Yesterday I installed PocketHotmail 2.5 beta, and I just can't get the critter to work on my Qtek S110. After following the instructions exactly, I still can't authorize the account.
Does anyone know of a program that gives Hotmail support to the Inbox program? Or maybe a program that can replace Inbox (perhaps even with a function that lets me send and recieve mail for all my accounts with one click)?

Why dont you try Pocket MSN, its built-in with any Windows Mobile device. Just sign-in, enter your hotmail e-mail add and password, thats it. Hotmail account will automatically be added to the messaging accounts once signed-in. Cheers.
pocket msn is just too big and overloaded. a simple tool like pockethotmail (costs 5 dollar) is definitely the better solution.
i've tried it too with no success. i already contacted the developer yesterday but have no reply yet, i'll let you know what he says, ok?

Hi guys, thanks for your replies. I've already tried a new program called HTTPmail provider wich works perfect. The only thing is the function that says "download headers only" does not disable the attachments. Oh well, it gets the job done! Hope you guys can use it as well .
Yes, I use Http hotmail, and it's works properly for me too.

The program is called HTTPmail Provider and enables you to use Hotmail in your Inbox.
So it's HTTPmail Provider .
just downloaded it from pocketgear.com.....thanks have'nt tried it as yet will see how it works

i cannot download hotmail emails..... i have a @hotmail.co.uk account would this have any effect ?

try this
When adding a new account I entered [email protected] in the email address box. This allowed me to get to the next available settings needed to configure the account. Once I configured and setup the account, I went back into the account settings and changed the email address to [email protected]. Works now
is this for the login too? or just the reply email address?

I used all of my correct info for the login. Incoming server is pop3.live.com and outgoing is smtp.live.com in case you wonder.

at least it now asks for my password. but it keeps saying it's wrong.
are you using HTTP mail or pocket hotmail at all?

excuse for my poor english...
I have a problem with Vox, i have a my personal site (example www.pino.com), hosted into google, and my personal email (ex: [email protected]), i activated pop3 into setting, i activated duplicate email, i activated not delete email, i activated all setting, (and tested with all option)
Then in/out going the email into Vox, i see the email during download, and then finisched the connection.... the email is deleted....
I have the samsung I750 and i not having all this problem, it's ok, send and download all email. View all attachment, all file...
why?

Hello guy, i've installed WLM in my kaiser but when i try to go online i receive the message "all your windows live contacs will be added to your SIM or Phone Contact list".
In the past i've found a WLM CAB that work without this terrible feature. Anyone can help me. I've about 100 people contact in MSN adn i won't add in my phone contact list.

Sorry if this has been posted before but I am new here. My problem is when I send/recieve my emails the ones with large attachments seem to get stuck.I have tried 2 email accounts (gmail and one supplied by my isp) both had the same problem. I have gone to advance setting and tried download headers only which when I read the email I have to down load the attachment seprately which also gets stuck .I have put the settings to down load the whole email and it gets stuck on the large attachment emails.

just an update I found on another place on the net a work around where you redirect your emails to a window live account ( hotmail ) and use the windows mobile live on your wm6 phone I found this was not good for me as it went though my credit even when I was on wi-fi and didn't sove my problem. Second I had to do a hard reset to get it uninstalled . I am sure windows live mobile will be great for the right person but not me

Everything was working well, receiving emails was not a problem, got 3 accounts (2 hotmail and one gmail).
For 5 days i've notice that i was not receiving new emails ... i looked in my inbox.. no mail ! I mean no new mail and no OLD mail... !
I send an email to my inbox from my pc.. and launch a "Send / receive" in my hotmail inbox account (on the Leo)... "Connecting.... get 1 header on 1 message... close"... but no mail displayed.
I checked with sk tools and it seems that my emails are in the database, just that they are not displayed ... !
Someone got a clue ?

Well, I did have had something similar and did a 1/2 year search then came up with;

If this does not work for you, maybe some other kind soul can help you (and others with the same problem).
