[Update 29/06]Magic-Porting SuperHeroV2 by Fatal1ty2787 & NK02 & zazy improvement!
This is just a porting of the SuperHeroV2 ROM,
all the credit goes to the developers of the ROM
(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=524744)
Just rename it update.zip, and flash it...
We are trying to work on this rom too, so maybe will follow some updates!

In this release you'll find:
1. Bluetooth fix
2. QuickOffice
3. The Exchange sync (it was already fixed, i just included the missing package)
4. Added Swapper to gain some (many!) UI performances
5. Removed some HTC clock widget skins (needed more room in the system partition, sorry)
6. Removed the boot-time sound (at least until volume will be fixed... it's too loud)
7. Fatal1ty2787 "integrity" has been restored

in the market there is an app for that. just search for hero
are ther any problems with wifi?
because the original V2 rom can be installed on magic too, but only with not working wifi.
i cant load this version. only loop after install...

This ROM is fully working (excepting for bluetooth and staus led), try wiping and reflashing it...

ii wiped and reflashe 3 times now. with the same result.
the original V2 works, but without wlan.
(is apps2sd needed for this version?
i have a 2 gb ext2 partition.)

This rom is awesome.
I've found theese problems:
a) Bluetooth not working
b) Exchange options seems not to work
c) Can't change lock wallpaper
d) Missing HTC WIDGETS like weather and stock
e) g-sensor calibrate not work
f) On downloading market apps, the graphic indicator before downloading begins, seems to be messed

Wow this is the fastest Hero build I've tried yet, even runs stable with Rosie and a few widgets!!! Big thanks to Diaztradeinc, Jrbourque and l3wish for creating and to Fatal1ty2787 and NK02 for porting to Magic so we can enjoy.
Things I have noticed:
After receiving a call the scroll ball on my phone keeps flashing!
No Mail.apk.. I resolved this by pushing Mail.apk from another Hero build
This last one is purely personal opinion but I prefer the original Hero colour sceme/theme. Does anyone know how to revert to it.
None of the above are complaints, just observations.

Here you go, just unzip and push to data/app_s

Tested and a great rom, but i use Bluetooth a lot so gone back to ION rom for now.

HD2 Colorful Taskbar - Brain's TaskBar v6 Fixed

I have been using Excellent Brain's Taskbar v6 for sometime on my TP2 and HD2. However, after upgrading my HD2 to ROM 1.66 it does not work Properly.
I have fixed the issue and rebuild the Installer.
This has been tested on HTC HD2 ROM 1.66.707 Manila 2.5.19211x
Please let me know if it works on other ROM. I will update this Post accordingly.
Confirmed to work on:
HTC Stock ROM 1.66, 161, 1.48, 1.43
Manila 2.5.19211x
(Please send your comments whether it works on custom Roms)

anyhow here is my fixed version, it has added feature of volume overlay for other apps such as core player etc... and have fixed the battery icon in sync with htcnotification!
Please note this is not the finished article as I'm looking to clean up some further bugs and icons!!! V6 Final release soon! for now enjoy test 2! remember to install sdkcerts if you haven't already!

Thanks! I'm assuming you've installed my version but if you want "start" text displayed install rezaulkabir's version maybe his one has the "start" text!

Wonderful, I love your cab. Been using it since the first day of having my HD2. Keep us updated on when the new version comes out.

Yes. I am using HTC Stock Rom 1.66.

Works nice on my TG01, thanks dude! ;-)
btw I miss the taskmanager icon, but I think this works only on HD2, am I right? otherwise the icons are nice and works as expected. I love to have battery on top, but its a pitty I cannot have battery and time at once.. can you adjust it ? ;-)

Just a question guys... If I install this and decide to go back to Original taskbar, can I do it? just by uninstalling from remove programs? or is there anyother way....
any input would be appreciated...

May I ask what was the problem with the original one? I have been using Brian's 6.5 Taskbar V5 and dont seem to be having any problems with Dutty's V1.5 rom....

green overlay when changing volume in music, video tabs and radio is not working in v5.

Guys you may want hold on I'm going to upload V6 Test 3.1 tonight here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=520547 it's just minor update fixed some more bugs changed the start logo but don't worry when I release the final version you will have the option of choosing different start logos!
I'm close to finishing V6 but just trying to finish off a new battery icon and fix all CDMA issues!

i had v6 test1 installed and working on my hd2 then did the 1.66 rom update and had the volume problem. i read on here to fix it you have to delete part of the registry. i did this and it worked. my question is if i update it to this newer version for 1.66 will it need to have the registry i deleted?

Check Dutty's Task Manager. try BattClock. It shows both Clock and Battery.

[REQ]Camera (from TMOUS) 6_26_20121425_00

has anyone managed to take the camera version from the TMOUS 2.10 ROM
and make it into a cab??
I heard the camera version of this TMOUS 2.10 ROM is a lot better than from the 1.66 ROM
this could potentially be a fix.
(i remembered - Miri has taken the Topaz Camera and made this into a cab and ported it to the Blackstone) perhaps a similar instance might turn up eh?

Anyone? It will be so nice...

I can confirm this is a better camera driver, flash issue is a thing of the past, and a cab would be good for those wishing to stick with their stock ROM, unless the radio is also needed for the drivers to work...

Flashed the other day Dutty Throy HD 1.1 over at HTC Pedia (my first ever flash for the HD2 - been a flash junky for the Blackstone/HD)
the Camera is included and I suppose so has a lot of custom ROMs out here
as I could see most of these are TMOUS 2.10 ROM based.
and the Camera is now perfect - no over exposure whatsoever!

i know... that's because the cab with cam drivers is not working... after install, camera won't startup, saying "Unable to iinitialize Camera"...

any updates, it would be nice to have the camera work well at night

Here is the lastest build from HTC, custom (icon and new mui) by me!
2015/2016 works with same speed, so if run actually the 2015 no need to change (Don't change a winner team)
Try it at your own risk!
*Make Backup of your sms before, and restore sms after installation**You can also make a complete backup*
Installation for 2015 or 2016:
-First unzip the file in your storage card
-Disable Sense,
-Soft reset,
-Install cab at the end refuse the soft reset,
-replace the all.mui in \windows, (1 mui for 2015 and 3mui for 2016)(Inclued in the zip file)
-soft reset, enable sense!
Have fun you have secure box on Messaging Client 2015/2016 (1.8)

For install MMS Fix no need stop Sense, just run the cab and soft reset
-Some stock 1.66 (WWE) user can't use it, impossible to know why because some people with same rom can!!
-Use 2015 version for NGR Rom user
-Same for Stock 1.66 rom 2.13 TMO stock ROMS appears to bugs...
-don't forget, backup sms ->Delet all->upgrade->apply backup
-For no WWE user don't forget the chek the link just above!

Don't know sorry, beacause i don't use it so my registry is set up to disable it, i will modify it later, test it and feedback if you actualy us secure box!

I replace chinese button and dll (for future test for secure box)

My registry sucks!!!! I set Secure mod on, i save soft reset, and it return by itself to 0!!!!!!! WTF!

hmmm im on energys latest rom, this cab doesnt work for me :/ followed exact instructions but im still left with crappy winmo default

Hmm, haven't had much joy with this. I'm running a TMOUS HD2 with 2.10 stock ROM - notably, I've also installed HTC Messaging 2014 and a fix for the sent message notifications. Tried uninstalling 2014 & fix, then installing 2015 - no joy, it defaulted to the WinMo default messaging. Tried installing 2015 over 2014 instead - this worked, and the version was showing correctly - but every time I opened a conversation, there would be no messages. They showed fine in the Inbox view, and fine in standard view, just not in conversation view - no message history.
Anyone else tried this with TMOUS, or over 2014?

[App] TomTom and Manila Auto Rotation

As you all know TomTom can be viewed in landscape mode.
We have to edit the registry.
I did that so many times (Rom Updates) ....
Now I have made a .CAB file that does the job, so no more registry editing nessessary!!! (And a lot faster!)
I've tested the TomTom version on Stock Rom 1.42 and 1.66, also on the Energy Rom, Dutty Rom and Artemis Rom.
Hope It's also usefull for some of you.

Stock Rom now also work!
Tested stock 166+303 = OK
Tested Artemis V34/35/37 and V40 = All OK

Hey the Manila rotation almost worked on my Stock 1.66 except it screwed up the Photo's and Video tab as there were no previews of the pictures, have uninstalled it now and everything is back to normal. It was nice to see Manila in landscape though .
I do hope you could possibly fix it.
