Hello!
I own a HTC x7500 and use BT headsets.
I'me getting nuts about this Cyberon Voice Dialer since everytime my BT connects the PPC the Voice Dialer starts and sometimes even starts a call.
At work, I have my PPC on my desk and everytime I reach the desk it starts, since I have my BT in my pocket.
Do you have the same problem? How can I solve this?
Thanks in advance!

hello!
I own a X7500 HTC and I'm having a problem.
I use LG Style-I and Jabra BT8010 headsets and when one pairs to the X7500 the Cyberon Voice Speed Dial starts and sometimes even makes me a call.
Does anyone has this anoying and sometimes expensive problem?
How can I fix this?
Best regards
Deiota
I use Tomtom frequently and use a bluetooth headset to handle my phonecalls. However when I use Tomtom, I want to hear the navigation instructions from the phone speaker and not from the headset. When I recieve or make a phonecall: vice versa.
I have come up whit a workaround solution. I use BTtoggle to turn bluetooth on while navigating if I receive a phonecall, takes some time and then anwser the phonecall through the bt headset. And then with alttab back to tomtom, so that I can see the route and calling at the same time. It's not perfect, but it does the job.
I want to have this done automatically by the phone. If I am navigating and a phonecall comes in, then the phone automatically turns on the BT, I answer the phone and tomtom remains on the screen. If i am done with the conversation, bluetooth turns off and i hear the voice from tomtom again through the phone speaker....
Does anybody know how this can be done? I have seen a Palm application which could do the trick...(by the way, it has got the same name as the bt toggle app: BTtoggle)...
Hi all,
I have a problem with MS Voice Command 1.6.
It 'sorta' works right now ... when I press the button on my BT headset (Motorola H700) it initiates the voice command on the Treo. However, the 'beep' is played from the treo speaker, not the BT headset. When I spoke the voice command, I must also speak to the Treo mic, not the BT headset. This sucks when you are in a noisy environment.
When the call is connected, it does go through the BT headset so that's good. But it's just when you want to initiate a voice command, you have to speak to the mic on the phone. All the announcements also come through the phone's speaker only, not the BT headset.
Has anybody found a fix to this?
Thanks in advance
Try deleting the headset and reacquiring it via bluetooth. I had to do this a couple of times before this corrected
Hmmm I've done it quite a few times already ... but I can try it again.
Mine does this too. If there is no fix, I will have to go back to the at&t one.
Removing and re-adding BT headset doesn't work. After doing some more homework, it seems like the problem is Treo 750, among a # of other phones (like Hermes) uses a BT stack that is incompatible with MS's and that is the reason why.
Searching on the Hermes site there IS actually a workaround which fixes half the problem.
To make long story short, after trying to fix recommended by that site, now I can speak to the BT headset to issue voice command.
Meaning, when I press the BT headset button, I hear the VC chime from my headset, not from the phone's speaker. And when I issue voice command I also speak to the BT headset, not the phone's mic.
What it doesn't fix, is notification STILL comes through the phone's speaker and not the BT headset, even with all the correct settings under MVC.
But I'm ok with that ... I can live with this.

Hello,
a friend of mine have some troubles with his TP and a Blaupunkt Radio with build in handsfree.
The Bluetooth pairing was completed without any problems.
When a calls comes the radio mutes and switch to handsfree - thats ok
The caller can hear your voice over the handsfree microphone, but you can't hear the caller. It is the TP build in speaker used, not the handsfree speaker.
The TP has the headset symbol shown in the upper right corner of the dialer.
Second the radio don't switch back to radio when the call ist ended the Bluetooth Connection stays up. Only deactivating/activating of Bluetooth at TP closes the connection and the radio switch back.
I hope somebody can help me...
Thanks!
I had this problem with my TYTN using shaps rom. you ave to turn on the hands free on the first incoming call and then further calls are OK. (right menu and turn on hands free)
this has to be done every time you get in the car though.
Its a pain i never found a fix. I havnt used this on my Touch Pro yet.
With Pioneer DEH55BT all working fine.
Thanks for the workaround... Perhaps it works for my friend, i will test it in the afternoon.
But another radio is no solution,it have to be this!
Try installing jetware mobile, it improves the bt connection but I don't know if it will solve your problem.
Hi All,
All my searches on trying to find a resolution of Nexus S not working with Bluetooth voicedial have come up short.
Here's the problem:
I have tryed with multiple bluetooth devices.
The headset pairs fine.
The headset works fine when carring a conversation.
When holding the Voice dial on the BT Headset the "Blue Tooth Voice Dialer" prompt pops up on my nexus S
At which time it just does nothing. Like it doesnt even hear me speaking into the BT headset.
When I use the Voice Dial feature without Bluetooth it works fine, but whenever using a Bluetooth Headset (No Matter Which One) it will never dial a number.
Does everyone else have this issue on their Nexus S? If not, what is the difference between your set and mine? I'm just at a loss why the Nexus S will not work with Voice Dialing over Bluetooth.

Nokia BH-600 (an oldie, I know) works fine with voice dialing. This isn't particularly helpful, but it does work with some headsets.
When you hit the voice dial button do you get the "Speak Now" prompt in the BT headset?
Everything works except if I hit my button on my band new Bluetooth headeset. I got it working by using Clinton as my default for voice dialing. It works with the Bluetooth headset.
