Pulling an MMS back up?

....ok, im using M2D, and i'm on Centennial Wireless.....to recieve MMS messages, i have to connect to one server, then to get on the internet and that kind of stuff, then i have to connect to a different one, and it wont do it automatically to switch between the two...
so sometimes if im on the Internet, and an MMS comes through, it wont download, and the icon on the taskbar disappears, and its usually like 10-15 minutes later before itll reappear and download once ive switched to the MMS server.....is there a way to pull the message back up manually?
....and also, is there a program or some type of script i could use to have the connection automatically switch once ive received an MMS?

Problem with Yahoo Mail

I'm usually not one to start new threads, and believe me, I've searched for this issue and can't find it anywhere. If I haven't searched well, and you can provide a link, please do. Here's my problem:
I have a Yahoo mail account setup on my Vodafone (UK) branded Touch Pro (stock ROM), and I have a very odd issue. When on wifi, I have absolutely no problem sending and receiving emails. It connects, logs on, and does it's thing perfectly. However, when trying to send/receive email from this same account using regular data connection on the phone, it connects, and when trying to log on, prompts me to "Check user name and password and try again" I even re-enter my password, and still no go. Now here's where it gets really odd - sometimes (although it's rare) it actually does work through the data connection and sends/receives fine. I can't seem to figure out what's different about the times it works, and doesn't work. It has worked when I'm not roaming, and usually doesn't work when I'm not roaming. It has worked when I'm roaming, and mostly doesn't work when I'm roaming. The only pattern I've been able to figure is that it has never worked when receiving a 3G signal, and sometimes works when receiving a 'G' signal.
Anyone experienced anything similar?
I'm in the US on att and get the same problem every now and then. Yesterday I successfully downloaded my email and then 5 minutes later it was saying my password or name was incorrect. This morning it is working again.
I have no idea what is going on, but it does get annoying.

MMS wont download - Verizon

Anybody have a problem downloading an MMS over Verizon. It seems when I get a message with MMS it says downloading but stays at 0% in the notifications area then fails. I dont have a problem with emails or SMS. Im looking for a fix and I dont see anything on this other than the Verizon forums where people are having the same problem.
I was having the same problem. Call Verizon and have them reset all the options on your account. For some reason once they reset it all mine worked fine.... However i do have an issue still that if i have Wifi connected it will not send or receive MMS messages.
I also cannot download a mms with wifi connected. Not sure why but its no big deal to disable wifi when i recieve a mms.
I backed up all my contacts and did a hard reset. After that it worked. Thanks anyway guys.
hard reset worked for me for about a week.. but i refuse to do a hard reset every week in order to get MMS. so in a week or so when it stops working again. call verizon and have them reset your service options.
Thanks for the heads up. I will definitely give em a call if it starts to fail again.

[Q] Problems with Texting and Wifi for the Samsung Captivate

Problem #1:
My Captivate has been a little spazzy lately. It'll connect successfully to the home wifi sometimes, and then unsuccessfully others (it'll get stuck at "Obtaining IP address" then become "Unsuccessful"). If it connects, it'll stay connected for the whole day and work wonderfully. I've tried resetting my phone, forgetting the stored password and re-entering it; the signal shows full strength, but it's still unsuccessful. It'll connect fine to open networks, like the school public network, but it's only connected maybe 2 out of every 5 tries at home. I haven't been able to connect all day today. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've heard about getting a static IP address, but I've connected before, so why can't I connect again?
Problem #2:
My other problem is SMS text related. Texting is great on the captivate, except for a few strange quirks. There are a few ppl on my contacts (with 10 digit phone numbers) whom I cannot text. I can receive texts from them, but when I reply the message is "sent," but they never receive it. Likewise, I linked my AIM account to my phone number so that IMs get texted to me if I'm ever not connected. I receive the texts, but when i reply, the same thing happens. They are "sent," but never received. It's not the SIM card; I switched phones and it works perfectly fine.
If anyone can help me, I'd be eternally grateful!
Thanks!

Frequent MMS problem on Sprint Arrive

I have frequent MMS problem on Sprint Arrive. I thought it was the network at first, but got rejected, failed picture send message all forever until I turned the phone off, then back on again, everything sent correctly. Then I got the MMS without media content, only has a link to retrieve the content but the link never work, and power cycle correct it again. Now this WP7 acts just like my old [email protected] WM6.5 TP2, I have to reset the stupid thing several times a week, for these small problems. I know it otherwise works, but...
