O2 Xda mini (black velvet) need help!

Can someone give me link where I can find rom update for it.
I tried rom update for O2 Xda II mini but it didn't work.
I've searched for answer on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=247994, but I didn't find it.
I want to change language to English and I'll be thankful if someone help me.
EDIT: I will be satisfied if you can find link to original rom because I can't do anything on my PPC. I didn't uninstall the German OS but when I turn on PPC it tells me "Tippen Sie auf den Touchscreen, um Ihren Pocket PC einzurichten.". When I click on it next is "touchscreen test" and I can't do anything. Help

Which ROM I can install on it? My PPC is useless. Any answer, please.

You should select any ROM tha is at least 1.13 (or 1.12)
Place your phone in bootloader mode, before you attempt to flash it.

OK SO I UPGRADED MY IMATE K-JAM ALSO KNOWN AS THE WIZARD FROM WM5 TO WM6 WITH NO PROBLEM ,ITS JUST THAT I CANNOT RESTART IT NOW ,IT JUST HANG ON THE WINDOWS WM6 SCREEN BUT IF I HARD RESET THE WIZA IT GOES ON AND ALL ----ROM VERSION IS:2.18.0.0WWE

Men i dont understand nothing you have said, jeje does you speak spanish, russian or something cause your english is uuuugly! so if you want an answer check it here.
So repeat all and slowly please.

First thing, you need to install HardSPL before flashing non-carrier ROMs in your Wizard.
Secondly, DON'T USE ShellTool to flash any ROMs now! After installing HardSPL, you can just use RUU to flash any ROMs without IPL/SPL.
What you need to do now is to use the original ROM for your device to get a working OS, then install HardSPL.

Upgrade to WM6.1 fails repeatedly

Hello,
before I get into my problem description: yes, I did read all (or most of) the upgrade and troubleshoot guides in this forum, but I still can't figure out what's going wrong when I try to flash a 6.1 ROM. So any help is appreciated.
Device: G3 S200
here is what I did:
hardSPL
flash the ROM with a 6.1 ROM found in this forum (I tried 4 or 5 different ones by now)
hard reset
the problem: the device is stuck in the tri-colored bootloader screen after the upgrade (I still have the USB connection)
I can go back to the old AKU2.2 image, but any upgrade to WM6.1 seems to fail.
A more bit of info: I did successfully upgrade my device to an AKU 3 image a year (?) ago (following the instructions from this forum). That worked like a charm.
My PC runs XP SP2 and ActiveSync 4.5.
Does anybody have any idea, what could be going on? I would hate to have to go back to an AKU 2.2 ROM :-(

successful upgrade
Hello,
just wanted to report back that after some more trying, I finally managed to get a 6.1 image working. I used the "alternative lazy tool" mentioned in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353547 with a pdaviet rom.

start menu does not work in K-Jam WM6.5 help !!

I have K-jam and I have 2 problems.
First : when I flash WM6.5 , start menu does not start after a couple of minuets of flashing the new rom. I have tries 6 copies of WM6.5 from this forum but the same result every time.
Whow can I fix this bug ? pleas help. whithout start menu I can not use my K-jam
Second problem: I have arabizer suite for my device and it works fine with WM6.1. however when I flsh WM6.5 and instal Arabic language , the external key boar either stuck or does not write in Arabic.
note: I am using the same Arabizer suite from Imaginet for WM6.1 and it works fine but with WM6.5 it does not work.
I have tried lots of Arabizer Suites and all of them fail.
please help. I like WM6.5 from this forum but I cant use it because of these problems.

can u tell about your device g4 or g3? radio and spl? and which rom??

hmmm ok now again flash X2... win 6.5 without memory card and after flash when coustomization will start u just softreset by your styllus

I have solved the problem
I have installed SPB Home immediatly after I flashed the rom
the start menu now works fine with me
this is day 5 of using WM6.5 and every thing is good

Help...Stuck on Boot screen

I have an old Prophet that refuses to boot to the Operating system. I see the Orange Logo screen with:
IPL 2.20.0001
SPL 2.20.0001
GSM 02.47.21
OS 2.10.1.22
I don't know if (a long time ago) I flashed a G3 phone with a G4 rom or what (would this be the result????).
I have also tried flashing all sorts of ROMs found on this site and even gone onto WIN 6 but it always halts the booting at this screen...
Can anyone help before this phone ends up in the bin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First you must flashed an WM5 Rom. Search for Qtek hier and read so many treads about this prob.

I have followed the instructions on this site to recover my M600 but it STILL refuses to boot up....
I have tried various ROMs ect to no avail............
Can anyone out there resolve this ?????

Are your battery over 50 % to flash ?

Battery is fully charged and the last ROM flashed was:
RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe
I have also tried this one:
Original-Shipped-ROMs/OrangeUK/Prophet_Orange_UK_ROM.zip
They both have the same result.

You start your phone - bring it in the bootloader modus -connect to pc - flashed the qtec rom you have - If this doesn`t go, I am on the end to help, and you are the first guy it doesn`t go. Sorry
P.S. Dissable Active Sync - Flash only with XP, no VISTA. No USB Hub - If you connect the device you must see in the left down corner USB and than flash

NEO.. I have done this and it will still not boot, maybe it's a hardware problem and it is well and truly "bricked"...

Hello there,
I think I had a similar Problem, once I flashed some signed roms via
softspl (Neo Shadow 1.0), everything went okay till then.
I forgot the missing HardSPL on one of my Prophets and
Flashed with RUU Bikertibis 6.5 23007 wich worked fine
after flashing. Even with no hardspl it worked till flashing
the next rom...bricked.
Stucking in bootloader and even the Shiped WWE Rom with NVID
was not working. Stucking in the 3 color screen.
My Prophet was sold as TC-500 from german telekom,
so it had spl 2.56.001 wich only allowed Roms signet
by the vendor, also the NVID Rom you tried didn't worked.
but i kept trying and flashed RUU_Prophet_220739_2207119_021921_QTEK_GER_Ship_NO_IPL_SPL.exe
don't know why, but it booted up with this rom.
After this i made a HardSPL and everthing is fine now.
if i read correct you have SPL 2.20.0001 so use G4 RUU.
Try flashing on XP X68! It's easier this way.
I use XP64 wich works to. disable powersaving
and everthing else what could interfer flashing.
