Hi,
I'm using an O2 stellar and I cannot get it to sync the exchange inbox no matter what I do. It will sync other folders without a hitch but flatly refuses to do the inbox.
The only way around this seems to be to have an exchange rule to move all incoming mail to another folder and then sync with that, which works but it's damned annoying.
A work colleague is having a similar problem and we have no idea what the common problem is other than the server.
Can anyone help?

i think a few have had this but when i try and sync i get an annoying message saying
Unable To obtain a server assigned IP address.
issue 2
i run a local network with exchange and it will not allow me to sync saying my certificate is out of date or not valid..
anyone able to help it would be very appreciated without sync this is a very expensive brick

I'm losing my mind trying to configure Outlook Mobile on my HTC Diamond for my AOL mailaccount. Receiving mails is no problem at all but Outlook's still unable to send any mails.. "Messages could not be sent. Check your network coverage and account setting and try again".
Outbox is set to "smtp.aim.com:587" (tried smtp.aol.com:587 as well), authentification is activated, SSL deactivated. Tried a lot of different settings and ports i found on the net as well, didn't help. Same settings work on my desktop Thunderbird client well. Any idea what the problem might be?
Could somebody please help me iv got a HTC touch pro 2 and a mac computer. I signed up for a alol.net.br exchange sever address so that I could get my mail, contacts, calender, all to sync up.
Firstly I never received my activation email from alol.net.br what do I do about this
Next I believe I entered all the setting into both my TP2 and entourage correctly yet I cant get anything to sync.
please could someone confirm the setting i need to be entering in to entourage and the TP2 to get it all working corectly

I have a question about syncing emails. I have had the following working before but for the life of me can't get it to do the same since changing the rom.
When I'm not at work I receive my emails to my tp2 and once I get to work I sync my phone with outlook, all the emails from my phone delete and outlook receives all of the emails now.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not quite sure I follow, are you saying you use a cable to sync once you get to work?
Also, is your TP2 syncing over the air using an exchange account, or a pop or imap account?
Hello all,
I seem to have an issue with the email application and our Office365 hosted exchange server. The problem seems to be long period of idle will cause the app to lose connection with the server and the only way to resolve this is to delete the account and re-create it. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
