First at all, say which Phone you have (Samsung, LG) and type (Galaxy). Or try searching on xda i section of your phone.
i bought SAMSUNG FOCUS FLASH(i677) which OS is Windows and just for AT&T from ebay, but it's locked.
think the matter has been occured that the seller had bought it with 2 yrs of contract plan and sold it to me just after he making contract...
i gather that i can buy UNLOCK CODE from ebay and that works, so I tried it from various sellers but no one said he has UNLOCK CODE.
Is that possibly happens?
OR, the device i've just bought is brand new and that hasn't been updated yet with FLASHING SOFTWARE which generates UNLOCK CODE?
do you think its better for me to keep waiting for that to be updated if it has not been updated?

Hello my fello XDA Members! i have a quick concern with a Sprint HTC ONE MAX model HTC0P3P7 i attempted to activate the device with sprint , And what they were able to inform me was " The MEID / IMEI you have provided me is not compatible " I was outraged about th at response they informed me about after speaking to several Agents ? I always verify the ESN before i purchase the device " Swappa " stated clear and also HTC under they're warranty look up tool said clean on very carrier . It has not been reported lost / stolen .. What do i do my friends about this issue ? :crying:

I'm trying to factory reset my Nokia N8 RM-596, but it's ask for security code, I tryied to write 12345 code, but it says that this code is incorrect. I tryied various methods to reset this code to default one. I think that downgrade or flashing other rom could help me. So how can I hack this code and unlock my Nokia N8?

XDA can help you with your phones and tablets with Android or WP software but not on Symbian. Check on Symbian/Nokia's web sites for problems.
