Hi, i have an unbraned imate jam. I'm with O2 uk on pay monthly.
My device info is...
ROM - 1.12.00WWE
Radio - 1.12.10
Protocol - 1337.42
ExRom - 1.12.128 WWE
Is there a better version to upgrade to & any different versions help with my mms problem.....can't receive MMS messages from other phones, but i can send & receieve to myself.

This will probably be possible, but you will probably will have to adjust the iMate ROM. I don't know if it will work, but you could try the method which was written for the MDA Compact.
I don't know if this will work for the Qtek as well, since it was written for the MDA, maybe you would have to adjust certain things.. although i have no idea what.

Can you show me where the site above talks about resolving GPRS issues? I have the same exact problem with my S100 on T-Mobile in the US and can not find any updated ROM or updated Files. The rom that I did find is the same exact rom that was released about a month ago.

I have noticed in the wiki&FTP an updated Spanish ROM.:
OS 1.12.03 / ExtROM 1.12.159 / Radio 1.12
It seem changes are ExtROM only.
how/where(url) can i get the changelog in order to ascertain if the benefits of the update are worthwhile ?

i have a qtek s200 and a big problem with it!
i live near the frontier germany/switzerland and my network is eplus.
everytime the network signal is getting worse, the s200 selects a foreign network and i have to pay roaming costs.
in the phone setting i have selected:
current network: eplus
network selection: manual
but it does not work!
i have searched a lot in the internet but i didnt find a solution for this bug!
please help me

I have the same problem with my s200 with wm6 smart1 ROM
Is yours the original rom that came on your device?
If it is take the phone back to your provider - it should work and they should sort it out for you.

Possible antena have a problem ... try to use a newer Radio ROM!

If I don’t use calling or text messages for a random period of time, it looks like the calling-service has gone down. My phone is unreachable and does not receive calls en text messages anymore. If I use the network again (for internet, calling or text messages), I receive all the messages from when the phone was unreachable.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
Does anyone knows what cause the issue?
I tried a couple of ROM’s but they all have the same problem. Here is some information about my phone and installed ROM’s and versions.

Radio Version: 02.47.11
Protocol Version: 4.1.13.24

OS: WM 6.0 5.2.318 (Build 15341.4.0.01)

use the 2.19 UK radio instead of 2.47. You can find the 2.19 UK radio link by going to the XM6 thread (see my sig) and its in the 1st or 2nd post.
We are also playing with a registry entry in the Cingular Radio thread, you could try that too, but personally I never had good luck with the 2.47 radio on a stock WM5 rom, so I haven't ever tried it on WM6.
Radio version 2.19 is the only version that works without a problem on T-Mobile NL for me with WM6!

If anyone sends me a sms I dont receive it with my magician.
If I put the sim in any other cell phone it worjks, do it might be a problem about the rom...

im living in germany and using a D1-sim, my rom is a 3.04.00 WWE with a 1.12.10 radio because with 1.12.00 radio didnt work. My device is a T-Mobile mda compact one with a 64 rom.
