "Palm" screen
- after a hard reset the same thing.
(I'm tried all without any miniSD inserted)
The last thing: when connected to charge (not USB, direct from power), no green light appear...
Any suggestion?

hi i'm a noob and i just updated my 2007 shadow to 6.5 custom rom
it was working fine until i hooked it up with active sync
it kinda froze so i just took out the battery
then when i went to start it up i got this red green blue colored screen
I tried a hard reset it doesnt do anything work and i dont know what to do
please help me i have no idea what to do

You are stuck in Bootloader mode. Go to the shadow section and see if someone in there has any advice. You may also want to reflash your rom as it may be that you had a bad flash to begin with.
A few weeks ago I was installed the Energy ROM but now I had the MightyROM. The problem is that every time I power on my phone still had the EnergyROM Boot screen.(The first screen with the red text on the bottom) How I can change it?

Have a look at NBIMG, it converts BMP to NBH
New WM 6.5 ROM on starting uses only blue and yellow in v low resolution.
Display technically OK - shows 3 colours on bootloader, and on Hardware Info it says 64k colours - just legible in its 2 lo-res colours.
After some duration 5-15min, using screen off/on h/w button, display suddenly clears to full colour and display resolution.
Free storage 169.15MB, free program 67.12MB, no change with cleanRAM.

This is most probably faulty lcd screen, so you might have to replace it with a new one.
Thank you, yes, tho it's odd that this onset only after flashing (and there was no mechanical damage).
Have clarified that switching screen off at any stage in the start-up will resolve it (gives normal screen) so I'll not try buying a new screen just yet.
May it be relevant that the first flash was interrupted by my PC's BSOD (first in months!); perhaps a voltage spike damaging a memory address?
Have you tried flashing it with the same rom, or the origional, to check if it is a faulty system file?
No, I'm nervous about flashing it again in case there was some hardware damage to video locations of memory during the BSOD - is that possible?
Have more detail on the fault sequence after soft-reset:
1. "smart mobility" logo displays normally (white text , black background) for 3s
2. red pixels disappear from this logo when Device ID data displays in red at lower R corner.
3. HTC splash screen displays in v low res in blue & yellow without red
4. start-up proceeds to desktop, display no change - unless
5. power off-on anytime after splash screen seems to re-start the display in full res and normal colours.
