For mapping keyboard buttons, use PQzII. I have Ctrl+Enter → OK

You should be able to remap device hardware buttons (volume, call start/end, home, back) with AEButton+, but I haven't tried.

There is other threads about that issue, it "kinda" works, but not as it should...
Does anyone know how I can get one of my hardware buttons to popup my input panel?
I tried setting it to the PTT button but it doesn't seem to work...
Hey everyone! Im new in smartphone world, so i need your help.
Problem is that I dl-ed a game (tomb raider) and it requires arrow keys to move, but TD2 doesn't have arrow keys. I tought maybe its possible to assign left and right keys on volume buttons and up and down keys on call button and home button.
Except that they should only be like that in games.
So if you know how this can be done, then I would be grateful for your replies.
Thank you!
The touchscreen on my TouchPro just died on me, so I had to set "Windows Default" as my homescreen, which works okey as my hardkeys are working alright. However, I'm unable to send SMS messages etc. as I can't use the softkeys anymore.
Is it possible to assing the left and right softkeys to my hardkeys instead?
Thanks for your time
Check out AE Button, although it doesn't work so well on the d-pad buttons, because they suck (especially on older devices). The vol buttons are assignable, as are the keyboard ones.
Thanks alot for the suggestion! I managed to remap the softkeys to my volume keys, finaly being able to respons/send text messages again
In case anyone else needs the program, the authors site's at http://ae.inc.ru/aebplus.php
