Is there a way that I can't flash new room to my G3 because some how the usb connection of my device doesn't work no more. It only charges the device. If I plug it into windows it say my device is unrecognized. Plz help me.
Try to see if it is still recognized as Unknown Device in bootloader mode (Camera mode)
If so, you need another good Wizard to create SD image using r2sd in mtty, then restore to your Wizard by pressing Voice button and reset.

Try to put it into bootloader Press Camara + Soft Reset, then release soft reset and keep pressing camara button till appear the Boot Loader... then flash it again...
I tried but it doesn't work....it's now in the Bootloader screen, but windows xp cannot even detect it
You cannot use "upgrade_rom.bat" to flash your device with RGB screen. The bat file is for upgrade, not for fresh install.
You have to install AKU2.xx NVID.exe (executable) first. The .exe file can recognize ur device via RGB screen.
After reset your device with AKU2.x and successfully connect to the PC vis Activesync, you then can run upgrade_rom.bat.

I had the same problem as you, and was able to restore my Uni with a new ROM using the second link.
But the first problem is getting your PC to stop displaying "USB device not recognized", unfortunately this is quite difficult and I actually didn't manage to do it with my main PC! I had to use an old laptop with USB 1.1 and only then it worked fine, after installing Activesync 4.5.
Basically the Uni sucks full 500mA out of the USB port, so try unplugging ALL other USB devices from your PC first, and if that doesn't work then you will have to try another PC. Some work better than others, maybe you have an old laptop lying around which has at least USB 1.1, or could use a friends PC?
Don't bother hard resetting any more, in this state you can only do normal reset and enter bootloader mode. You will have to try combinations of this whilst plugging it into the PC, and also try different USB ports. Also try entering bootloader mode whilst the Uni is plugged into PC, and try without and plugging it in after.
If you manage to get the device recognized in device manager, and the display change to USB, then follow the instructions in the Wiki above and your device will be restored.
And make sure to flash a ROM that does not include a new IPL/SPL, that means don't use any network default WM5 ROM!!! I used Tomal's 8.0, I recommend that when flashing to recover your device.

I have exaclty the same problem with my jasjar. help!!! usb is not working .....and how can I find Tomals 8.0 ......
So I wiped my phone, went to flash the unofficial kitkat CM rom, and found out I had the wrong recovery version. No biggie, I thought, I'll just reflash my backup ROM. Well, it wasn't where I left it, so now I'm stuck without a ROM to flash. That was okay, though, I could just push one via adb. Then my computer gave me the "USB device not recognized" thing, and so I've tried reinstalling drivers, cleaning the registry, rebooting many times, and all to no avail. I'm lost! Wise ones of XDA, what can I do?
Bump. I really could use some help, I use my phone for work and school and it's a paperweight in it's current state.
I'm guessing you have no access to an sdcard? Looks like you need to use Odin to go back to stock then reroot and unlock. Try uninstalling the drivers then boot your S3 into download mode (hold volume down, home, and power) follow the on-screen prompt, then plug your S3 into the computer to force install new drivers. Now, unplug and pull the battery and try flashing stock, and root/unlock. Try another port, keep the computer plugged into the wall, and also make sure you're using the Samsung USB cable.

No sd card. My computer shows the same "USB device not recognized" message while the phone is in either download mode or recovery, and while using my samsung usb cable and a new one I bought yesterday evening. I've deleted every driver for it, tried every port, and it's the same thing every time. EXCEPT, for some reason, when I plug it into my USB 3.0 ports, it shows up in device manager under "other devices- unknown device", but when it's plugged into my USB 2.0 port, it shows up under "USB controllers- unknown USB device (invalid device descriptor)".

If its not connecting to your main computer, try another computer. Honestly though, I think you need to purchase a cheap sdcard (format it to Fat32) and put a rom on there. Cuz you can still access download mode and also recovery correct? Maybe by then, there will be a few more replies or some idea that will get you in the right direction.

I just have my laptop. I've bought an sd card now, but I don't have a reader. When I fix this I'll put a backup on there I think I'm just going to reinstall windows and get a fresh start. Then maybe I'll be able to ADB sideload a rom.

I was trying to install a custom touch recovery with Odin, as soon as i flashed it into my phone, my phone stopped and now I am unable to enter recovery or download mode, the PC doesn;t detect it and it won't boot, just shows the samsung logo with the phone model name (Galaxy S Advance). When i connect my phone to PC it just shows the loading wheel, and from that point I can't do anything with my phone, I have tried all the possible methods of connecting my phone without battery, turning it on before connecting to the usb cable etc. I also reinstalled the drivers but without success.
Please consider these issues:
*I can't enter download mode or recovery mode;
*The PC doesn't detect my phone;
*My volume buttons don't work. I used to enter recovery and download mode via adb and 300k tool, but now my phone is undetectable by PC.

I downloaded the program to my Meise through Magisk, and after rebbot a black screen appeared with the inscription "Your firmware is corrupt". The phone does not exit this mode, the data wipe does not help in the recovery mode. The problem is that I can’t connect my smartphone to a PC in any way, I tried everything, even in the EDL mode the PC does not see it. USB cable and the bottom plate are exactly serviceable. I tried to look for testpoints by poking a needle according to the scheme, but anyway the PC does not see the phone anyways. Does this mean I have a faulty processor? Please help me fix this. Before bracking my phone, at one point the PC stopped seeing the Meizu X8 via USB, and now everything is the same, only I just can’t export a "update.zip" for example or use qualcom9008 driver. Hellp
