Ok, I have created one from another Vodafone ROM and you can get everything you need from this thread:

Well the work I did there was only a modification of their hack so you will need to grab the original there anyway.
On second thoughts it isn't so here it is. But it does have POFs work in there.
I noly take credit for creating the .nbf file from what was out there
Remember this will also run POFs HardSPL tool but it will NOT wipe your device.

i only wanted the os, there's no need for me to reflash the spl
can you get the original spl aswell? I want to be able to flash the whole phone back to factory defaults incase it buggers up like it has done twice now. silly thing stops making phone calls or sending messages.

unable to repack orignal spl, Yet! i have a full dump so when it's possible to repack i will post it

Guys.. Iam sorry to open this Threat but I have questions I need a answer for and I believe I have read everything.
I want to sell the device and that fore it want also the original SPL back.
My Situation:
I reflashed a reconstructed german htc rom and the original radio it was shipped with.
Question is now.. where can I get the SPL part from? I extracted the reconstructed NBH file and gut an NB file but far as I understood I should get more then one file. I believe this is because it is an recontructed rom. Maybe someone can confirm or denied.
Ok... lucky I am am I have got a second device. This device has never been flashed so far.
I managed to dump the rom and now I have these four RAW files but I have no idea how to create a NBH file from it or even better get the SPL/NB whatever file from it.
Is it possible to get it or does the SPL part only comes with a downloadable original rom.
Sorry guys but Iam a little bit confused at the moment. Hopefully someone can get a lite into dark.

The problem is that I just have a reconstructed ROM. If I extract the nbh file I just get one NB file back.
Far as I understood with an original shipped ROM I should get more then one.
As I said I have also these 4 RAW files from the other device but have no idea how to get the NB file out from there.

Just use Kaiser tools instead nike ones...but should be same. Have you been able to find an SPL for kaiser already ?

Just one question. Is the modified SPL illegal or is it ok to have it?
If not i would prefer not to do any experiments with it anymore.
I found some SPLs but I am absolulty not sure if I should use them as I do not know if they are for a Kaiser.
I guess there are differences in the SPL.

I don't think it would be considered illegal, but for the purposes of warranty, a carrier could refuse coverage if they go far enough as to check your SPL version, since loading non-carrier specific ROMs cannot be done without modding the SPL.

The main reason why you'd revert back to the original SPL is for warranty return.
If your carrier (or HTC) honors warranty returns from second owner, then it is highly suggested that you revert your SPL back, so that they won't have unforseen problems, should they require to exercise the warranty. You can skip this if they're fully aware of this site and plan to install ROMs anyway
You can find the appropriate Kaiser SPL link in the sticky or the Kaiser wiki, under ROM Troubleshooting.

I have a second one with original bootloader, ROM, Radio etc... -> whats the best way to turn my flashed Kaiser into an original one again?

As far as warranty exchange goes. There is a section for reverting to the original SPL, then flash the original ROM, and it's all set.

Hm ok its not THAT easy... actually i am getting stuck while playing around with the Kitchen in order to get align with the steps of the mentioned guide... (dumping to the 4 raw parts is ok... but how to get to an nbh file for nbhextract?)

OK, first, you'll need to download this:

Once you've done that, extract the two archive files in that two folders, one should be dutty's good nbh tool, and the other should be htc rom tool.
Open up the .exe in Dutty's good nbh tool, choose to "Decompile nbh file", choose the Orange ROM, choose where you want to save the decompiled files, and it should decompile the nbh into multiple parts. Now, open up the HTC ROM tool, and, for the system, choose where you decompiled the ROM, and choose OS.NB, for the Radio, choose where you decompiled the ROM, and choose 769.NB, and for the SPL, choose where you decompiled the ROM and choose SPL.NB

Try the wiki ,spl1.81.000 , just a note, many people have sent their phones back with whichever hardspl they have been using as the factorys/repair centres are reported not to bother about the spl as long as you have flashed back to the original shipped rom. Haven't tried this, just read about it on all the forums

True! I sent back my kaiser with the 6.1 orange rom installed and hardspl. A few years back my missus kindly organised to replace my damaged hermes/spv3100...unfortunately I hadn't got around to flashing back to an orange rom - was using black satin - didn't hear from the repair centre/orange and certainly wasn't charged. Still I wouldn't do it again!!

I really appreciated the RUU_MAPL_3VOLUTION_WM65_3VO.2.50.112509 for a long time but I will sell my Maple now. It time to move on and try something new. Thats why I need to go back to the Official HTC ROM. I just cannot get it to work...
Obviously just flashing the original HTC Rom won't do the job because of the Hardspl, but how do i get around this. I just need some help on going back.

Sorry, I don't think I have any idea. I *think just flashing the original ROM should work, I have upgrade/downgraded other phones with factory/custom roms with no problem. I have a question on top of yours. If I don't Hard SPL, what do I lose? There's a thread about downgrading the HardSpl to 1.19 or 18, I don't know if that helps. I would like an answer to my AT&T question as well. Sorry about hijacking your topic but I at least bumped it.
Download original rom in HTC website. Thats all.
Or you could use goldcard model to flash back to original WWE ROM

Yes, I agree with your sentiments regarding the ROM, point is however that once the custom ROM is flashed with the Hardspl, the original ROM cannot be flashed back, which is sometimes required, especially if something happens to the phone and it has to be returned for repairs etc to the retailers.
Strange, it´s the 1st time I know that an HTC device can´t go back to original ROM...
I´ll do some research...
The original SPL is included in the package you downloaded from here..... Just have to use it, flash original rom, and you are on your way....
How exactly do I flash the original spl nbh file? I tried replacing the hard spl nbh with the original and running RUU but the spl remained the same.

there is a folder marked original spl in there. it is the same process you did when you put the hard spl on there, just using the original nbh
