E-mail cut - mails on my TyTn

Hi to all
My Tytn receives my e-mails from gmx.net directly from mail2web.com (i have redirected my gmx mails to mail2web so that i can use the free exchange server).
Ok it works perfect. I receive all mails from my gmx.net account directly on my HTC TyTn....but.....I receive only 1 KB of the message. The rest of the message is cut. Now, the TyTn is configured correctly, he should receive the complete e-mail. I checked also mail2web and gmx.net...nothing found....
What can I do, to receive the complete e-mail ?

disspearing email on GMail solved

just thought i'd share my 2 pence worth:
i use pocket outlook to access my gmail account, however the emails have a funny habit of "dissapearing" after being downloaded. this is probably due to gmail's automatic removal of downloaded emails.
as work around is stated here:
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=47948
this will allow you to retain emails (both read and unread) from the last 30 days in your pop inbox. which should b ample time for you to decide what to and not to copy

you could also just switch from "get full copy of message" to "get message header only". enable the message body box and set to 999kb. that will keep messages on your mobile device indefinately.

i dont remember if that works or not for me - i usually download full messages as i hate having to connect twice (especially being on the w'n'w data plan )
now if only i spent the past week revising for tomorrow's exam rather then researching how to set up my pda...

doesn't seem to work for me. the downloaded email is still deleted after a send/receive
using pocket outlook on treo 750v

what settings do you have for: "Only display messages from the last XX days"?
(i'm now having the opposite problem... it seems that even after i've deleted a email, it comes back after a while )

i've got the same except:
only display the messages from the last 3 days
btw. in my outlook options under storage i also have:
manually remove email

I also have delete items manually. I will try out 3 days and see what happens.

My account configuration is the same for both outlook and pocket outlook, except the username : it is my full gmail address for outlook contrary to pocket outlook which does have my full address with the "recent:" prefix...
Everything is working fine, I have all my mails retrieved in outlook and all my mail from the last 30 days in pocket outlook...

To prevent it from being deleted, make a sub Folder within Inbox, move all your wanted mails into the new folder, well, it will never be deleted. Hope this simple solution is helpful to all.

T-System HTC WING calendar problems.

Device type: HTC T-Mobile Wing with WM6 Professional, CE 5.2.1235 (Built 17740.0.2.0).
I have a question about this device, it is about the calendar. Now, beside the Outlook Email that you can sync with your computer/lap top, I have of course other emails account on the WING. When I am on the go, other coworkers can send emails to my Wing. When I have to remember to do something and I am on the go all I do I create a meeting in the calendar in my lap top (different work email) and I send invite request to the email of the Wing. When I receive the email on the Wing I accept the calendar event, and that event goes directly in the calendar of the Wing. Only problem the reminder is not set to go off, and I won't go off. I tried everything and double-checked all the settings. If I create a calendar event directly in the Wing, then the reminder is set to go off by default, as you can choose in the options of the calendar. But if I receive a calendar via email, it will not get the reminder to go off, as I would expect. I must say that I had the MDA previously and it was working just fine: I used to send emails all the time to my MDA so that I would remember to do things while out of the office. Keep in mind, my laptop has the working email where I receive about 1000 emails per day: I don't sync my Wing with that email; I have a different profile/email for my Wing. I hope the explanation was clear. Please let me know what the hell is wrong. Thank you for your help.

Is it possible that nobody found my post interesting enough to post an answer? Don't tell me that nobody has a different email on the PDA so that he can actually receive emails while on the go, instead of relying on the exchange server.... please someone help me!!

E-mail folder sync

Hi, folks!
I'm a Note owner since this last weekend and I really love it =) but there is one function that I miss from my SII and my last tablet (Lenovo TPT)...
I don't get the folder of my hotmail account synced! There are no problems with googlemail account, only the hotmail doesn't do what I what it to do =)
Tried already every possible and choosable option, even other mail-apps like K9 or kaiten...none of this helped. Only the inbox-, outbox-, trash- and sended-folder are being synced.
Any others with this problem or does anybody know how to solve this problem?!?

I have not used the email apps for hotmail yet but i can tell you that for me the aqua mail did not retrieve old messages on the server and the stock email app did.
Dont know if this is what you meant but i would like to hear your progress on it.

this is not what meant.l meant that I organize my mails in folders,e.g. incoming mails from ebay are being sorted automatically in the folder named"ebay".
So excactly this folders (got a couple of them) are not being synced! Not with the stock email app, neither with another!

I added two accounts.
There is no problem with the first account.
But I can't get new emails with the second account.
There is no new emails, no notifications, nothing.
(My first account is mail.naver.com and the second one is my company's mail account)
I've tried with a third-party mail app, it works well. so well.
I've been receiving emails from the second account with my old phone for more than 3 month.
And there has been no any problem to receive emails or sync with my old phone which is HTC One M7.
I don't think it is the problem of account server.
I have no idea why I can't receive any emails from the second account.
Is there any way to improve receiving mails or... any solution of this??
Help me out my friends!
