ROM flashin help

I am trying to flash a new ROM to my treo 750v. I have the CHEEIMG.nbh file on the mini SD in the device.
As I understand it I need to hard reset the device to flash the ROM.
I know I have to press the reset button while holding another button (ive read 'media button' and 'PPT button')
Nothing seems to happen. Can someone explain the procedure so I can make sure im not just pressing the wrong button combos.

i made a very stupid mistake. i tried to update my Magician with Wizzard ROM.
The process went good, all the steps had been done perfectly, but my MDA crashed totally. The only think, that's happening when i'm pressing on/off button is a once instant flash of display.
I know, that's is too naive from my side to think that there is any hope, but anyway: is there any way how to solve this problem?

i was trying to upgrade my magician rom but it stopped in midway. it is showing a dark display and mention Serial on to and v1.00 at bottom.
pls help me how to give life to my pda. have tried to soft and hard reset but didnt work. thanks

I am having the same problems as bplb71....
No way to do a HardReset or Leave bootloader.... It got stuck
Now what??

found a mgician and it starts but hangs o the align screen
the thing you need to press keeps moving arround the screen for 20 min and then i stopped

i am also having the same problem.,, cant enter the bootloader or hard reset ,,,,,magician is stuck now,,, what should i do now???? i am worried.

happend to me to
i have same problem but when i let battery run out and then plug into wall it boots normally but then it asks to restarts after setup and back to square one help plz

unable to perform a hard reset

Today i installed the Ezinput 2.1 on my phone, so i reboot. Then i find my phone not booting which means hard reset. So i go on the bootloader and hard reset and it says something about no image. Then i rememeber something would of affect it probably the HTC Asian Characters Support i installed before which made the phone recognize i had a CHT ROM instead of a WWE ROM when you go to 'Device Info '. So hopefully some people who has experience to be kind enough to help me please. Thanks in advance.

You dont hard reset lyk that, your device thinks your trying to flash a rom image thats why its saying that
HOLD VOL DOWN, THE ROUND OK BUTTON AND PRESS THE RESET BUTTON

[Q] Can't uninstall Cotulla ROM

I installed one of Cotulla ROMs but now I want to revert to original ROM. But my Magician now can't enter into boot-loader mode.It starts tetris game instead when tried to enter boot-loader mode. Please help me.

I think the way you are wrong in your device hardreset , so that you can not get into the bootloader menu !!!! examples:
Hard reset O2 XDA IIi
1. Press the power button on the device + Camera button, and simultaneously, the reset button .. after go into the boot loader (at the top of the screen are made SERIAL / USB while the display section shown v1.2) you can reflash with a Flash ROM that you want......

Actually Reset is button is kindda stuck inside but it works.Earlier I could enter boot loader just by holding camera and power button but now it's not possible. It means that reset button is working but Cotulla's ROM has over-written my boot loader.
I read some other users saying the same thing i.e. tetris game n all...

Good news, Magician finally entered in boot loader mode. I removed battery for some time and it worked.

[Completed] recovery lg f60(d390n)

When i try to enter to recovery mode of my lg f60 it enter in hard reset menu!
Help me i want to enter in recovery not at hard reset menu?
For try to enter i use:
-Shutdown smartphone
-Hold power key and volume down at the same time
-When lg logo displayed release a power key and press again it
-and expect until hard reset menu is displayed
Help me!
