Hello I have a dutch rom version, I need italian ROM version, where can I take it?

in wiki we find only the imate rom...we need the original rom downloaded from www.windowsmobile.it

because it doesn't let me register the device...don't ask me why!
They only have a mail support but they fust don't reply to my mails....

There are two Italian ROMs in the ftp; 11204_154_11210 amd 11204_139_11200, plus there is a 1.11 version too. I suppose one of them must be what you are looking for.

Nope...they're IMATE...I'm looking for italian Dangaard roms.

I never thought it would come thanks for letting us know :x downloading it now.
Of course this new rom probably doesn't contain any new upgrades to the phone than already known/listed on this forum.. but you never know
EDIT: As I tought: this ROM (the ENG-version) already exists for a while; it's quite old actually..

Does this new ROM (the English version) support A2DP? Does it have the required AKU version? I want to connect a bluetooth headset to my S200 (Jabra BT620s)

could you explore the rom and post your experiences here? just in case there's any difference with the swedish 2.2 WWE-rom or the AKU2.2 you made

They look the same, however they have put the latest Radio ROM in there, I havent checked it fully yet, going over some small things and the ext rom

a newbie question about this new rom from me. i tried to upgade my m600 (orange) unlockt G4 model. It has a CID lock but how i understand it that only limits you to use roms for youre country. I have a dutch (NLD) rom from orange so i thougt i could upgade. But the installation tels me that its not compatible! Annyone here who knows what to do?

How can I update my O2 Xda(UK) to the new ROM? The update progress starts when opening the downloaded files, but whit in a minute, I get the error invalid vendor id[294]. current ROM is a 2.15.x

try one of the CID unlock things (search the forum)... It provides you with all the files necessary to upgrade, except the nb.nfk (or something like that), which is in the rom itself. This is a bypass to the vendor lock....

Qtek S200 Upgrade - English Ver.
Upgraded my phone with the latest ROM release. My phone works much, much better now and it’s more stable than before.
A Major improvement, I use to suffer from phone suddenly switching it self off. Or when on charge with USB cable it would not come alive after disconnecting the cable. Highly recommending this upgrade!

WM 6.1 German ROM ?

Hy guys,
i'm new with the whole custom rom thing, and i am searching a GERMAN 6.1 ROM with the HTC applications.
is there already a german version ?

Yes i'm looking for a german version too. But i think as long as some providers don't release a german 6.1 Rom we need to translate an english one.

They were looking for a WM6.1 ROM the ROM you pointed out is WM6
There is no official WM6.1 ROM for the Herald/Wing out yet, not even in English.

Well... too bad though.

official latest rom version

Hello i am a new vox user. Can somebody tell me the officlan latest rom version for Vox. My machine has CE OS 5.2.1235 and Radio Version 4.1.13.37 Do i need to make a rom upgrade I see a official rom in HTC suport page but i can not see the version of that rom there.

The version of the latest HTC ROM is 1.34xxx (look in Settings > Device Information) The latest shipped ROMs are on the ftp of xda-dev! Radios are olso on the ftp!
Be aware that the official ROMs are WM6.0. All Wm 6.1 ROMs are unofficial.
And for the future please use the search a little bit more!

[HOTFIX] {Unofficial} SMS Messaging Client Problem SOLVED on 3.14 Rom

This hotfix is about the wrong placement of GREEK characters on HTC SMS MESSANGING CLIENT on STOCK ROM 3.14.482.2 ELL
(Last Official ROM for GREECE) and now for 3.14.405.2 English/WWE
It's Unofficial but I received it directly from HTC GREECE-CYPRUS.
It solved my problem 100% on my Stock 3.14 GREEK ROM.

The Hotfix seems to be working only in Greek (ELL) 3.14 Rom. WWE 3.14 Rom gives "not compatible with your device" message.

thanks for sharing this. but may i ask you what problems did this hotfix fixed? right now, i only have problems if i use 3rd party sms apps and don't encounter any with htc messaging.

There is no problem with the English language.
The problem is with the Greek language when you typing sms (shuffled characters) and maybe on other languages except the English language.
Do not try it if you do not have problem when typing sms.
This hotfix is safe only for the Greek language and the latest official Greek ROM (3.14.482.2 ELL).

Those who have corrected the problem (except the 3.14.482.2 ELL that we know it's working) please indicate what version of ROM they used in order to help more people that have the same problem with their own language.

Thanks. I have flashed my htc hd2 with the greek rom and now is working perfectly. Being greek cypriot I have no problem with greek !!!!!!!!

Sorry, but no good newz from me for the 3.14 WWE Rom after the test from member cagrotis.
Try to contact your local HTC support with e-mail form at HTC website. This is what i also did and i recieve the unofficial Hotfix. (after 2 months of waiting with the "Greeklish" sms...) Don't forget to mention what rom version and radio you use.
If you have good news from HTC, inform all the others here.

On my HTC with ROM: 3.14.482.2 (04666) ELL, it fixed the problem with the greek characters shown in wrong places, but I still cannot type in small greek letters. Only capitals. Any ideas
