Is a Chinese Rom and it still got bugs need to be fix if you guys realy can't wait this version 818+ RC4,NB

partly correct. In there you can find a link to the Orwell version and this one runs on a CID unlocked Prophet.
My problem was that it didn't load my battery and gave no sound! But it really runs on a Prophet (M600 for mee)
the problem is that i have a g4 cid locked prophet. so i can't install this version.
At this moment, as far as I know, it is only possible to flash wm6 on a CID unlocked Proph.

You can install it on a unlocked G4 prophet, I have done it also, the thing you have to do is:
1. Decrypt the nk.nbf file (with typho5.exe) so you will get a
8004000-OS.nb file
2. Extract the Step2.exe that you can download from this FTP the
Step2.exe file is the one Jester provided for the AKU3.3 rom.
You wil find a UPDATE.BAT file.
3. Copy your 8004000-OS.nb file to the extracted Step2 folder
and rename it to OS.nb.
4. you can now use UPDATE_ROM.BAT and the belonging files to flash
the rom to your CID-LOCKED Prophet.

the 818pro/830 version solved screen rotate bug. but you need diy camera driver.
refer to the softrestart proble,i have no idea yet. but you can use a 838 battery, then it will be no problem.
It seems wm6 need more power.
Buy a 838's battery and then you can use WM6 very well.

Maybe,you can get those mui from Dopod 900 WWE WM6 version.

Sorry if it's asked before.. but what changed? and is it chinese or english?

As Mr. Hessi James is Doing the German Version, i will do the Greek Translation, and try to Install the Greek Keyboard Layouts so no we will have no need of Leng or AEKMap (Specially for 160char/sms). I am a complete n00b at this point so i think it'll take long, but I will keep you informed here.

I have extracted all the files with molski's kitchen, found the html's and the mui's . I am wondering if i get the .mui's and .html's from a Greek wm5 rom and compare then what will I get. So i tried to extract the Greek Ace ROM using the kitchen but the OS nb file seems to be locked or something.
Can anyone who is using a Greek Wizard wm5 ROM find the files on their device (with a file manager) and pack them into a zip to send them to me or upload them somewhere?
into the Windows Folder all the *.htm(l) and *.mui files please.

I'll send you pm right now, I dont think i have problem, have you tried to dump the greek ROM ?
I am now making a kitchen for a Portugese edition.
It is the same base as i used at our Dutch WM6.1 Editon
Basis:
- SLIM 3.1 5.2.199
- CoffieROM PTG
I use the CoffieROM for the first translations.
I replace in the SLIM edition all 409 MUI with a 816 MUI if avauilable or i renamed this to 816 so that you van see some txt
I test this kitchen now on duplicate files. and then i placed this kitchen in this thread.
I was asked to help and i cant send more than 7 MB so i do it on this wasy.
It is a good start.
But before starting to make a own ream read al informating about "cooking" roms.
also very important 9100 must be CID unlocked. If it a G3 or G4 could also make some difference.

Iam now uploading the hole content in 4shares. In the kitchen renamed os.nb, as named as txt file. Only then you get a os-new.nb file who you can convert to nk.nbf
I dont test this kitchen but i think it wil work (iam not a language mirracle ). I create a Dutch version on the same way. But the Portugese Coffie consist more progs.
If there are some difficulties it could be the initfiles.dat. If he diddnt want to realign, you must create a 0 kb file named as welcome.not on your SD card then he skipped this option.
If you dont heve these problems SD card must be out. How many times i ferget this ahhhhhhhhhh.
It is a start. There are more OEM packages (oa JustClean) but not all will work
Before je press the start.bat butten press first G'Reloc (.VM)
Now i go finnish our Dutch version.

I ve now a working .588 (Diamond) with the same OS. I want it to translate it to Dutch and also to a Portugese version

I must extract it from a PTG Kaiser with Bepe's kitchen if had that richt, thats all.
First i do some work on a Dutch Edition. This one has the same translate problems as the PTG edition i Think

I have a PTG kaiser rom with the desired 816 lang files.
But first i am now busy with replacing the 409 with 413 files. The only problem then that 9100 would't get to the startup screen mhm
with the 409 files no problemo....
So there is maybe something wrong within the 413 files. Maybe intitflashfiles.dat io suppose. If that solverd i do the same trick with the 816 files.

Otherwise it must be in the os.nb fileenamed to 800400.nb. That is i think a 40'er

anyone tried to change WM6.1 to german or another language?
Actually, I work with the "OpenTouch"-roms. Many thanks for this. These are amazing roms!
I'm able to translate the Manila2D plugin. I attached this file. This file imports a translated 0409.mui. This works great!
When I import *.0407.mui-Files I'm not able to run the Phone Dialog, the contacts Dialog or the SMS-Dialog. This also happens when I rename the Manila2d.0409.mui into Manila2D.0407.mui. After that I change through registry the language to 0407.
The import of this Files are also attached. I try also every not existing 0407 file, which is there as 0409, to 0407.
I have the same issue => I cannot run phone,- contacts and SMS-dialog.
Can anyone help me?
P.S.: OpenTouch 7.3.1 works great without modifications!

You can not recook herald roms since they are protected.
There are no rgu files include so the rom will not work when you try to recook them.
If you want a german version, please pm me and as time allows I can cook one for the german folks,

Since ttran is on his deserved holiday, this strategy should work as well to generate a largely german (or other) ot7.x phone (Manilla2D):

Copy all the unzipped files to the windows folder (this will overwrite the english language in 409 with the 407 information without needing to change the registry). Works nicely for me.

i use the funktion to integrated the cab in my rom.
for exampel:
the Volumen control
but how to change the reg entry so, that theopal contraol starts, when i press the volumen control???
or how to check whether it worked??
