What are the differences between Bigstorage 1.11 and 1.12?
If I upgraded (successfully) with 1.11, would it be worthwhile to re-upgrade to 1.12?

Bigstorage is a hack to a normal rom, any rom; the difference between 1.11 and 1.12 is that one is based on rom 1.11 and the other 1.12!
See my, and others' posts, that indicate that there's little if any reason to go from 1.11 to 1.12 if you're happy with your system. But, if you're prepared to install a new rom, do it, but it has almost no benefits, if any!
If you're doing bigstorage once and only once, use the latest version (1.13?). but no real tangible reason if you're happy with 1.11.

Yes it is, the AKU 2.3. The guys from PDAMobiz are working on AKU 3.2.
If this ROM (ftp://xda:[email protected]_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip) is NOT the right upgrade for a Prophet Qtek S200 that has the ROM version: 2.15.13.27 WWE (ROM date3/9/06, ExtROM version 2.15.13.121) where is located the right upgrade? PS: No, I have not a G3, or G4, or G25 telephone. I am just looking for the upgrade for the mysterious "push email".
You can use that ROM without any problems. IMO and according to lots of other people it is far superior than the standard QTEK S200 rom.

I think the best ROM for overall performance would be LsvW's 2.3.1.
But for bluetooth A2DP performance, i'm using qteks latest shipped release (AKU. 2.2) with the A2DP patch found in the extROM packed with above mentioned rom made by LsvW.
Works fine for me. Not changing anything untill WM6 is released.

Each version has it's own problems, try each one at your own risk.
I decided to stay with the "latest" official ones.
Plus there are no really big improuvements overall from AKU 2.3 to AKU 3.x.....
My opinion, anyway.

This Rom is based on my last Rom but with a more stable CE OS taken From Helmi_C's Rom and also a new Build which might be a fake build but what doesn't break can go or me. This Build is superb I had to fix some files and .dlls and edit some registries for it to get wroking so far so good. This Rom so far is very stable and also most bugs in previous roms are now fixed in this one including windows media playback of files.

Each contains different functionality (apps) and tweaks.
Further, each version adds to this mess.
Is there a comparison table?
Or is the only solution just to read thoroughly each of the 6-7 very long ROM threads?
