Here is the lastest build from HTC, custom (icon and new mui) by me!
2015/2016 works with same speed, so if run actually the 2015 no need to change (Don't change a winner team)
Try it at your own risk!
*Make Backup of your sms before, and restore sms after installation**You can also make a complete backup*
Installation for 2015 or 2016:
-First unzip the file in your storage card
-Disable Sense,
-Soft reset,
-Install cab at the end refuse the soft reset,
-replace the all.mui in \windows, (1 mui for 2015 and 3mui for 2016)(Inclued in the zip file)
-soft reset, enable sense!

Don't know sorry, beacause i don't use it so my registry is set up to disable it, i will modify it later, test it and feedback if you actualy us secure box!

My registry sucks!!!! I set Secure mod on, i save soft reset, and it return by itself to 0!!!!!!! WTF!
hmmm im on energys latest rom, this cab doesnt work for me :/ followed exact instructions but im still left with crappy winmo default

Hmm, haven't had much joy with this. I'm running a TMOUS HD2 with 2.10 stock ROM - notably, I've also installed HTC Messaging 2014 and a fix for the sent message notifications. Tried uninstalling 2014 & fix, then installing 2015 - no joy, it defaulted to the WinMo default messaging. Tried installing 2015 over 2014 instead - this worked, and the version was showing correctly - but every time I opened a conversation, there would be no messages. They showed fine in the Inbox view, and fine in standard view, just not in conversation view - no message history.
Anyone else tried this with TMOUS, or over 2014?

I thought that I should share my new rom with you. So here it is But don't beat me if there are any bugs.
In this ROM I
fixed the IE problem
added the 10-Button-CommManager
added an AltTab function
added the camera application (published by Faria)
added batterystatus
added HTC Taskmanager
added rlCalender (because I like to have a big clock on my today screen)
added Windows Blue.tsk (a blue theme which looks like the default skin [disabled by default])
removed AutoUpdate
removed Helpfiles (because I don't need them)
removed SimToolkit (never used it)
removed Simmanager
made some registry changes
Changes in ROM with English input:
removed rlCalendar
readded Tray
put time to its default place
I wasn't able to fix the connetivity problem in Windows Live Messenger - sorry
Changes in ROM with English input V2:
readded SIM Manager
Keep CAB-Files after installation
Y-Z mistake solved
Maybe I forgot one or two settings/changes I did.
It isn't such a great thing, it's just the way I like ROMs. It runs as stable as the vanilla rom shared by mUn...

A quick fix would be to install WindowsLive.PocketPC_50_arm.cab. It worked for me.
Very nice and extremely fast ROM, thanks. The 5.2.1413 OS is the way to go it seems.

nice rom!..but same here with z and y......also when autolock on and backlight autoturn off enables, the screen randonmly turns on (this is a WM6 bug, not specially this coocked rom)

You're right, so if you want English input you need to download from the third link. (This is V2)

i fixed it by changing the "locale" key to 0409. Is there any other change in V2? should i keep initial version o install v2?

Hey V, does your camera work?
Mine does, everything is working, even MSN live, after finding the right cab file, the device is fast and stable, i used the ENG version not v2 and the keyboard setting is also good in this version.

Camera works for me!

-gived more memory trashold for the home apps (it shouldn't effect everybody, just the one that have the home full of widget)
-FULLY multi-language support ( in the CM version, almost the 70% of apps are in english)

-Using modified Mms apps of senab (it allows you to change user agent)

Given it a go...Browser will not run for me, not suprising as it's based on a rom for which Browser crashes.
Any idea what it could be, as I'm assuming Browser (and therefore email and market!) work for most people. I've been wiping before flashing, and have tried a new, formatted mSD card. Other things seem to work fine, phonecalls, sms etc.
Would love to get these newer rom's working as they feel a lot faster!

I just added the italian's one to the cyanogen's list... don't know witch carrier do you have, I'll see if I could find the settings for it!

Find a bug... in unlock screen i am at 62% battery and says "plug charger"... I dont wipe before instal it, but coming from a modified CRC1, dunno if i need to wipe before instal it.

They found out that it only seems to be in other languages than english.
In english it is fine. In every other language you get the plug in charger msg all the time.

Perhaps if you all edit your posts to state which ROM and Manila build you installed over, we can determine compatibility issues.
it's surely fast, but when you have many messages it begins to slow down again.

BTW using latest stock WWE ROM, 2.53.479.3 (76952) with Manila 2.5.20113030.0

For all those who can't get it to work, are you following the install instructions closely, if you don't it won't work properly, do exactly this and it will work:
-First unzip the file in your storage card

-Install cab, at the end cancel the soft reset,
-replace the .mui files in \windows, (1 mui for 2015 and 3mui for 2016)(Inclued in the zip file - best use Total Commander for this
-soft reset, enable sense again!
Oh and if you get installation errors from the .cab install you my already have some mods installed on your phone that maybe conflicting/sharing the same files

This turned on the text sent notification screen , Ive looked thru advanced config and its disabled ..
Any other suggestions?
I did a search but most of the stuff coming up was from 2007-2008 and none seemed to work.

found the hidden setting (about:debug, menu - more - settings - enable gep zoom), but it doesn't persist across reboots / full browser restarts?
this hack is for you
changes:
setting persists, you don't have to always go into debug mode to re-enable it
browser defaults to no reflow
double-tap-to-zoom is unaffected by this
requirements:
htc sense based desire (froyo) rom
deodexed framework libs/system apps
how to install:
please make sure your device/setup meets the requirements above
check your framework build number (settings >> about phone >> software information >> build number)
download the archive (zip) that matches your build number
copy it to your sdcard and flash it in recovery mode (as always, it is advisable to do a nandroid backup prior flashing)

i haven't looked if there are differences in the code of the browser across froyo builds yet, but even if there were, modifiying the patch in the second post shoudn't be a problem

I see in your signature that your are using OD , which is an AOSP rom , not with HTC SENSE...why would you try a htc sense hack on a rom that has no htc sense ,beats me..Its normal to get trouble.
If you manage to get a browser session up type in the adress bar
"about:debug" without the quotes and enter it.
then try going to settings and find in the new options menu Enable GEP zoom..
Tell us if unticking this makes any difference..
I strongly advise you read before you flash anything..

just use rom manager to flash the .zip from the first post
i correctly flashed this file TWO times and it doesn't remember the setting between reboot, any idea?
Does this work with the Evo, specifically Fresh 3.3 which is a sense froyo rom?

i assume it's because od is cyanogenmod based, and cm has this feature

i wouldn't mix desire system apps and evo framework libs
it should be easy to port though
