I finally got my hands on the WWE version of the Swedish ROM that's been available for a couple of days. (The one lvsw used for his latest upgrade?)
It's now uploading to the ftp..

Emailed them since I'm swedish, but bought an english version, but the only updates I could get were in Swedish.
This made them post it to the qtek.se site, so yes it's from their site..

I'm looking for a ROM which includes an IPL (version 2.15 or 2.20) I've only found one ROM so far (the dutch one on the FTP site) that contains an IPL version (old 2.10) could you ask the qtek.se site if they have an ROM containing and IPL update ?
It would help me building a complete update ROM

How I change the Rom Version 2.15.13.27, ExtRom 2.15.13.121, to a new Rom S200 2.20.7.114, I have a problem to change, [error294] INVALID VENDER ID.

- Decompress and run de exe file. Don't close your grey installing window.
- Locate the just created temporary directory, something like:
C:\Documents and settings\username\local config\temp\rarXX , or pftxx or the like (look by time/date, it's, something created one minute before your current time)
- Copy the full directory and contents to somewhere else in your PC.
- Close the still opened grey window
- get ROMUpdateUtility_NoID.exe from the forum, and copy to the directory you just moved to your pc
- from this "new" directory you copied in your PC, execute ROMUpdateUtility_NoID.exe
It worked for me. Good Luck

For those of you that are uncertain about this new ROM. The installation did go fine, and with Sprite upgrade program I did not loose any files or programs in the process. Stable, and I have my Qtek splashscreen back!!
Please note that since not all S200's are S200's, I had to use the NoID utility to upgrade.

i got a XDA mini with Windows 2003 SE
Rom Version: 1.12.01 GER
Is there any new ROM Version for my xda mini? And are there any new features in it? Or what can i do with a new rom?
By the way.. it must NOT be a GER (German) Rom. I will use a US Rom or so too when my german SIM Card will work then and when it is better..

Check the wiki page, for all roms available for Magician and as for your other question about JVM, yes the magician comes with a midlet manager to run Java applications. check under \programs\Midlet Manager

yeah!!! i got installed that Spanish ROM from the FTP, but HTC realese a update one...
sorry dude, i didn't know you already treid that. on the ftp is only the "htc_noric" (nordic?) that has v1.15.402.4, sad sad. would be great if someone with a spanish (openmarket device) s/n would download that update and add it to the ftp (to complete the archive )

Why the LATEST?
If you have a read of this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=432482 which compares WM 6.0 vs WM 6.1 on the Kaiser, you may rethink your choice to go for the latest. The official HTC ROMs both WM 6.0 and 6.1 in different languages have download links from the wiki page. Note that the SEA (South East Asia) ROM differs to the WWE ROM even though both are in English so if it's just a good reliable combination that you want for use in Europe (rather than the SEA region), then the versions in my sig fit the bill.

Hi there,
Once i updated my ROM to 6.1 asia version, the input ZTA4 included in that ROM is very good for me.
zta4 version is 2.6.012
rom version:
[8-23-2009 HTC Snap Asia/WWE WM 6.1 (Unbranded) ROM 1.19.707.2] (OS ONLY)
And now i have restored my ROM to factory default and have installed chinese fonts to support chinese. But i cant find zta4 of that version to install.
Do any guys have good ideas to extract the ZTA4 from that ROM or do you have other good versions to use? Or maybe some of you got the download link for that version?
