If your answer is YES, search for the fix here in this forum.

Hi, I just installed QTEK AKU2.2 WWE ROM (original, shipped) on my XDA Neo, and found the camera became totally unusable. The color of the whole screen is messed up, half of them are green.
Does anyone else also have this problem? Any suggestion to correct it?
By the way, other than this, I found this ROM is stable and fast. The only cost is I lost my camera...
Please help, thanks!
Problem solved. The camera problem was caused by overlocking with omapclock. If I turn off omapclock, everything goes back to normal including the camera.
Maybe I need to find another way to overlock the CPU?

use the /launch feature of omapclock and only use the overclock when you use a slower program (like tomtom) or use the /launch feature to slowdown the camera app when you use it.
I'm using BatteryStatus to overclock the S200 to 247mhz and it suffers from the same thing. I lowered to 221Mhz and the green efect almost vanish.

It is still present though. By the way, using Batterystatus it is a matter of just one additional tap before starting the camera. Not a big deal considering that the S200 camera is very poor and won't be used very often.
Ciao,

Do any of these 6.1 Roms have better video performance? camera performance? IE scrolling etc.
I've read a supposed 5 percent increase in performance.

I believe Alex's posted a cab in his wiki that helps improve performance. I would check there for it.

I've heard that IE scrolling is better...but I use this cab to solve that issue.

I see a lot of improvement in video performance & camera performance - and battery drain (never seen those low numbers before)

Check my post in the Wiki or in my signature on battery Drain. Dutty's BETA version got the highest marks. Over 100 more min of operational time.

I already have tried it yesterday with Schap's, but the new ROM; you won't need it, things are a lot better than before (using the default wm player)

Roger that. I am checking it with CorePlayer! Oh yeah!
What tool do you use to gauge the The estimated Battery life, I am using batterystatus and getting 83ma with backlight lit. and 59ma; backlight half lit
note (power management is altered via schap's confg tool)

That cab won't do anything. The 5% increase should be due to the changes to QTV.DLL, which was put into Panosha's 6.0 ROM and I wasn't sure where to get it until now... It's already in WM6.1

Ya, that Alex cab is the same ati dll that's been going around and proven to do absolutely nothing. Especially if you just delete it and also not bother building it into the rom since it's never used.
in the beginning everything was fine, but from last couple of weeks .. i am noticing a major drop in the quality of the pictures. As i was using Cyanogenmod, i thought it is due to that, but then using the Stock based Custom Rom, or even even the Stock rom is giving the same result. Camera patch available in this forum, also didn't work fine for me.!
Is that, my Camera hardware is, affected.... or are there any other reasons!

i think yours is too much overclocking bro.. if we used cm7 and oc 600mhz up the cam will be flickering.. so i think it's caused of oc.
but as my experience if i reflash to stockrom it will be normal.. may be your cam hardware has small damage bro because of oc.

But ..my phone Doesn't support OC above 729Mhz!!
What should i do, go and get my hardware replaced by the Samsung or wait for the Camera working in ICS, as i have read somewhere that, sometimes phone's camera acts weird due to low shutter speed, and as we know shutter speed in ICS is increased by Google.
Suggest me !

i suggest you to flash yours to stock, and check it to samsung service center bro.. just flash the old stock bro, do not the latest one, so you can use that to be your reason why your cam got flicker..

Perhaps this is the thread you should visit
Thank you, you found the beginning post. Maybe i should specify my needs. I do not believe in apps which dimms the screen brightness by reducing contrast Ort luxing the colors. There will be still the same battery drain. So what do i search? The best (not sense) Rom with mddi kernel and ICs
Since a few weeks before, i used an old miui Version. But tethering was not working.ATM i am using pacman with battery drain ... And working tethering.

Hi, I've been wondering for a long time if it is possible to Overclock the Hz of the Poco F2 Pro, also if it is possible to use the two speakers for multimedia, and also if it is possible to Overclock the processor, and all its drawbacks. Thank you!!

Mmm okay, although I had read a guy who supposedly had already done it, although I would like to know the downsides of all these things.

I think you should clarify. I think you are referring to overclocking the screen refresh rate and the other guy is referring to overclocking cpu speed.
