hi
can anyone tell me how can i send files between 2 pda devices over Wifi?
i already know how to transfer files between a computer and my pda ,because i can enable file sharing on windows pc very easy and it is not a problem.
The real problem is how to enable file sharing on a Folder ON MY PPC DEVICE (WIN 6)?
Thanks in advance

Hi Prestonguy...
Once you download the file to your PC, transfer it to your Pocket PC via Activesync to My Documents folder (on your Pocket PC) and then from your Pocket PCs file explorer find the file and then click on it... It will install from there and when the installation is complete, the .Cab file will get erased...

Hi,
i've got a big problem. since i use windows x64 i don't have the possibility to navigate directly within the filesystem of my xda iii via the windows explorer... normaly i had a "mobile device" (in german "mobiles geraet") link in my windows explorer where i could transfer files... everything works fine with active sync. but this link is missing...
it's very bad because everytime i want to transfer files i have to do it with the "file synchronisation"-feature of active-sync...
someone had/has the same problems? or read about it?
best thanks in advance
Sascha

Hi all, how can I get a file from windows phone 7 such as the camerasettingsmanifest.XXXX.xml or others. My phone is Omnia7. With WP7 Root Tool, I can browse and operate files in this system on the phone, but I don't know how to get them out. Anyone can help me? Thanks.
Install schaps WPDM, explore to the file you want, copy it on the phone to My Documents folder on the phone (as if it is being used by the system you cannot transfer it directly to your desktop), and then transfer that to your PC.
Gr8,thank you so much!
No Problem - here is the link (you need to be on NoDo; no Mango support yet).

Hello All,
I want to write an application on Windows that allows users to copy files between an Android's device and a PC. Is there any possible ways by which we can transfer the files without enabling developer option(USB debugging). Could someone point me in the right direction.

You don't need USB debugging to copy files to or from PC to Android.
Just connect the phone and set USB mode to MTP.
