In all the ROM's that have suddenly appeared using the latest 5.2.1620 / Build 18125.0.4.2, none of them have VoIP. What is the reason for this? Is it just the original port of the 5.2.1620 ROM didn't have it and so subsequent re-heats are missing it also?
I actually use the VoIP feature so would like this included. I know in all releases so far there are bugs with VoIP that interfere with the L2TP/IPSec VPN stuff, is this why it was left out?

do you have any experience on which ROM the RIL API is available? (which is the API to read LAC,CellID) Officially (other than WM5) WM6 is capable of passing this info to user-programs.. but with ivan v1,v3 new build wm6 ROM, comm mgr pro always shows cellid/lac 0/0.

I've tried WM 6.1 Slim kitchen, SNN 2.0 wonder why isnt showing up.. when i install frostwolfs it works fine.
I flashed some WM6.1 5.2.19209 roms, included dutty's, AT&T official, and some other from other forum.
It shows a big capability problem.
some many softwares what were running good before, cannot run on WM6.1 5.2.19209 now.
For an example, iGo 8 and Miomap 3.2/3.3.
They do not start, and no notice about why at all.
Does anyone successfully run them?
I tried some Chinese WM6.1 5.2.19209 ROM, even WM6.1 5.2.19199,
iGo and Miomap cannot run either.
More other Chinese software cannot run.
All of them do not show any notification about why.
Just show a waitting icon then nothing happen.

I would suggest searching more on this topic before changing to so many ROM's. Do you have HTC Home enabled while trying to run iGo?

I have similar problems. I cant get GPSTUNER to work with the 19209 roms... works fine on some 19199 roms (like dutty's 19199 lite rom) but on on the cube or non-cube versions of the same rom?!?!
I also have cases where GPSTUNER does not work on 19209 and then my gps mapping software (www.digi-nav.co.za) works okayish.
I also have cases on post 19199 roms where things are very slow and a lot of clicks are missed and I have no idea why this is.
Skype installs fine, but won't start - "hangs" forever while loading - displaying splashscreen.

Tested on Ranju's 7.6 and 7.7 (both v6.1)

So until Skype get's it clumsy programming together, use Fring, it's like 1/12 of the size of skype - and works fine.
I don't know what have I done but Skype runs smoothly on one of my Unis with version 2.1.0.65.
This Uni has Ranju 7.4.
On the other with 7.6 Skype can't run.
Skype works with latest Mo3ulla 6.1 ROM
At this moment, we confirmed these 3 ROMs are OK for Skype.

Based on what Microsoft is showing at CES, it appears that 23091 might be the official "shipping build" of 6.5.3.
If that's the case, I wonder what all the 28XXX builds are for? Anyone know any details on this?
