Hi All,
While Upgrading My i-teq x-bond ROM...
I Followed the Steps but after Checking the Image...
I Reset My Phone...
Now it doesn't response, I can only see the light when I'm charging the Phone!!!
Nothing else response...
I tried to Press (Call+End Call+Power) again to ReInstall the ROM But it also doesn't Response...
Also I want to know how to Enter Bootloader???
and How to enter the Engineering Mode???

you can press start + ok + reset. it will help you recover your pda

wait we need more Details id you try leaving the phone charging then take battry out and put it back in? also does the Device power on? I mean do you see the qtex screen you know the boot screen? also try putting it in bootloader mode then flash
Same Problem
I have been facing the same kind of problem. The phone light flashes when charging and when I boot the phone, it just shows the iteq logo. I have tried the Call Start+Call end+power combination but nothing happens. Sometime it shows the orange light besides the power button but the logo still remains on the screen. On one ocassion, it did enter some image mode but gave an error that no image found. I dont have the rom either to flash it. Can someone please post the rom online if they have it and also help if they have faced similar issues.

Windows flag button (Start)+OK+reset
if it doesn't work then install new windows
reseting
1 press and hold the [WIndosFlag(start)] and [ok] buttons somultaneously
2 press and release the [reset] button
3 wait up to the leds in the keyboar flahsing 2 or 3 time (less tha 5 seconds)
4 release the [WIndosFlag(start)] and [ok] buttons
must be start the resetting to the fabrique settings
[WIndosFlag(start)] button is in the down left corner
[ok] button is in the down right corner
if this not works the the keypad is dammage
iteq x-bond totally drained battery
When the battery is totally drained, all you have to do is charge it. Now here is the tip. when you charge it(totally drained iteq x-bond battery), the phone will enter into pre-charge mode for about 30min to 2 hrs( depending on how drained the battery is), the end-call button together with the right double arrow button will light steadily. Do not on the unit as this will only aggrevate the problem. Wait until the phone passes through that pre-charge mode. When the end-call button starts to flash, that means the pre-charge period is over. You can now press and hold the on/off button for about 5 seconds and the phone will start-up normally. Your problem is solved. That's it. This procedure will work only on the presumption that you did not do anything on the phone beforehand such as upgrading etc....
i have a brand new imate jama p30 stuck on startup screen.when i insert the battery into device it is getting switchh on automatically,without pressing the power button,but getting stuck on startup screen and remained till i do not remove the battery.I tried to connect with pc but pc not able to detect at all.
help me to solve the problem.if i can in anyway repair via software then please do post the link for the ROM.

stuck on startup i- mate jama 100% solve with hard reset,
remove battery, and hold press volume down(-) and power on button siment...
insert battery, when led on, realese buttons. wait few min.
reseted 100% work for me.
Remove Memory Card and then Hard Reset Then . set will be ok if problem is stuck on boot screen.. with Red Light..
and when u r done .. any time set restarts remove memory card to set work properly .. after set starts then put ur sd card in..
i did so but same problem . nothing happened, i think imate should ve something else to do rather than manufucturing pda, , imate: pls give up, its over

As usual I tried to do some upgrades and getting stuck on the "DOPOD Enjoy Mobility" screen. The 818 Pro does not want to shut down or connect to the PC. When I try to run a good ROM - RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe, I get "ERROR [260] : UPDATE ERROR".
I tried to reset pressing the Comm Manager + Power button + Green Phone button nothing happens.
I tried to reset by holding Camera Button + COMM Manager + stylus in the reset" and hold it for 30 seconds it goes blank and then the HTC screen comes up and then leads to screen that displays below:

Got it to reset to Bootmode...had to recharge battery
Hi All,
After lot of frustration, pulled the battery and put it back, did not restart the dopod instead plugged it in to recharger and went to bed... this morning with a fully charged battery pressed the camera button and the Power button simultaneously.... got me in to the tri-color screen.... made me so happy...
Flashed with PDA Viet ROM and got it up and running just in time to go to work.... Thanks folks..

my Imate JAMA (P30) doesn't boot, it reamins stuck up at the imate screen and then screen goes blank and nothing happens even if i press any key it appears to be off and turn back on only if i remove and reinsert the battery.
i've tried hard reset by pressing the Volume(-) and the Red hang up button but in vain.
even when i connect USB cable to my device, it is not deteced by my PC nor by AciveSync.
what should i do?

i made a very stupid mistake. i tried to update my Magician with Wizzard ROM.
The process went good, all the steps had been done perfectly, but my MDA crashed totally. The only think, that's happening when i'm pressing on/off button is a once instant flash of display.
I know, that's is too naive from my side to think that there is any hope, but anyway: is there any way how to solve this problem?

i was trying to upgrade my magician rom but it stopped in midway. it is showing a dark display and mention Serial on to and v1.00 at bottom.

I am having the same problems as bplb71....
No way to do a HardReset or Leave bootloader.... It got stuck

found a mgician and it starts but hangs o the align screen
the thing you need to press keeps moving arround the screen for 20 min and then i stopped

i have same problem but when i let battery run out and then plug into wall it boots normally but then it asks to restarts after setup and back to square one help plz
