WM6 v1.00 = v1 ,v1.01 = v2? confused...

i'm confused about the naming of WM6 smart1 ROM...
is v1.00 v1 or v0.99 = v1?
which one is v2?

You are very confused.
there are couple of roms around:
smart1 has v2 out there right now, v3 is in the works
pdamobiz has v1 out (thats the one you downloaded two parts)
These are the latest WM6 roms people installed and talked about most on this forum. Within WM6 there is a newer built also(too lazy to search for built date right now), so far no one has come up with a rom based upon newest WM6 version for prophet.
Just a reminder these roms are built based upon Wizard's rom, there is no official wm6 roms for prophet ... yet. Very bleeding edge.

what i need is a ROM full of useful features..and i find out that WM6 is an interesting since it has made improvements on MSN messenger and WMP what i reeaaaaally use them at most

I have an i-mate JAMin.
my rom version is 1.0.9.27 WWE
rom Date 11/14/20
Radio ver 01.14.20
protocol ver 4.0.13.25
ExtROM ver 1.0.9.115
this rom is very slow
and alot of peoblems that makes me restart my JAMin
4-5 times per day
so I need help
cause I want to install a new ROM in my device
can anyone tell what is the best rom for my JAMin

it's WM5, and advice don't waste your time with WM6 rom, still have bugs

Help! Need best stable ROM with AKU 2.2 at least... preferably a Jesterz release

Can somebody please tell me which ROM is the best WM5 ROM with minimum AKU 2.2? It's for a G3. I need A2DP support included. Jesterz, what is your latest WM5 release?
Also, after such a ROM upgrade, do I need to upgrade IPL, SPL, RadioROM or is that included?
Currently: G3, ROM version 2.20.7.34 WWE (official), date 7/10/06, radio 02.69.21, protocol 4.1.13.30, extrom 2.20.7.114. Do I maybe already have AKU 2.2 with A2DP on this ROM??

Never mind, my OS build is 14928.2.2.0, which means AKU 2.2 (so I found out). All I had to do was install the tornado A2DP patch, and the bluetooth stereo headset works now!

Help Required

I am noob in windows mobile I have just switched from nokia n73 to HTC S710. Some people think it was not a good idea but anyhow. 4 days back I tried to upgrade my cousins gene but after applying HSPL it was dead. I asked a lot of people in gene subform how recover, in the end a Rom chef told me if I had bought phone this year then there is no solution to it. So finally I had to take it to HTC service centre and they have asked me to check after 5 days.
Now I have bought Vox myself so learning from past experience I am asking you guys first. I have read wikki though.
1) Which is the fastest but most stable rom? (Which does not have bugs)

Or Hikey's Rom tell me the version.
or someother.
2) From my information given Which USPL should I use 1.16 or 1.34 or 1.35 and also can I use them or will they brick my phone?

First you should decide whether you want WinMo 6.0 or 6.1. As far as I heard the ROMs with the new XIPs are faster. I would say the Neo ROMs are the fastest 6.0 ROMs. For 6.1 there isn't such a huge difference But my experience is that the 96 dpi ROMs are pretty fast, but they are by far not bug free. Otherwise you have to decide what software you need. Gonzo's ROM has everything in it, my Lite ROM is pretty much the same, just without some apps.
In the Wiki is a list of hopefully most ROMs.
For USPL the 1.16 is definately working, as it did for over a year now. I don't know if the newer ones have any advantages or not. If you go to the wiki and follow the guides carefully you should not brick your phone. Link is in my signature.

My SPL is 1.34.000 as I have seen from my bootloader information. So can I use 1.16.
Is Neo Rom .9 bug free, have you tried it also I have read few threads people saying Hikey's WM6.1 roms are stable but does not have his thread here. From my information given is stock rom for my current os available somewhere.

Well not all speak chinese I am on WM 6.1 v1.0 by LeFab47 alias fireburned with new xip 20202. So far it is the best for me. I hope he gives a version without thirdpart applications.

Qtek 9100, some WM 6,5?
