Esmertec Jeodek support 3D found !

i've found an esmertec jeodek with support jsr 184 !
to install it i have to replace existing files by others
First I installed Esmertek Jbed Build ID 20070802.2.1
(really good KVM for 2D games)
and after i replace files by other and change the shorcut
(because old exe file is jbed.exe and new file is jeodek.exe)
this version is Jeodek Build ID: 20060421-95649
all games I tested are not running correctly
i will post files later...
jbenchmarHD results (with critical battery status) fight between jeodek with 3D & Jblend with 3D and the winner is jeodek :

when I 'tested with jbenchmark HD, it watch JSR-75 no and JSR-82 : no
the files i used :
Cloudyfa_EsmertecJbed.cab : good KVM only 2D games
Emsertec_3D_Java.zip : jeodek KVM with support 3D
the file in zip are jeodek.exe, mui etc... and you just have to place in the same folder than the jbed installation (in my device windows folder & appdb folder in sd card)

This sounds nice but it it still fullscreen? ... And will Opera Mini still work?

Unfortunately, it isn't. See my review

ok this one is taken from hw6915 originaL dump rom.
so does anyone has the latest rom , so we can extract it.

It seems there were / are no official upgrades ( http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...TypeId=215348&prodSeriesId=1822499&taskId=135 ). Fortunately, a friend of mine has a hw6915; I"lll take a look at its ROM version.

i hAd this blue jeodek but it was in chinesee and showed blocks and could not read the options and i tried this itz also the same it shows blockz instead of text and the * and # dont work but 3d java run so smooth and best of all they all have sound and they have no vibration and the back arrow dont work so when u enter text u cant delete it to make it work install wm6 dash jeodek and just replace the red jeodek.exe with the blue jeodek.exe the one which iz 3d it has the abbility to resize java gamez 240x3

No need for pre-installing anything - see my tutorial. (Of course, you still can.)

In this respect, it isn't better in any way than any other MIDlet manager out there - see my remarks on this. It's only auto-resizable titles that are scaling-aware. If the MIDlet doesn't support scaling (the vast majority of the games are like this - see my remarks in the 3D article), then, this version will also play them at their original size.

It Does NoT ModiFY Ur Registry SettinGz So If U use a file manager to open jar or jad file it will open jblend oh FYI is U Have Jbed and jblend and every time you download a jar or jad it goez to jbed all you have to do is delete pieplugin.dll and use smartexplorer and go 2 .jar extensioN and change it to open with JBlend_VM.exe" - I<%1> Okay Me Goin To Bed Now zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

when i try to launch a 3D game(Deep from fishlabs), the midlet manager asked me if kill MIDlet , i click "No" and the it stuck in the loading progress bar
ps:the Jeodek manager cant FULLSCREEN & dont support left/right softkey click
or am i missing some settings?
if so, plz help me out

auto exit by it self or jeodek will tell midlet have thrown unexpected?Kill midlet the games from fishlab use mascot capsule v3 it maybe possible to make the work by putting com/micro3d/v3/ folder in jar just like the way the nokia ui was done to make nokia games work

It does support softkeys and yes, it doesn't support full screen. As has been mentioned in my above-linked review - have you read it? ;-)

Are you referring to the BT multiplayer-enabled one (3D_Juiced.jar)? Here, it cannot be installed because of the lack of BT support under Jeodek M3G.

How to play java games ony my HTC TOUCH?

Do you know how? Because i can't play any game ,because of the buttons :S

The closest thing is to have the MIDlet manager and through that you can download some games, but you can't go to a website and play them, but this may be possible on SkyFire.

Yes it is possible. You need to Adapt the Games with Java Adapter for Mobile.
You can get it here

anyone that has a pre-config of the HTC Elf, (touch, P3450) becuz it's not in the standard list.

You're right 128MB... I had a Nokia N73 (Symbian S60, 3rd Edition) device before the HTC S710 and infact my Vox runs java games better than they ever ran on my N73 thanks to JBED 3D Mod.
Every S60 3rd Edition j2me game I throw at it runs amazingly well and fast
It would be cool if it could run .sis/.sisx games though, but I doubt it'll ever happen on a wm device.

I had about 15 games installed in my vox and i it slowed down a lot :s i removed them and the phone runs fast again.
Why does it do that? cant i install the games on my sd card? i can only select the root folder.

Yes, get JBED 3D Mod, it can be installed to storage card and all java games/apps will be installed to card aswell

Hi to all ! I have an HTC HD2 T-Mobile USA device, well I've like to find out from where I could get a Java Games Emulator for my HD2.. Here I explain more detailed about my problem:
I have a game "Rollercoaster 3D.jar" which is a Java File in my phone, I want to play it alot, I install it, the HD2 gives me the ability to run it, but the problem is that the game is compatible with PocketPCs that have Keypads, I mean are Non-Touchscreens, and I want to have an emulator that can emulate the game to be Compatible with Touchscreen Devices, becouse I can't control the options in the game, or to select something ! well.. if I activate my virtual keyboard.. I can press the "Down Arrow" to choose the language, but when the game starts, it also asks me If I want Sound, there is Yes & No Option which I can't activate them with my virtual keyboard.. so please who knows if there is a Java Games Emulator for Touchscreen Devices, plzz give me the link where to download !
PS: I've searched alot on Google and here on xda-developers and I found only for "Non-Touchscreen Devices" ! Thx !
