HTC Home Customizer - Using HTC Home Plugin - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario ROM Development

side note: I'm using j.vd.spank's clean ROM.
I'm using the HTC Home Plug from THIS THREAD. I'd like to change the 3rd tab which is currently 'launcher' to 'contact speed dial'.
HTC Home Customizer v1.0 doesn't recognise my HTC Home Plugin and brings up an error of not finding the necessary files...
Any ideas?

Use the htc home 2.1
Use another home like the 2.1... the htc home Customizer soooo look for the folder FILES its maybe empty, it must to works good on every version.

HTC Home

Can anyone tell me where to download the HTC home plugin that "its rght" in his TNT series? cuz it's the only plugin where the weather is properly working on T-Mobile's GPRS.
Same here
Same here. If someone could please post a 6 tab HTC Home cab, that would be awesome. I finally found a rom I love but all it needs is the Home plug-in.

Safe to use HTC_Home.tsk on orbit 2?

I've got an orbit 2 (not changed rom or anything else) and just wondering if it's safe to use the HTC home plugin? Read a few threads and my impression is that if I add the tsk file in the windows folder I can then choose that theme from the today menu, is that correct? Will that automatically add the weather etc?
no it wont.
the file you have will just make all adjustements so it has one common style (same colours, etc in every window)
the other thing you are referring to is the HTC Home plugin - this will bring you the weather, etc.
right, the tsk file is just the theme file.
here you will find what you are looking for :=>

HTC Home VGA

hi,
i've installed a version of htc home vga (from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=351553 if i remember correctly). when i switch from portrait to landscape, my ui updates almost instantly but the htc home portion of the screen takes minutes to update if at all.
does anyone else have a fully-working version of htc home for vga/ wvga ?
failing that, can anyone suggest a lightweight home screen plugin that can easily be setup to have something similar to the first 3 tabs of htc home - status / applications / contacts ?
thanks in advance

It works perfect for me (VGA)
Good luck
thanks for the post. i get the same issue with that one so i'm assuming that it must be a problem with htc home and wvga.
many thanks for taking the time to post.
