Hi,
since I started flashing a lot of amazing ROM´s i never found one, that allows me to use Mobile TV within the T-Mobile Austria network.
Is there anobody out, who can upload a T-Mobile Austria ROM.
What is also still an issue:
I still have a Screen from the Operator (ONE Austria) where i bought the Phone while booting.
I flashed the new bootscreen and tried some other hints but I have one of the Phones which have different "Boot Screens"...
First: ONE Austria Operator Logo
Second: ONE Austria Operator Logo with Radio, ROM,....Details
Third: the one which is flashable...
Any hints therefor?

Iam very close to buying the TyTn II from Hongkong (only chinese version ava there) can i buy it and flash it with the WWE Rom ported here? will i get the whole country ID error? will it be possible for me to flash it with the WWE Rom.
Please help REALLY want this beauty

If you search the threads you can find locations in Hong Kong that do sell English versions of TyTN II. As I understand it there are of course fewer English versions in Hong Kong, but they are available there. In Taiwan I found that the only way I might be able to get a TyTN II in English is through special arrangement with my cellular provider.............. go figure as HTC is a Taiwanese company.

My apologies if this has already been covered in another thread, I did some searching and had no results.
Has anyone in North America tried installing one of the official European HTC Diamond2 rom upgrades? I am wondering if I can just install the UK version. I have an unlocked phone (my service provider does not sell any HTC products).

You would have to CID unlock and Hardspl your phone, and then you can run any Topaz rom you want, including official roms meant for phones from other carriers.

I am new at XDA-DEV and want to post the following problem:
My TyTn II is a Dutch Orange Branded PDA. I would like to update the WM 6 to a higher level but as Orange does not exist any more in Holland (bought by T-Mobile) and T-Mobile never sold the TyTn II there is no way I get any OS updates from them. Also HTC will not help me as the reffer back to Orange and to T-Mobile.
Can anyone give me som suggestions how to upgrade my OS or maybe even change over to Android on this Kaiser?

There is a guide to hard-spl in sticky this will bypass carrier vendor check and allow flashing custom ROMs.
Then you can flash any Kaiser ROM and find the one that best suites your needs.

Hi Guys,
My unit was originally Voda UK but I have debranded it.
I had asked HTC tech support a question re ICS and they replied that they needed my IMEI and the Android Version,Build Number and Software Number.
I guess they will find out that my IMEI points to a Vodafone UK unit and would like to reply with the correct Android Version,Build Number and Software Number.
I would appreciate if someone with stock Vodafone UK ICS could let me know the above from his handset.

Been looking on google for over 30 minutes... Nowhere to be found... Can only find the European unbranded version... My experience with Vodafone over here is that their own versions of ROMs are a well kept secret... Nowhere to be found...
EDIT: Also none on HTC's website... With my previous HTC, there were ROM's for every carrier available... But guess it changed with android...
