THe pocket PC platform seems perfect for Emulations...
But i can't seem to find an up to date Mame... for Win mobile...
---------------------------------------
Next to that i'd be happy with any other good emulators. Like C64 and Super NES...
Yes, in fact you can try to play some Mame games. I have played some roms, and 1941 run more or less well although in my Polaris is not easy to configure the device buttons. More information in this site:

4Pockets, a developer company pretty famous for their high-quality Pocket PC games, have recently released a desktop (Windows) PC version of 4Connect and Great Gold Rush, two of their earlier, excellent multiplayer-enabled games.
They can be found here and here, respectively.
The games are an exact replica of the Pocket PC version and work just great in multiplayer (I've tested them against Pocket PC opponents over a Bluetooth PAN). The only problem with them is that they use a window sized 240*320; this means you will need to lower the resolution of your desktop to either 640*480 or 800*600 if you want to play these games.
Their third multiplayer-enabled title, Air Hockey Challenge, still has not been ported to the desktop Windows.
Note that the developer has also ported a lot of their other titles to the desktop Windows. They, however, aren't multiplayer-enabled and, therefore, I haven't tested them on the desktop.

It was a week ago that I published a tutorial on playing NeoGeo, CPS-1 and CPS-2 arcade games on Windows Mobile. Read the article about what it’s all about, where it can be downloaded from etc.
The excellent developer, Masterall, has just come out with an upgraded version of the application, promising Motorola 68k and sound emulation fixes.
I’ve thoroughly tested the new version with the Metal Slug series and didn’t found it as good and quick as the previous, 0.08 version (I’ve tested the two versions face-to-face, under exactly the same circumstances). This may be caused by the new 68k core, as the CPU of the NeoGeo is also a 68k.
I’ve also tested the new version with some, also 68k-based CPS-1 and CPS-2 games (1941, 1944, 19xx); I haven’t found any changes in emulating them.
This means you might want to rename the old FinalBurn.exe to, say, FinalBurn08.exe and keep it in the home directory of the emulator just in case you need to squeeze out all the possible frames out of them, while copying the new, 0.09 version of FinalBurn.exe in the same directory. Just switch back to using the old version if you encounter (more) sound problems with the new.
Note that I’ll publish either later today or tomorrow a BIG all-in-one review of ALL arcade machine simulators, also featuring FinalBurn (along with MameCE and the two current versions of PocketCultMAME).
Just take note that FinalBurn shouldn't be categorized with the MAME builds. They are technically emulating different platforms. On the desktop it had rivals with WinKawaks and Nebula, but it really has none on the PocketPC.

Yeah, I've also emphasized this in the just-published article on generic arcade emulation.
Coders made them for prev generation HTC phones, why not the Tilt?
Probably better posted in the general Kaiser forum...vs the Upgrading forum; however....
I believe that Morphgear works....I have only tried Gameboy (regular) and NES games, but they both work. It does have support for both SNES and GBA.
But as you mentioned, it was created quite some time ago and thus is not optimal for the Kaiser. As I recall, SNES should be "ok" in terms of speed. GBA will be slow.
Using the HTC Performance plugin, the gba emulation is a little bit better. But I still wouldn't play any platform or fast paced games on it. I stick to games like advance wars, or fire emblem, where you can use frameskip without too much consequence. Still better than any ppc games out, IMO.
there are a couple of emu's for snes ive used one called zsnes that seemed to work ok the only problem is the hardware keys being to close.
There was a thread in the general Kaiser forums about NES emulators. Your best bet would to be to ask there, as it already contains some information pertainent to this subject.

Morphgear is the best EMU ever
It got all the platforms
NES , GBColor , works great 100%
SNES, SEGA GENESIS works nice without sound, some bugs with soud
GBA is a little slow

yea, cause you need to launch the exe with your computer and have your phone connected to activesync or mobile device center... its not a cab installer
Morphgear works
pocket gba works faster than morph gear at least it feels faster

I could see where you trying to go with this...nice try but they didn't get the hint.
The Wiki is down, or I'd look there...
I have a WM6.5 smartphone (non-touchscreen).
I no nothing of emulators, just that they exist for old game systems (like NES and SNES) and that current smartphones are plenty strong to run them.
What I want: some kind of SNES emulator and a way to play my old Mario games on my Samsung Jack (WM6.5 standard). I'd love, love, LOVE to get Super Mario 3 going. I played that for many hours as a kid, and I'd love to get it back.
What do I need to know to get an emulator for my phone?
Where can one find the games to load on my memory card?
Anyone?
Anything?
For SNES emulation I recommend PocketSNES. Good performance + possibility to rotate screen. Get it from http://n0p.tonych.info/?PocketSNES
For NES - use PocketNester if you don't want rotation, use PocketNesterPlus if you want it (warning - without rotation it crashes ). Google the first, get the second from Modaco (version by Masterall)
For Sega MegaDrive - get PicoDrive. Many versions on the net, there might be one for a smartphone.
I don't know if these emulators work on smartphone edition as I only have a touchscreen device. But I think you should try, if they work, they will provide you with hours of gameplay.
MorphGear is your best option. Works very nicely.

It is paid though. What I posted is free. But if you want to spend money I think SmartGear is better (more systems and better performance for less cash).
Moved as not software release.

This emu is pretty young on android, but it is good on windows, and not common fact, it s his own creator porting for android. On play we can configure controls, and there is NO FRAMESKIP ( if you ask, try to change to frameskip 0 for every .emu from broglia on the play and you will understand...soud become laggy every some secs).
This emu is still young so some roms won t load for now, as super mario 2 lost levels (i think it may be that fds is unsupported at the moment), but be patient, the dev is no other than jabo who worked on project64 long time ago.
Yeah, I like Jnes on XPlay, works pretty well except only game that I cant get to load is original Super Mario Bros 1 (or whatever it was called )
Ok, so i ve contacted the dev, really a nice guy. So fds is not supported by now, and maybe will but not in the near future. But great new, he also told me he wanted to makr a new n64 emu for android!!!! not just a port!!! That would be really great knowing that he s the marvellous plugin author of project64, which was my fav emu on pc!!!

New feature on jnes, that other nes emus don t have: cover artwork, it is a beta feature, but 70 percent of my games have a cover in the listing by now, and it is really cool!

I purchased it as well, I noticed this thread, it's a wonderful emulator, just like it is on the PC, the cover art continues to get better and the UI overall is the best I've seen on my tablet. Hope other people check it out.
