Hello,
I was wondering if there is any way to get iContact (Burts Edition) to show the SMS threaded? I'm not sure if I'm just missing something or if it's not possible. I really like PocketCM's SMS threading with the speech bubbles back and forth, does iContact have something like this, or is there any way to seemlessly intigrate that portion of PocketCM into iContact? Thanks,
-sosloe
iContace BE uses the standard winmo SMS application, so if you have 6.1 is shows threaded SMS's. I don't thinkg pockketCM and icontact can work together.
the luxury of iContacts is its smallness and thus speed. i dumped PocketCM as it was getting bigger and more sluggish as features were adeed.
iContact RUELS ALL!

I have an i780 and have installed real vga -
1) the dial pad is now pretty small - how do I increase the size? I remember doing it before and can't remember how I did it.
2) Not sure if this is a result of real vga or not - I have installed the treo threaded sms .cab - however the threaded conversations are tiny - too small to read in any comfort, any way to increase the size of the text?
looking at the fact that you problems are both resolution affected it lloks like this is the cause of the problems
was the program made for the phone your using
I solved the dial pad issue - even without realvga, the treo threaded sms app seems to have tiny text.
Anyone able to recommend a different threaded sms app?
This is my 1st windows mobile device and I really don't like that fact messages appear in conversations, is there anyway to change this so it comes up normally and/or changes the menu layout
get advanced config or diamond config and you can change it from threaded
thanks alot!!
On the Sprint Touch Pro you just go to Settings/System/Text Messaging and you can switch from from Classic to Threaded or the opposite. No extra programs required.
s there a finger friendly messaging application like the silverinbox on the Omnia, or can someone write one.
This would be very useful for win mobile 6.1 but it look like 6.5 messaging will not be updated, Silverinbox is absolutely brilliant but has some bugs.
Messaging seems to be the only application on Windows mobile that has not had a third party finger friendly application written for it.
Many thanks
PocketCM
Vito-SMS
and if you have a diamond.. touch pro... blackstone.. you can install the new rhodium manila and use the built in SMS app
Neither of those meet my needs. I would love to see something in the same quality as iContact. I want to have contact pictures next to the messages and the great kinetic scrolling iContact brings.
Hopefully one of the styling gurus here will take up the project.
I am not a fan of threaded messaging I dont have massive conversations i want the option to disable threaded messaging.
you want both a finger friendly and a not-threaded messaging app?
in this forum you find the cab for silverinbox.... it works on a htc touch, but it not very smooth...
in the options you can enable and disable the threaded sms!

You can 'disable' threaded messaging in PCM. Go into your normal SMS messaging otptions, and turn off the option to save your sent messages.
PCM will only see the SMS messages that are in your inbox.
The HD2 calendar is terrible. I am looking for a calendar apps, either free or paid. Any recommendations? Thanks
Best one in my eyes is Thumbcal 1.4.0 Absolutely fingerfriendly. Uses the WinMo calendar in the background (so syncing, showing in hometab etc. is no problem). Handles Tasks, Appointments, extra notes for each apptmt, shows your Appointmentsgroups in different colours, skinnable and so on. In my eyes still the best one. Directly linked to the calendar entries on the manila homescreen (p.ex. with co0kies Hometab 1.6.1 when you tap on the appointments it opens thumbcal) it is absolutely comfortable and efficiently to use. Some Screenshots with the S-Black Skin are attached.

ThumbCal works fine in my HD2

Looks like a winner to me!!
Looks excellent to me. I will download the trial and try for 2 days demo before buying it. Thanks guys.
Try Pocket Informant
have a look at mvcal...
finger friendly, colored appointment, task management, many settings to personalize and the best - you have all your appointments (and due tasks) of the current month at a glance on the large HD2 screen
see screenshots...
One more vote for Pocket Informant. It is by far the best and most advanced PIM available.
Agenda One is fine to my HD2.
hi,
I tried the Trial of Calendar Touch on my HD2 which was really good working
everything works fine without a stylus and also uses the WinMo calendar for sync.

It's a really good app but for me the Manila calendar is quite enough
Calendar touch
I could very much recommend Calendar Touch from shsb.net as well.
very nice and very customizeable
Hi any of these calendars sync with microsoft my phone ??
How do i make it the phones default calendar i.e what registry tweaks do I need to do. Thanks
I am not liking the HTC messaging client on my HD2. The traditional default SMS client of WM65 was much better and useworthy. When I click the tmail.exe it opens the menu and it does not show any option to launch SMS.
Any idea?????
