I have a KJam running Faria V5.0 and love it but the connecting to GPRS message box drives me nuts! Every time I end a voice call, it comes up.
I ticked the 'Disable Go Online Warning' box in the registry tweaks 3 page but this only affects PIE.
Does anyone know how to disable it permanently??

does anyone know how to enable the "repeat" box in the sound and notifications especially for getting new messages or emails?.....
The actual box is greyed out so therefore unable to put a tick on this box......i did use a third party program called pocketmax phonealarm but this app stuffs up my notifications.....the options "vibrate when ringer switch off/on" are ticked but when i do a soft reset it automatically becomes unticked so therefore when i get messages or reminders the phone does not vibrate anymore.......but in phonealarm app i have set it to vibrate but it still doesn't vibrate......so i uninstalled pocketmax phonealarm version 1611 and everything is now back to normal and running smoothly but i still want the notifications to repeat so i dont miss them.....so does anyone know how to enable the repeat box.....thanks in advance....

Does anyone know how to stop the annoying confirmation beep that plays every time I send a text message from my HTC diamond Windows Mobile phone??? Is there a hack?
yeah but dont tell microsoft as its highly illegal
go to start/setting/sounds and notifications
then click on the notifications tab
in the event menu look for SMS SENT or something along them lines then just deselt the options below it
or downloading custom rom may help as its normally turned off by default
if all else fails download schaps advanced config app and choose it from the options in that
I have a HTC Touch Pro 2 from Verizon with all OEM software still. It is running TouchFlo 3D front end on it. Every time i send a text message the notification pops up saying the message was sent. This is annoying bc it wont let me type anything else till it goes. The notification comes up in a window in the center of the screen and it looks like its from windows mobile not from the touchflo. I look through all the setting and changed tons of things and nothing, i went into the registry and it was already set to disable it but it is still there. I think the touchflo is triggering it even though windows says not to.
does any one no how to turn this off?
Yh,
Search for these two apps here at XDA and install:
netcf3.5 & advanced config 3.3 (install in that order). Once these have been installed go in to advanced config, where you will find a setting to disable sent notifications.
If you merely wish to hide them, you should be able to go to sounds/notifications and untick display message on screen for sent text (although doesnt always do it)
great program! has a lot of nice options that i like.... but all the setting to disable the notification are already set to disable... grrr
i think the touchflo software is somehow overriding the windows setting and making it come up.
ok, i guess its not the touchflo... i closed out of touchflo, rebooted and sent a message and it still gives me the notification, even though all setting say not to and reg setting say not to
Ok i figured it out. When I was searching around i kept coming across this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
* Click on Inbox and select Edit -> New Key
* Name the New Key as “Settings“
* Click on “Settings” and select Edit -> New String Value
* On “Value name:“, enter SMSNoSentMsg and in “Value data“, enter 1
* Soft reset your Windows Mobile device and test it with one SMS, and you will notice that the SMS Sent bubble is being disabled
Now when I went to that registry I was already there and already set to "1". The problem I finally found was that it was set as a DWORD and I had to delete it and rewrite it as a STRING. Problem Solved.
Did lots of searching, no answers on this one:
On the MR1 release for the Touch Pro 2 from Verizon, under settings, "Today", you could uncheck Sense/touchflo, uncheck "windows default" (Titanium), then check itmes like "messaging" and end up with the Classic Windows Mobile 6.1 and earlier Today screen.
Also on that Today settings menu there were checkboxes for missed calls and voicemails. Not an add in app or some sort of widget - these enabled plain looking lines on the today screen that looked just like the messaging info:
Gmail: 13 Unread
Voicemail: 1 Message
Missed Calls: 2
Or something to that effect. Where did that come from? Had to be a cab or something added in the Verizon ROM right? Anyone willing and have the ability to look in the packages and see if it is ex-tractable? It's driving me nuts and I really miss this feature.
PS: This was not part of Visual Voicemail, I tried that one.
Hi guys I am in India.i just got my new titan. But sadly I can other any speech for phone accessibility toggle button. It only written off and no button displayed. Even I cannot get any background in my music and videos hub. It is plain black. How to do?
For speech you have to hold the windows button for a 2 second.
I know that feature works. But the feature in which my phone reads the message and also says who is calling when a call is arriving is not turning on. Is on settings>ease of access> speech for phone accessibility. My phone says it is off and is not showing a toggle button to turn it on..
To turn on the message reading and all go to settings>speech and go to "read aloud incoming text messages" it would be showing 'bluetooth only' change it to always on.
That would solve message problem.. it'll ask u xxx guy has sent you a message and ask to read it, if u say so it'll read it and u can use voice to reply
Is it possible to have the UI in a language and the speech software in another?
in the region+language menu why do I need to set "System locale" language too?
The issue seems to be for languages other then English (US), even my English (UK) removes that toggle switch and says Off. Change to English (US) and it is enabled...anyone foung a reg key for this?
