Hi all, I was thinking of buying a HTC Cheetah as a replacement of my elfin and was wondering if manila 2d could work on a screen like that.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I don't think it will work properly.

Try UltimateLaunch. It is very configurable and has a fairly low memory footprint.... tons of possibilities
Homescreen ++ is another nice alternative..

ok...so my phone has HTC Home...so thats nothing new...I have animation on my boot up...so thats nothing new...the home screen wallpaper looks very pretty...but im sure theres nothing special to that...My phone has touchflo, so if your thinking about cooking a ROM around that,thats nothing new either...
So...whats so special about this ROM then any other one? you should try again with the teaser...but i do like the name

HTC Cube v2 have support make 4 sides.And it very faster,of course it better than HTC cube

Hi all, any kind souls can guide me steps by steps how to change my Omnia to HTC Diamond interface? THanks!
I doubt if that is possible. The Manila app (the Diamond-specific interface) is made with a 480x640 resolution in mind. I don't think that it will work properly on a screen with 800x480 screen.
Apart from that, the Diamond has a dedicated 3D-chip, I don't know if the Omnia does.

i have some questions about the roms.. i already googled and searched in the forum but i cant find answers.
1. i would like to use a htc diamond rom on my omnia.. does it work? i want all features of the htc not only the skin with mobile shell for example. is there a way?
if yes it would be nice if you could tell me where i can find it incl introduction ^^ (GERMAN ROM!!!!)
2. if i flash another rom on my omnia, how can i get the original back?
3. dno a 3rd question atm.. xD^^

sorry dude you cannot use a diamond rom let alone any htc rom on that phone because it was not made by htc... what you need to look for is programs, skins etc. made for 240×400 resolution to work with your phone.. not sure if tf3d works with the omnia.. what ever you find on here make sure you read all the notes to see if it phone specific

you may be able to get manilla 2d but your phone is not htc so it will not load tf3d. People are having a hard enough time porting tf3d to other htc phones it wasn't made for.
Ok so how do i revert back to the original omnia rom? im currently using M2D rom..
i got a i900 8gb and got a htc rom on it working very nicely, can't complain

I was wondering does someone knows where can the new dialer from HD mini be found if at all? The HD mini seems to work on WM 6.5.3 and it have new Sense and the dialpad icon in the dailer is not like the current one (ugly in 6.5.3 builds) Also I have seen in some videos of the HD mini that HTC have removed the Start button at all from the interface and I personaly think it is nicer that way!

I have to say, it is the first iteration of WM6.5.x that has not revolted me with the normally hideous bottom menu and phone buttons, but we are still left with TWO clocks on the Home screen, which are redundant and a waste of space. I am excited about possible refinements to the Sense UI finding there way into cooked ROMs for the HD2, or better yet, an official Sense update for the HD2, which can then find its way into cooked ROMs!
A little Update! The patch that was given earlier is not working on any ot the ROMs I've tested so far! So we are back to square one (do not pass GO do not collect 200) any help on the matter PLS?

Nice device! Customs ROMS available too...only problem low available RAM
got my raphael back, keyboard is repaired(=replaced) now i'm happy with it for the next half year
hope htc creates a new amazing qwertz keyboard phone soon.
