Reverting AKU 2.3 ¿Upgrade? Spanish ROM RQ

After instaling the ROM in the link:
Prophet AKU2.3 pdamobiz customized rom [G4 with SPL 2.15.0001]
I don't mind this being WWE instead than Spanish, but I got several problems:
Hang during install after first reboot. (after every Hard Reset)
Not all programs installed.
Not all installed programs running.
Some other minor glitches.
I moved from 2.15 ESP Rom (Vodafone) wich I was unable to extract.
Does anyone knows were to find my "old" rom?
I downloaded 2.13 from imateclub but refuses to install: "this nbf file is not for your device, get a newer one".
Help! please.

First, is your CID unlock?
Second, your device have a G4 chip, so you can not be able to install an older version, I mean, If you have a 2.15.0001 you can not be able to install a Rom for a Sapnish Qtek 2.09.0000 or like JAMin by i-mate 2.13.0000.
About where you can find your original rom, I invite you to find it on XDA-Wiki, after you log in under your nick or make a Dump Rom from other device like yours.

I'm unsure if this is CID unlocked, it is SIM unlocked now, will check for the CID issue. Though I assume that being able to install other 2.15 rom (dopòd) means it is already CID unlocked too....¿?
I was afraid the "downgrading" has to be done in the same version range. (2.15)
Thanks again for the wiki proposal, will go there.

The wiki site is a real mess actually, with no trace of usefull info specific for the prophet. (Sorry to say) Just a couple of ROM's some not working.
No one with a 2.15 ESN rom to share?

qtek s200 help!!!

i updated my s200 with a crossbow rom and now its dead
the update was sucssfull but when i push the power button the screen fliker for les than one sec and that it
my s200 will not go even to bootloader
any ideas ?

i have a G3 idont it was 2.20 i think

plz check again if its 2.20 or 2.21 and hope that its 2.20^^

mh you have g3 ... try the solution out that i mentioned before and try the cid unlock from pdamobiz.com... then reflash an older rom with spl/ipl.

the pdambiz can only be flashed when you are in align screen... if you have 2.21 take a wizard rom and go into align screen with active sync connection and flash the cid unlock rom.
if you have 2.20 then just try another prophet rom out and see if it works...

sorry that its in german but its the only one I have right now... you can also change the language with some programm which is available here in the board..spl and ipl is included and it should downgrade you pda to 2.09
its an original shipped rom, they are always for g3 and g4 right? it doesn't say anything about that, anyways i used it on my g4 and it worked so you might wanna check out before as you have a g3 device, but I'm pretty sure it works for g3 and g4

so i maneged to get my s200 into bootloader
i now i have IPL 1.01 and SPL 1.01 but my device is G3
so i tried to flash RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship.exe
and its start and when it reached 95% igot an error that says
"ERROR 326 ivalid command, the nfb file cannot be used with your pda phone
and one got and idea what to do ????

just now i tried to flash "RUU_Prophet_2090732_20907115_020720_QtekGER_Ship.e xe" and it fail at the first time
so i tried again and it sucsess
and now my qtek work again

spl lowering

does any one now how to lower the spl . when u start the ppc mine is 3.08 and i need it lower so i can unlock my phone

Well, my guess is that your phone is already unlocked if your SPL is 3.08.
Is is a G3 or G4 Wizard?

G3 But I Wont To Put Black Diamond On It

So just try to launch the setup for BD to know if it really isn't already unlocked (in case it is, the Rom will install, and if it isn't, then it just won't, so theres' no risk for your phone.

Just to forewarn you, do not install the downgrade ROM until you bring your IPL/SPL down from 3.08 to 2.xx. If you don't you may end up like a lot of other people on here where you can't upgrade the IPL after you get done unlocking your phone and go to install WM6. To get it down, just go to your service providers website and download their official version of their ROM and install it first and that should bring your IPL/SPL down to a 2.xx version, then flash the downgrade ROM.

I did find one workaround that appears to almost always work is to have a minisd with a dumped raw image of a previous rom with ipl/spl included (r2d all command)...this was able to downgrade a phone on 3.08 back to 2.24 even after having gone to wm6. (it downgraded it back to wm5 at the same time)...conventional flashes were failing due to the ipl/spl.

Yeah, downgrading your IPL/SPL is easy, it's when you go from a 3.xx IPL/SPL straight to a 1.xx IPL/SPL that can cause problems, like your IPL sticking at 1.01 afterwards and not wanting to upgrade back to a higher IPL.

In the future, don't send private messages to people who haven't contributed to this thread. If you can't figure out how to downgrade and/or unlock your phone after reading the many, many threads on how to do it, I suggest sticking with WM5.

Here, run this. It's an IPL/SPL version only. It won't affect anything you info or programs you have loaded on your phone right now, all it will do is lower you back down to an IPL/SPL of 2.26.

That's not normal, try running it again. I think I just put a file that will change it to 2.25 in another post that you started. If the 2.26 one doesn't work after running it again, try the 2.25 one and see if it works for you.

Just install a factory T-Mo or Cingular ROM
(Gotta locate 1 yourself)
You'll lose all your info but you wanted to flash another Rom anyway.
You gotta keep a factory Rom handy when things go wrong

cujo did you just buy an 8125 because you think it looks cool or do you actually understand the phone? It seems to me like you should be using a razr or something less complex than that...

T-mobile MDA downgrade Ipl/Spl & WM6 Upgrade Issue

I followed Dr. Puttingham's thread and Yippie's thread to a tee in addition to reading threads in this forum for a good number of hours each day for two weeks. Yesterday, I became brave enough to downgrade my 2.26 Ipl / 2.26 spl; GSM 2.25.11; OS 2.26.10.2 MDA with a goal to upgrade to a custom WM6 rom with touchflo.
* Started with flashing the button rom then cid unlock with lockwiz2b which looked successful no errors but got a 1.xx IPL / 2.26 SPL since I got a 2.26 SPL then
* flashed the wizard love rom then then cid unlock with lockwiz2b which looked successful also but got the same results - a1.xx IPL / 2.26 SPL again then
* flashed the 2.26 T-mobile rom from the Tmobile website then
* flashed NBD 8.3 only to go back to Tmobile's 2.26 rom - DISAPPOINTED after two hours...............
Any assistance would be appreciated without bricking my MDA. Also, I read the thread on how to install a 2.x rom in a cid locked G3, this method appears a little bid complicated and if I need to move forward with this method, would this method work for any WM6 rom with touchflo and if somebody could simplify the method in layman's terms for newbie's like me could understand, please advice.
Let me know if I missed anything in the process.

After u do cid unluck and sim unluck and its reboots do a downgrade again to the button rom and ur ipl and spl will change.(u do not have to re-due the onlucking procedure again)

I tried again performing Dr. Puttingham's CID unlocking process in terms of flashing the button rom then the CID unlock process using Lokowiz2b but while I am at the DOS screen trying to CID unlock my MDA it the DOS screen showed unlocking phone........DO NOT DISCONNECT UNTIL THE PHONE REBBOTS.
This process went on for 5 then 10 then past 30 minutes until I gave up. To be on the safe side I turned off the LAPTOP by taking the battery then pulled the USB cable from the PC to the MDA.
What is the typical timeframe for the unit to CID unlock? Why is is it hanging? Am I missing or skipping the process? How can I complete the process?
Any help would ber greatly appreciated by newbies who read threads.

The problem is that you need to have an IPL/SPL of 1.xx before you try to unlock your phone. CID unlocking will not change your SPL which means that you had an IPL of 1.xx and an SPL of 2.26 before you even tried to unlock. You need to reflash the button ROM over and over until your IPL and SPL both show 1.xx and then run lokiwiz.

dont get your point, i have been using shelltool for ages without any problems and quite a lot custom roms. my SLP/IPL is 3.08.

if your device doesn't reboot almost at once after the unlock, it probably didn't work. That is what happened to me. Did you get four lines of File cannot be opened or a similar message? I got that from following the 17 steps carefully. What was wrong for me was unzipping to the root directory of C:/. When I redid it to the desktop and executed from there, no problemo.
Your symptoms sound exactly like mine. I posted a longer thread, somewhere....

Ok i did a little booboo and yesterday was using equinoxe's softspl tool by mistake (didn't notice i had a g3), this causes you to actually end up with the exact same os you had before you flashed.
The best advice I can give: Open the Dr's guide and follow every step closely. (also just found this guide. Its a bit simpler http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=305225)
Once you CID unlock you should be able to use the RUUs to flash.
Make sure everytime you do any of the steps that dr. putt gives to be comepletely synced to activesync.
Also dont forget to load enablerapi.cab on your wizard.
Also you must use the unlock function before the cid unlock function in lokiwiz.
OH also the unlock will work after your ipl drops to 1.xx After you do the unlocks reflash button to drop the spl to 1.xx Then just flash up to a higher IPL/SPL as the Dr states.

Umm I believe the IPL/SPL of 3.08 means your phone is unlocked... so you really shouldnt need to use shell tool. Some correct me if I'm wrong

Just cause you have 3.08 does not mean you are unlocked..you could have upgraded a 2.xx ipl/spl without having downgraded and unlocked first.

right, i installed the latest german t-mobile rom and my device is still locked. the point i made is why the hell does somebody want to downgrade? It doesnt matter if u use the shelltool.

Perhaps they want it actually cid unlocked for resale value...or perhaps they prefer the RUU method of installs vs having to use shelltool.

Question about flash on 9100

Hello guys I have One problem. When I follow the steps for flash for my new rom I can't Continue. I press Next , Next step by step when I arrive to finish mirror where is the Image Version , there was not signed Image version there was empty I try with "Love Script" and Skynet "TechTeamup_Manila2D_NSN__v1.00_HTCWizard" I want flash my Qtek 9100 G3 with 6.5 rom with manila and touch flow. Can anybody help me ? How I can upgrade my phone to 6.5 now I am with 2005 version. There is System information WIZA200.

What is your native language?
If you want an English WM6.5 with Manila 2D, the choices are CR96 (in my signature) or one of Haseeb's Tech Teamup ROMs. Neither are very new, but Wizard ROM development is mostly stopped.
If you want German, the Cyberdyne is probably a very good ROM. He has been developing for a very long time. I don't know because I only speak one language, English.

sory for my bad English I try to install Manila 2D rom but in finish mirror where is the "Your rom is bla bla bal ... " will be changed with new rom version " rom version ..." and there was have one signed "Your new rom version is : " and there was empty . In readmi screenshots I see there was anything as "Your new rom version is : 1.20.1 " but when I try to install new rom in my mirror there is empty. I was install english rom version with manila . I believe you were able to run RUU and it claimed to be successful, but when you booted your phone, you had the old ROM. It sounds like perhaps your phone is not unlocked.
First determine if it is G3 or G4, then follow the instructions:
G3: here
G4: here
Maybe you were already following the instructions for G3, but you have a G4, so the instructions did not work. Read the beginning of the instructions carefully and determine whether G3 or G4 by the SPL version number.
Many of the older ROMs can still be downloaded, if you go back many pages in the forum. But first you want any ROM. After that succeeds you can choose by experimentation.

I see my phone and SPL and IPL last number is similar as " 1.27.17 " . I read any tutorials and I think my phone is G3 and I think it is CID unlocked how I understand is this phone CID unlocked and how I can unlock it ?? And any worker links for 6.5 roms with manila and touchflo .

Yes, you have a G3.
Perhaps it is still CID locked.
Try following the instructions again from the beginning.

The "CR96" link in my signature has TouchFlo and Manila 2D, and is based on 6.5.

Hello , again. I make CID unlocking in my computer which is with Windows 7 everything continued Ok step by step as in this link :

But in this link 1.05 ROM is missing , I think this unlocking can make with not this rom. I continue with steps after number 4. I make everything and it is finish Right. But when I install new rom CR96 Everything is old. I see again only 2005 rom . I will make this unlocking again on Windows XP . Do you think this method will be successful for CID unlocking ??
