Fuze Touch Flo Email Icon question - Touch Pro, Fuze General

I have four email accounts, including one utilizing MS Exchange.
On my Fuze, four little envelopes appear on the right hand side of the page in vertical order. According to instruction manual, they represent the four existing email accounts.
My problem is that the envelope on the bottom of the page - Touch Flo portion - will indicate the number of unread emails, but the vertical envelopes on the right hand side of the page which (according to the User Manual) should show the unread messages assigned to each account, have not every indicated anything.
Furthermore, the large envelope in the center of the screen will only show those emails from the MS Exchange account. Not unread emails from my other three accounts.
I am able to access emails from my other accounts using the MS screen, but not the HTC Touch Flo.
I have tried several things to no avail.
Suggestions or better yet, a solution, would be very welcomed.

Click to collapse
look for an app called TF3d config. try removing the mail tab from touch flo. reset the phone. then add it again. see what happens.

resolved it-
Removed all email accounts - hard reset - reloaded the four accounts - everything working

Has anyone been able to resolve this without a hard reset?

Intellisync and the Fuze

My employer uses Intellisync to provide access to corporate e-mail on pda's. It took some doing, but it is now running properly on my Fuze. However, Intellisync places the e-mail in an odd folder called "Outlook E-mail." This folder does not show up as an account in Messaging and can't be accessed by the email tab in TF3D. I can only get to my e-mail by using the right arrow to scroll through accounts, opening the Intellisync client or opening the "Show" tree view and selecting the Outlook E-mail folder. Anyone have any ideas on getting WM6.1 to see this as a real account?
Another odd thing about Intellisync is that it won't scroll. That is, within the client program, if a page is longer than the screen, I can't get to the unseen part. I move the slider down, and it just pops back up. I press the down arrow to scroll down and nothing happens other than the down arrow momentarily changing color. I assume this is some weird remnant from the process of porting from Symbian to WM6. Anybody know what is going on?

Extra e-mail account icon

So I somehow ended up with an extra email account icon (the little envelopes on the right) on the Mail homescreen of my Fuze. There is no actual account for it. If I click on it it says "no messages" and if I click on Inbox, it takes me to the page that shows the different accounts (where there is no extra account). Any ideas on how I could get rid of this icon? Anyone else ever experience this? I would post a screen capture but I'm a bit of a noob around these here parts. I've tried going into the accounts settings, but again, there are only 2 e-mail accounts and I have three envelope icons on the Mail homescreen. Thanks for any suggestions/ideas.
Did you set up an email account on your fuze? Did you also set up windows mobile device center (or equiv) to sync email account (outlook)? I did, and had the same thing going you describe. My solution was to remove one of those.
did you activate msn?
it normally sets up hotmail account automatically.
Thanks for the replies. I did set up 2 email accounts, which both show up and work fine. It's just that there is a 3rd envelope icon that is not linked to any account, apparently. It's not an outlook account from Mobile Device Center, either, checked that (I have email unchecked). Also, I did not set up MSN. Hmmm...

BBConnect and "Click to view message"

I probably asked this question already - one more (rather last) attempt.
I have HTC Touch Pro/ROMeOS2 1.70.3b/AT&T in Chicago. I installed BBConnect (www.sems.org) and connected to my corporate exchange server. I am able to get emails, calendar, notes, address book all properly synced and works great.
However, I am not able to see the preview of any email on my TouchFlo main screen. It shows the sender and in the body I only see "Click to view message". If I click it takes me to the email to show the whole email. One big feature of Touch Pro is to give you the preview of the mail in the mainscreen, right?
Can anyone help me on this??
Thanks
Mahesh

Email account missing from manllia

Heres an interesting one for you, I have had the issue for a few months now and I've never bothered to fix it as I have always been telling myself ill flash a new Rom some day and that will fix it.
Anyway, the email tab in manilla has lost my exchange account. syncs, works fine, but its just not a selectable mailbox in manilla.. strangley however, if an unread email pops into my exchange account manilla adds the unread message count on the tab at the bottom, there is just no icon on the right to pick the exhange account anymore.
IE right now I have 16 un-read emails (icon on the bottom) when I goto the mail tab i see my IMAP account on the right and the most recent message from my imap account is displayed, no unread messages and compose new message.
I think from memory i was playing around with other accounts when this happened, I've tried adding other accounts, they all get a new tab.
Does anyone know if this info is stored in the registry or any fix for this?

Phantom e-mail accounts on Win 6.5 home screen

Hi,
I have a rather annoying problem with my Win 6.5 Titanium home screen. When I slide to the e-mail entry it lists four different e-mail accounts, but I have only two (and only these two are listed in my e-mail account settings). The other two seem to be two IMAP accounts that have been imported by my backup from my old Win 6.1 phone. But as they are not listed in my e-mail account list, only on my home screen, and because I can't open them (when I tap on them on the home screen, nothing happens), I have no idea how to get rid of them.
I already searched the registry, but I can't find them there. I also deleted the pim file in my root directory, but that didn't help either.
Any suggestions (besides hard reset) are really appreciated?
Thanks in advance,
dude
