Thanks a lot for the heads up on the configuration tool. But unfortunately it didn't work. I set up to stay on for 10 min, but it still kicks off after like 10sec God I hope it's just my keyboard that has this problem.

Surely it would be better to hope that it's the software that's the problem, that way someone can come up with a fix for it?

Hi, I have Battery Status installed on my phone for a long time. and My version is 1.05.105 beta5
and every 5 seconds or so the freeware message keeps coming up. I can't even use my phone properly with it. What's going on?
I tried search of this message but I had no luck.

it did the same with me but after a soft reset it went away
it comes back after a soft reset. it shows up when my phone is finished booting.

Yeah me too! It's really winding me up. I don't even remember installing the blasted thing. Unless it came with my Dutty ROM I just installed but the messages only started showing up in the last day and I've had the ROM for over a week with no problems before this. I am wondering if it hitched a lift on something else I installed

I don't have homescreen plus plus I want to continue to use Resco Today explorer. I don't know where BatteryStatus Advanced even came from!

look dude, if you cannot search for homescreen plus plus, which is succesor for bs, i think you should stop writing..
Does anyone experience this? I find it really irritating. Sometimes its really smooth, but most of the time it doesn't work as well when you try to answer text messages.
Anyone has this keyboard lagging problem or is there any solution to it? (I've disabled the word suggestion and it still lags)

I also have this keyboard entry lag problem. Even with word suggestion disabled.
I am running original Stock rom, and hope that the next update solved this porblem.
Dangit I hope this problem won't be a continuation from the Kaiser/Tytn II/Tilt. The skipping letters and keyboard lag issue is one of the main reasons I want to upgrade from my Tilt. No matter what ROM or HardSPL I use the phone can't keep up with my typing speed.

Well i didnt really have this problem with Tytn. Now that this happens, I felt really disappointed with the product.
As I know,that lag occurs,when you start to type immediately after sliding-out. The system is that time too busy with display rotating and that causes the lag(that;s the reason,why I want to disable autorotation,but don't know how to). It is OK after few seconds and it is displaying the chars as I type with no lag.
Im also victim of keyborad lag. Never used to get in on my TyTN 2

If you disable autorotate, wouldn't it stay in potrait mode when you're doing your typing?
I agree, only lag issues I have experienced is if typing starts immediately after pulling keyboard out. Worst scenario is to open Messages, then slide out keyboard and immediately try to start typing. Phone is at that time starting message program, changing screen orientation etc, so no wonder lag.
Just open keyboard, then click messages, wait for sec and you should not have lag...

thanks for the tip, but doesn't improve much of my situation. wonder whether it has got to do with any tweaks i've done in the registry. In any case I'd try hard reseting and try again. Should it be the same, I'd guess we'll need new ROM updates to see if it improves the situation on the auto-rotate.
I mean it's really tough to switch your style when it comes to existing TyTn users. "message comes in -> slides and reply"

I have the same issue, however, even whenn waiting for a few sec's after opening the keyboard, it will still lag..
I have checked if I have other processes running, but I am not. It will start typing fine, then lags for a couple of seconds, then types normal again, after the lag. It will give me a lot of double lettres in the text I typed when the lag was occuring.. Very, very annoying
The hardware keyboard was the reason for getting this pnone. I used to have the QTEK9100, and there this was never an issue...
Mine is a straight out of the box MDA Vario IV, received from Tmobile friday..
Would a ROM change help in this case? I don't want to loose my warrantee on it...

same here, not just when starting also during typing it stops for 10 sec, then continues. Also when using sliding keyboard iso display keyboard when fields are filled partially with characters these become unreadable when switching to sliding keyboard. iow sliding keyboard cannot be used always and cannot be switched to/from display keyboard. also after hardreset and rebuiling touchpro problem reoccured from start.
any suggestions??

This is "No.8 bug" of Cotulla's ROM.
When you close BTH and suspend device for a while,after that if you want to turn on BTH,you will get this bug,or sounds become noise.
Use SRS HD to fix sound noise,and soft reset if you got no sounds.

Hi there, found a bug. When I tried to "BT discoverable" straight way, the problem was freezing. After couple of minius, it just turn off phone.

xiaojin, could you please add a switch for wi-fi to this program? Currently SDIO adapters still work, so it would make using them a lot easier than going to "settings-network adapters" all the time
Guys, I've been facing a clock problem for some time now, searched Google and the threads for a solution for some time now but no result is to be found.
My clock is always around 10 minutes late, i keep settings it to the correct time, a couple of minutes later, i look at the phone, and its ten minutes late again. I think its related to Sense 2.5, but i am not sure, anyone else facing this issue?
I flashed the phone with the Stock ROM before going to EnergyROMs (Lesson learned). Any ideas?

Not really, the whole clock on the upper right corner is also 10 minutes late ,in addition to the flip clock. As explained earlier, I keep fixing them, they show up correct then a while after, the time is again, wrong! Its making me go crazy.
Maybe you have on that option to sync with your Cellular network?

THANK YOU!!!! It was set to sync, i removed the checkbox in hopes it gets solved, THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES
So I turned off Miui Optimization because I wanted the always on display to always been on (apparently if you disabled Miui Optimization, it wouldn't turn off after 10 seconds). It worked, but I lost some things like the haptic vibration or the Gaussian blur of the interface. I need help, I enabled Miui Optimization again but it didn't fix it (I restarted my cellphone more than 5 times). I don't know what to do and I'm not able to find a solution.

Did you able to find the solution for this issue? I got this issue two times and everytime I had to reset. Funny thing is that there was also a dark mode glitch as well. Although, everything gets normal while charging the phone... Seriously, MIUI is annoying as hell.

Yeah, I was able to find a solution for it. I suffered the same thing you have, phone was back to normal when I plugged the cable to charge it. I installed an app called "Hidden Settings (if you search it on the play store as "Hidden Settings Miui" it'll appear on there). Open the app and go to "hidden" at the bottom of the interface, then search for the battery options and its gonna be one of those 4 options.
In my case, the problem was with the second battery option. It was enabled and I had to disable it, then it started working like nothing happened.
I hope you can fix it, if you need help just answer this saying it.

Thank you so much for replying and your help buddy. I had to reset everytime because of that bug and eventually decided not to turn off MIUI optimizations. BTW Did it work while MIUI optimization was off?

tbh I didn't try it with the Miui optimization off, but I think that if you disable the battery optimizations I told you before; it should work fine even with Miui optimization turned off. You can try it, you do know how to fix those "bugs" if they happen again so you'll not lose anything.
