Hello my fello XDA Members! i have a quick concern with a Sprint HTC ONE MAX model HTC0P3P7 i attempted to activate the device with sprint , And what they were able to inform me was " The MEID / IMEI you have provided me is not compatible " I was outraged about th at response they informed me about after speaking to several Agents ? I always verify the ESN before i purchase the device " Swappa " stated clear and also HTC under they're warranty look up tool said clean on very carrier . It has not been reported lost / stolen .. What do i do my friends about this issue ? :crying:

You will need to contact the nearest care center to restore your IMEI. Only they have the necessary authority to do so.

I'd like to know how to flash my branded (Orange) Huawei modem. The model is "E5220s-2" and the IMEI "8652050207*****" . I have a debian 8 machine but also a windows 7 one if it's needed.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. First,I highly recommend you edit your post and remove your imei number. Posting your imei is not recommended in a public forum as someone could use your number for bad purposes. I would suggest you find reputable sim unlock service on the internet. I can't find anything on XDA which could help you sim unlock your device that I feel comfortable linking you to.

Ok, no problemo, I think I'm gonna buy a brand new one, with 4G support and unlocked.

My friend have got Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G361F) as a gift. It is bought from UK and have sim network lock in it. Device have got bricked when trying to root it. So i flashed G361FXXU1AOH4_G361FLUX1AOG1_LUX firmware downloaded from sam mobile through odin and its working now. Still the sim network lock is there. Now we need to buy an unlock code for this and all the sites asked country of origin and carrier. Is it still UK or Luxemburg? Also pls reccomend a trustworthy unclocking service if you know.

I just saw an LG G4 (VS986) on ebay. I live in India. The carrier is verizon, the VS986 is an US model. It is written that hotspot won't work. Also there is mentioned that verizon logo will come up during booting. My queries are:
1) Why hotspot won't work? Will I be unable to access WiFi also?
2) Why will verizon logo come up during booting? Is it common or the phone is rooted?
3) Will I also face problems regarding upgrading the phone to marshmallow?
That's all... I know these are too many questions but please help....

I bought a LG V10 T-Mobile thru buy& sell online and didn't realized that it still Network Unlocked. I cannot use it to other Network provider and I am very frustrated already. I already try using several unlocking sites but the codes for my IMEI are always cannot be calculated. I'm not sure if this unit is just a demo and cannot be unlock. I also check my IMEI number to T-Mobile IMEI Checker from their site but unable to verify my number. Done also chatting with one of T Mobile support but they cannot also help me to unlock my phone. They said I need to by a T Mobile SIM Card but it is not possible because I'm from the Philippines. There is also a note engraved to my unit saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0
Please help me if there's still a way to unlock the network of my phone.
