Help!!!
My orange spv c600 is stuck in bootloader after updating to wm6, i downloaded the orange firmware again but it wont install so i can even get back to wm5.
bootloader says;
Tornado
IPL 2.00
Tornado
SPL 2.00.0008
Tornado UI
USB
Any suggestions?

deactivate usb connection in active sync.
run spv-services to make sure you have superCID (3131313131 in a long string of numbers in the CID tools option)
make sure you are CID unlocked
use teratermpro to format BINFS
reinstall radio update
reinstall wm6

Please help me with the following issue:
I bought recently a SPV C600 from ORANGE RO, with the following versions:
IPL 1.00
SPL 1.00.0009
on the green band says Tornado IU
ROM 1.0.9.0
Operator 11.1.10.3
RTL 2.002
So, I wanted to flash with the Imate SP5 software (I-mate_SP5_NRE_1.5.333.0).
I decertified and SIM unlocked the phone (SPV-Services), I erased operator
field from header (with TyphoonNBFTools) but when I tried to update firmware,
the phone entered in bootloader mode, (with RUU at top-right of the screen)
and I received the mesagge "Error 2??: Update Only.")
I used the NBFViewer from the update and saw that the ROM version of imate
firmware is 1.0.8.0, so it's kinda downgrade and I understand that newer bootloaders don't accept that. So, what's your advice?
I tried to set CID -> SuperCID (11111111) with SPV-Services, but again I'm not
allowed to do that (Illegal writezone patch attempt - invalid data) or smth like that.
What are my options? wait for an update that superseeds the present? should i try to emergency flash the bootloader with a lower version? it is ok to do that with a bootloader from imate or ONLY with one from ORANGE firmware? Is there any posibility to SuperCID the CID (wich seems the most convenient sollution, but I couldn't figure out how to do it reading the post from Low-Level Discution topic)?
Finally, the firmware for sp5m is ok for C600, or should I stick with sp5 roms?
Sorry if my english is bad.. but i'm new in this stuff, and any suggestion is welcome.

Okay, here it is:
My cousin has a S200 and i have a wizard, i went to him and he said "Oh yea, of course i know how", so we used a program i think Sspl and to the left there was a picture of his prophet and we pressed "upgrade" so my problem is now that i have a strange rom on my phone, and belive me, its VERY slow and when i want to see battery status it says "Unknown" and it doesnt recharge i think (No orange light). My phone is CID locked, so i want to unlock it, but when connecting to a computer it doesnt connect proberly. Fx. in Wizard service Tool i can "Enab. Rapi + Unsigned Apps" but i cant Read Cid, it says my device isnt connected. (Wish i could before) so i need help down grading to my old software and unlocking and finally, flash it to a touch...

I need some help / steps to update my Wizard to WM6 (or 6.1)
I tried with diferent ROMs, i followed the differrent guides, but something strange is happening.
After installing the ROM, everithing seems ok, the device restarts, but ... i still have the WM5!!!
What i missed? I have IPL/SPL 2.18, unlocked phone.
Some guidelines?

I missunderstood that CID lock is different from SIM lock. No i undestand what's happening.
The problem thta i have now is using WST. I tried to unlock CID, but it says that i have to downgrade SPL to 1.06 to unlock CID (because is write protected)
So, corret me if i'm wrong, i have to
Downgrade SPL to 1.06
Unlock CID
Upgrade SPL to 2.xxx
Install WM6 ROM
It's correct?

YUP ! thats correct.First downgrade to IPL/SPL 1.xx to CID unlock,than upgrade to 2.xx for upgrading to wm6 or 6.1 ,follow this guide :-

use button's rom to downgrade to 1.05 and make sure both IPL/SPL are 1.05 sometimes u have to do it twice to get to this state..
then unlock it both supercid and sim
then u can update to WWE 2.26 as this is the most solid base..
Hi I have a G4 Prophet and the IPL and SPL version number reads 2.10.0001.
I would like to flash it to use a WM6.1 ROM with the touchflo type functionality and new IE Mobile features (i.e. zooming).
I have read through all the guides about carrying this out and have even started having a go but am getting confused about HardSPL.
From what I read HardSPL CID Unlocks your phone so that you can install a diffeerent Carrier (e.g. Orange, Vodaphone) ROM ... or in fact a home 'cooked' ROM off of this site.
I have tried manually carrying out the HardSPL using both the Prophet Tools GUI and the command line batch file HardSPL however after the procedure finishes my IPL and SPL do not read differently as all posts indicate (i.e. they do not read 2.G4.4PDA) ... instead they remain as 2.10.0001.
I have seen the phone go to the tri-colour bootloader screen and even the progress bar go up correctly however when it reboots it says 2.10.0001. I'm assuming that I cannot go ahead and flash with a ROM (such as the Shadow TE one until the SPL reads 2.G4.4PDA).
Can anyone offere me some help with getting to this?

I would recommend you use something like: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353547 It makes it a one stop upgrade... That uses "JumpSPL" rather than HardSPL which is the short term option.
Thanks for the help I tried the alternative lazy tool and it worked (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2141436&postcount=188) now my Orange SPV M600 has the Shadow Touch edition rom on it with the shadow cube addon, so far works a treat.
I would still be interested to know why the SPL version number did not change using the prophet tools or HardSPL on its own.

What is your devices IPL?
It may be because Soft/Jump SPL was not executed properly prior to HardSPL (this is automated through the HardSPL tools and Prophet Tools).

i ran upgrade_hardspl_g4 on my prophet, my spl is 2.15 still... what should i do l3v5y? tried flashing it 5 times still no luck. Please help, having a hard time upgrading roms...

im currently downloading prophet tools 2.8. i currently flashed my 818 with PV_temp rom. i'll try to install the prophet tools and hardspl my phone with it.. hope it works...will update in a few after the installation is done... downloading so slow... =(

Hi!
I try to USPL CID Bypass my Vodavone VDA V to install WM6.1 CLEAN ROM.
I followed instructions here and also tryed the newer bulild of USPL CID Bypass...
Nothing worked.
On running haret my screen is not going black or dim or any thing else.
Just restarting after showing some strange colors.
so the ROM Flash dosent work.
ROM Version is 1.35.162.1

Problem solved.
Just wait and plug and deplug usb cable after uspl
