Firstly, I'd like to apologise if this is the wrong place to post. (Got a banging headache...)
I've my old Hermes (SPV M3100), with no screen and some cosmetic damage, especially at front (see picture - silver strip has come off in 2 pieces).
Included is a quite new glossy black hard plastic case which covers the whole handset but it can be used with it on on - like a clear crystal case for normal candybar phones.
Also, a 3.5mm headphone extension/adapter, original earphones, battery, charger, and 2 leather cases (including original).
It's a bit crappy in condition but it does work but there's no screen...
(I had 2 - the screen on the other, which was in perfect condition broke so I took this one).
See the pic.
start at £15 paypal, for a sponsored walk/run we're doing (proceeds to Red Cross for Burmese and Chinese aid). Is this too high a price? I can promise every penny (after postage) will go to the Red Cross. I'll provide you with proof or whatever if needs be.
I'll stick it on ebay if you want, to prove I'm no bullshitter or conman
Thanks, remember your money's going to a good cause. (Better this than recycling the handset).
PM me for any more info or reply below.
I'll also swap it for a good pair of standard (3.5mm) earphones. (But this'll have to be soon)

I'm sorry for not having the resources to figure this out....but how much would that be in USD?
I think I might be interested if its affordable to me. Second, is it brand new or used?
Oh...I should probably ask are you willing to ship to US?
That's about $512.00.
crunluath is correct, it's approximately $500... Postage would be on top of that.
It's brand new and boxed. I have opened the box to check the contents and that's it. I've not even switched it on, so whoever buys it will be the first one to use it!
I thought the Ori was pretty cool and hard to pass up at $30 even if it doesn't fit the best.
I ordered the Ori and used it for a bit and could see why some of the negative comments about it not securely holding the touch pad were made. I then started thinking of possible solutions to this (I also mod computers and cars) and in about 5 minutes I had a solution. I've been testing it out for a while now and it works brilliantly.
I bought the following trim pieces:
Polyethylene Edge Trim w/ Adhesive
Neoprene Rubber Edge Trim
From this site: (did I mention I mod cars too?)
http://customcargrills.com/products.asp?cat=45
The fitment with the trim pieces is nearly perfect and the touchpad is in there solid. The trim pieces do not extend higher than the TP so the cover fits as if the trim pieces weren't even there. I just need to get time to cut/drill out holes for the head phone jack and speakers.
I had thought about posting up a teaser saying that I had a solution to give me time to get a short video put together but I know how I hate those threads so here are some of pics of the results: (using my CM9 Nexus S 4G)

I've held the case so the touch pad is pointing face down and shook it as hard as I could and the touchpad did not come out. I've already ordered another Ori for my 2nd touchpad. I'm loving how functional the ori is. I'm just wanting to get a netbook sleeve for it to cover it when traveling and such to protect stuff from the metal case.
Hello,
Just wanted to check in with skins for my new gadgets (s4 for my gf/htc one for me/xperia z as my secondary phone)- this topic is about a Kin Leaves skin I just received for my s4. I got my s4 about three weeks ago from a source inside samsung before the retail launch. About a week ago I ordered a skin from them as they were the first ones to add support for s4.
1) Shipping- the shipping is free worldwide and they ship inside a cute amazon style envelopes. Every skin is packaged in its own translucent envelope with setup instructions enclosed.
2) Price- somewhere between highly priced zagg products and the chinese ones. Judging by the fact no other vinyl skin supplier could help me at the moment- price was no object for such a small purchase (~8.50 EUR/12 USD).
3) Quality- all great here. Love the semi matte surface finish.
4) Ease of application- skin for s4 didn't include anything for the front, so putting on just the back was fairly easy and I, personally, believe anyone would be able to install one without any problems. This one didn't stick to the surface right away, so positioning was no challenge. After you press the skin against the surface- the adhesive becomes sticky. I have had skins on all my gadgets ever since my old BB in 2008.

Do these come with skins for the front aswell?
And if so, do you find it bothersome to touch the edges of the screen?
I ordered three pairs (buy two, get one free) a few days ago from Intoroskins:
https://www.intoroskins.co.uk/buy-case/custom-skin-for-sony-xperia/65044/
For the Z these are priced at £7.99 (front + back)
I do love the flush surface of the front, so I don't think they will be staying on in the long run.
Just too curious to leave them be I suppose.
Pics will end up in this thread:
Hi guys
I am really having some trouble loving my S10e. The phone would be great - if it wasn't for the screen. The glass is simply glued on the front and thus sticks out by 0.75mm. The corners are not rounded but quite sharp. When I put the phone to my ear, the sharp end scratches my ear and it feels uncomfortable. On top of that, with the glass being exposed like that, it obviously lead to it cracking within the first 3 weeks (see

).
Is this the same for all S10e? I have searched the Internet for any reviews or complaints mentioning this issue, to no avail. I simply can't believe that this is normal (I have never seen a phone with the glass glued on like that).
Cheers,
Will
This sounds like a faulty handset to me. You'll need to see if you can get it replaced under warranty.
Unfortunately as with all Android phones, this will mean sending your current handset off somewhere and waiting up to 2 weeks to have it inspected, repaired or replaced. You'll need to make sure you have a spare handset lying around. This is one of the things I hate about Androids compared to iPhones. Maybe try putting on a case to see if it helps?
If you had an iPhone, you'll have been able to book an appointment and have your iPhone replaced the same day.
Hey Wutang, thanks a lot for your reply! And all along I thought the glass being glued on like that was (a little silly but) normal for the S10e. I have contacted Samsung again, so I guess we will see.
