It's a metter of preferance really i would say
The WWE_Prophet_WM5_LvsW_Edition_2006-11-28 (AKU2.3.1)
But that said i using

cos i dont mind the bugs
its fast but wont charge my device
For audio
I think the best ROM for overall performance would be LsvW's 2.3.1.
But for bluetooth A2DP performance, i'm using qteks latest shipped release (AKU. 2.2) with the A2DP patch found in the extROM packed with above mentioned rom made by LsvW.
Works fine for me. Not changing anything untill WM6 is released.

THERE IS NO PERFECT SOLUTION!
Each version has it's own problems, try each one at your own risk.
I decided to stay with the "latest" official ones.
Plus there are no really big improuvements overall from AKU 2.3 to AKU 3.x.....
My opinion, anyway.

PDAViet - My ever time favorite rom cooker has done it again. New Rom with high speed and reliability.
Wow just after 3 days of my post about PDAViet's release of v2.61.25, they came up with another Rom release for the Universal. Great cookers!!!!Now this seems to be a new build and i already started flashing it. I love the work of Ranju, Darkforce, Frankzhang911, KDSKamal, Thing...but still i am a great fan of PDAViet for their roms on my Blueangel and Universal. Here it is the newest rom for the universal. Please post your comments on it.

had bad experience with pdaviet prev rom v2.61.24. gonna wait for some feedback 1st b4 installing this rom.

I'll sitck to frank_zhang911 wonderful ROM.
So far its really good with working flashdisk and wifi and no problems with sat nav 4hr trip too.. only flaw no 3g icon. stable fast and a keeper, Sorry typing with 1 hand my son in other, Well worth it fellas give it a go...

Hi..Ranju's 7.4 was awesome and worked fine. But i am not sure what went wrong when it came for speed and stability with my O2 Exec. This is a mod version of Ranju's rom and so definitely you can expect all bugs and con's fixed up. The rom is not loaded with unwanted stuff. Comparing both i can rate Ranju 7.4 as 4/5 and this PDAviet as 4.5/5
But trust me after installing 7 roms i found only this well suited for my pda.
Radio 1.15.00 was the radio installed in PhamQuangs universal. You can always upgrade your radio to 1.18.00(downloading from Xda-developers ftp).

Haha..Hi teixeirabmb..The green is Windows mobile 6.1 default theme..lol..I also cant have all green on my pda..Checkout the scrrenshots of mine i post soon.

Radio 1.15.00 was the radio installed in PhamQuangs universal. You can always upgrade your radio to 1.18.00(downloading from Xda-developers ftp).

Please post your comments on the rom if you have flashed it..everything works great with my O2 Exec. I flashed the rom,upgraded radio to 1.18.00,installed spb pocket plus,snapvue theme(only the tsk-I love black),and a few more of my essential packs.Checked almost every need of mine

Yes, it seems icredible, but WPA-TKIP in this ROM still requires that old activation-deactivation-reactivation trick.
Besides, neither of the ROMs with build 19202 released so far, i.e. PDAVIET's and Frank's, have a flash disk included, for what I'm performing fast tests on the newer ROMs and keep returning to Ranju's v7.4 unmatchable one within hours.
Just my 2 cents...

I've been searching for a german 6.5 Rom based on the RTM build for a couple of days now. I found some german 6.5 here, but according to the description it was a quite buggy one.
Can someone recommend me a stable german 6.5RTM Rom?
i´m running the latest wm 6.5 21725 beta rom from martie, that i don´t want to share without asking him, but unfortunately i haven´t heard anything from him since he posted the preview of his rom... so we´ll have to wait for martie releasing the rom and wait a little more for a rtm...

I was looking for Polish(PLK) ROM for Htc Kaiser. I found only Orange Rom with WM 6.0, but as I know, it's slow and instable because of limitation which Orange made.
So I would be thank full, when someone give me a link for other Polish ROM (expect WM 6.1 or 6.5)

For now here are my results:
1) WM6.5 21501 FR !! by Team Amenatis CV93 and tchitchi
And one English with just a patch FR for the skin : Pcarvalho eXtreme (Beta) 3.19 ROM ...
Have you another?

FR rom was often asked but no more FR rom for wm6.5 @M-Amine left the Polaris forum.
But if you want to start cooking a FR wm6.5 and share it rom you can.
Personnaly i prefere stay on WWE rom like that i can have the lastest rom available thanks to @pcarvalho.

Yes, I agree with you, I prefer use the latest version but if this version could be in french it would be much better
However I think it's not very troublesome to use an English version
