When I receive a call, I cannot read correctly the number of my contact because the number is hide by the name of my network.
Anyone have an idea to fix it?
when I receive a call, if the contact have a photo, I can read normaly the number.

i have the strange situation, that my 750v shows an incomming call from (e.g.) "thomas muster" only as "thomas".
how comes?
sms are received with the full name. in the calling log there is the full name. only in the incomming call message and the call menu it is "thomas".
dont know how that comes.
I´m sure that the number is also stored on your simcard with the first name only... Delete it!

i bet they are stored as a speed dial... and the speed dial display is just the forename and not the nachname too. Go to Speed Dial options and edit their label to include whatever you want...
that seems to be exactly what caused the problem. the contact was set in speed dialing.

When i receive incoming call, the number goes (XXX)XXX-XX, it appears like that for every number and it is wrong becuase it is not the country code but the first 3 digit of the caller's number. how to i enable back country code display?
thats because your phone is formatted to receive american format numbers...

I have a problem with dialing phone numbers. My contacts are saved with country code +91 xxxxxxxxxx. When I dial it, screen shows 01091 xxxxxxxxxx. Thus my call is not connected. For this I need to remove the country code from all my contacts and then dial only the number. But editing all the contacts is getting difficult every day.
Also I receive calls with +91 numbers but when I call it back, its not connected again.
Please help me to get a permanent solution to it.
P.S: My phone is imported from Japan Sony Xperia sol26.
when i recieve a live telephone call, all that comes up is the number. no id, however the caller id appears on the caller history on on any sms, just not on the live telephone calls. anyone know why and how to fix it?
