Helmi Himalaya AKU3.5 ROM SP1
This ROM based on Helmi HIMALAYA AKU3.5 ROM Kitchen Test with a litle improvement. You will find this ROM is clean stable and fast. It also fix some issues:
- Crossbow style
- Removed certification and security prompt on install.
- BT suspend fix
- SMSDeliveryStatus fix
- SMS Alert fix
- Hardware Buttons fix
- ScreenRotateFix
- ArcSoft MMS
- WM5 Storage
- Wireless Manager work well (but not for some Radio Version

Hi moeya! Prety cool this rom I just noticed a little issue, its when the phone asks for the PIN the keyboard skin seems to be missing because there is no butons but we can press them without seeing them. Probably is missing that file of the phone skins! Do you know how to fix this?

Yes, it is the faster ROM than ever. feels like WM6 except the media player. I installed GSFinder v 1.99 to grouping the folder on program. looked very clean shortcut.

Not sure that HDWall works as well on a 2.5 ROM as it does on 2.0/2.1. I've just flashed my first 2.5, and my existing wall cabs did not work as they should. Steve's cab above though worked a treat. I believe HDWall is beta only for 2.5 ROMS.

depending on how the distributor build the ROM, usually in start -> setting -> device information
This one works with manila 2.1, I made it from files posted by ernest33 on htcpedia.com and use with Dutty's Topaz R1.

Well, it seems won't work anymore in the newset (LEO 1919) version Manila 2.5. it will show a square in the top-left side of the HOME tab.

Agreed, did the same to me too! Steve, if you're flashing one of Dutty's latest Topaz Leo ROMs (R2 or R3), and you intend to update your BG 4 All tab, we'd be grateful if you would share it again! Many thanks.

How can I upgrade my Manila? I am using 2.0 right now. is there a cab file that I can use
Just flash cooked rom.
I have been using Excellent Brain's Taskbar v6 for sometime on my TP2 and HD2. However, after upgrading my HD2 to ROM 1.66 it does not work Properly.
I have fixed the issue and rebuild the Installer.
This has been tested on HTC HD2 ROM 1.66.707 Manila 2.5.19211x
Please let me know if it works on other ROM. I will update this Post accordingly.
Confirmed to work on:
HTC Stock ROM 1.66, 161, 1.48, 1.43
Manila 2.5.19211x
(Please send your comments whether it works on custom Roms)

anyhow here is my fixed version, it has added feature of volume overlay for other apps such as core player etc... and have fixed the battery icon in sync with htcnotification!
Please note this is not the finished article as I'm looking to clean up some further bugs and icons!!! V6 Final release soon! for now enjoy test 2! remember to install sdkcerts if you haven't already!

Thanks! I'm assuming you've installed my version but if you want "start" text displayed install rezaulkabir's version maybe his one has the "start" text!

Yes. I am using HTC Stock Rom 1.66.

btw I miss the taskmanager icon, but I think this works only on HD2, am I right? otherwise the icons are nice and works as expected. I love to have battery on top, but its a pitty I cannot have battery and time at once.. can you adjust it ? ;-)

May I ask what was the problem with the original one? I have been using Brian's 6.5 Taskbar V5 and dont seem to be having any problems with Dutty's V1.5 rom....

Guys you may want hold on I'm going to upload V6 Test 3.1 tonight here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=520547 it's just minor update fixed some more bugs changed the start logo but don't worry when I release the final version you will have the option of choosing different start logos!
I'm close to finishing V6 but just trying to finish off a new battery icon and fix all CDMA issues!

i had v6 test1 installed and working on my hd2 then did the 1.66 rom update and had the volume problem. i read on here to fix it you have to delete part of the registry. i did this and it worked. my question is if i update it to this newer version for 1.66 will it need to have the registry i deleted?

Check Dutty's Task Manager. try BattClock. It shows both Clock and Battery.
has anyone managed to take the camera version from the TMOUS 2.10 ROM
and make it into a cab??
I heard the camera version of this TMOUS 2.10 ROM is a lot better than from the 1.66 ROM
this could potentially be a fix.
(i remembered - Miri has taken the Topaz Camera and made this into a cab and ported it to the Blackstone) perhaps a similar instance might turn up eh?

I can confirm this is a better camera driver, flash issue is a thing of the past, and a cab would be good for those wishing to stick with their stock ROM, unless the radio is also needed for the drivers to work...

Flashed the other day Dutty Throy HD 1.1 over at HTC Pedia (my first ever flash for the HD2 - been a flash junky for the Blackstone/HD)
the Camera is included and I suppose so has a lot of custom ROMs out here
as I could see most of these are TMOUS 2.10 ROM based.
and the Camera is now perfect - no over exposure whatsoever!

i know... that's because the cab with cam drivers is not working... after install, camera won't startup, saying "Unable to iinitialize Camera"...
any updates, it would be nice to have the camera work well at night

Works for me on Energy ROM 21905

Perhaps if you all edit your posts to state which ROM and Manila build you installed over, we can determine compatibility issues.
it's surely fast, but when you have many messages it begins to slow down again.
Seems to work good in Yin_09_TopazRom_WWE_23569.

Both of 2015 and 2016...
But as i read in the topic i'm not the only one...
BTW using latest stock WWE ROM, 2.53.479.3 (76952) with Manila 2.5.20113030.0

So it didn't work for me...
2016 working for me, I'm on Dutty's R13 23569
For all those who can't get it to work, are you following the install instructions closely, if you don't it won't work properly, do exactly this and it will work:
-First unzip the file in your storage card
-Disable Sense,
-Soft reset,
-Install cab, at the end cancel the soft reset,
-replace the .mui files in \windows, (1 mui for 2015 and 3mui for 2016)(Inclued in the zip file - best use Total Commander for this
-soft reset, enable sense again!
Oh and if you get installation errors from the .cab install you my already have some mods installed on your phone that maybe conflicting/sharing the same files

I have TD2 rom 2.53.707 without any cooked base ROM
I had to hard reset
I've installed cookie's ver 1.8 also
Try it out... your results will certainly be helpful for people who are still on stock rom

I am lost...
Is this the original shipped ROM?
This turned on the text sent notification screen , Ive looked thru advanced config and its disabled ..
Any other suggestions?
I did a search but most of the stuff coming up was from 2007-2008 and none seemed to work.
Is there something more current?
