hello all,
I got one Qtek S100 phone with rom version :1.03.04ITA.I tried to upgrade it for english rom but upgrade wizard ran for few seconds and stoped the response with phone.
now when i tried to power on the phone its mentioned serial(with cable connected USB 1.0)like that.
now i need a urgent solution for revive my phone .
please help me guys.
Was this your first time upgrading your s100's rom? Have you read the upgrading instructions? When the s100 is plugged to the pc, the upgrade takes some time (maybe even 20 whole minutes). You should not remove it from there. If you had checked the screen carefully while upgrading, the phone was in fact "on" (just the light was turned off) and you should have let it complete the upgrade.
Just try to upgrade the rom once more and be more patient this time.
yes i was stayed till its mentioned that some error on the computer screen.After that only problem occured.
which firmware should i use to flash this qtek S100 version i mentioned.
please let me know that.

i have tired v3 wm6 update and..after the update my screen is stuck...at o2 sign..with bubbles,, the four red words appear on the screen but doesn't change anything...
i'd like to reflash back but it doesn't seem like connecting to PC via USB..
what do i do...?
and i found..
it just stopps in the boot loader mode and turns to black screeen .. and that's it...
I cna't even connect to USB so which means i can't flash back to normal..
is there any suggestions??
like resseting back up?
I have tried soft and hard reset but both don't seem to work.. still stuck in the bootloader mode....

Try to Enter Bootloader:
Hold down the camera button and reset the device. (Boot Loader Mode is: Press Camara + Soft Reset, then release soft reset and keep pressing camara button till appear the Boot Loader.)
However, you have to write in the right post, i guess you mean the Ohlala_WWE_WM6_v3 ROM. If you had read the entire post youl'd know that this one is bad. V4 should solve the problem.

but the problem is...after I connect usb.. computer doesn't recognize my O2 device so I can't reflash my rom with SMart 1.
I ran the file called "upgrade_rom" for smart1 wm6 but it keeps telling me that "no device found.." so..
what should i do...
please help me...

You cannot use "upgrade_rom.bat" to flash ur device with RGB screen. The bat file is for upgrade, not for fresh install. It means that you have to install AKU2.xx NVID.exe (executable) first. The .exe file can recognize ur device via RGB screen.
After reset ur device with AKU2.x and successfully connect to the PC vis Activesync, you then can run upgrade_rom.bat.
And... don't be too panic. You have to read more.

No it's a Qteck ROM not an O², I don't know if there is a 2.20 NVID ROM from O² here, sorry.

after installing AKU...
my phone doesn't seem like it can connect to Antisync program..
is there any reason why..this is happpenin..?

you could try this. Someone else posted it here, and when my phone stopped connecting after some update it fixed activesync. It's a switch.

Had O2 ever released HTC Prophet?
Sorry but I'm not O2 fan.
I have only Prophet so I know only Prophet.
You could go to the right thread for ur device O2 and look for the right .exe file.
PS: is it XDA Neo? If it is Prophet it should be OK.
Try holding Camera+Comm buttons during pressing reset button ur device will ask u to Format something. Press send button (green phone button) and try again.

hello there same problem here.. mine is also xda neo.. when trying to upgrade wm6 it stuck exactly same as yours..how did u fix the problem? thanx for ur advice

i tryed RUU rom flash for SD mode :S first time boot screen frozed i backed my old SD rom version its work fine :S an i tryed RUU rom for RUU mode install but when its come %80 its say ERROR 276 UPDATE EROOR pls help :S
note:i think my battery lower than %50 and take this error its possible? but RUU start rom update :? now im charging battery for my other herald

i cant hard reset beavuse my pda open always bootloader mode and up-right corner have a RUU im now try SD card format :S

hi all...i'm new here and also i don't know much (almost nothing to be honest) about smarphones even if i have 3
my question is...what i can do to fix this problem if i can't connect the phone to pc through activesync??
here's my problem...or how my problem apear
1. i have wm 6.5 on my asus p565 (worked fine from last year...except few little issues i didn't care) and wanted to install few programs...some i knew and some i didn't and wanted to see what they do...until i got to " nimbuzz " and after i installed it it asked me to restart my phone in order to work...now the problem is that after that all i can see is the asus logo from start when the phone open and from when wm shoul start it stay black and can't do nothing
2. also can't connect to activesync and from what i have heard i need to activate this first from my phone in order to work...in other words i can't install nothing and with this i mean especially firmware/roms
hope someone can help me with this...if anyone need more info about anything let me know and i'l give you all you need thanks to all in advance for all the help

Hi all, I comment and I hope you can help me because I do not know what else to do .. Haipai flaseé my i9377 because I constantly restarted and decided on this option, the problem I have flaseo esque seem right because I did not have any problem till when he finished the phone would not turn on .... try again flasearlo but this time directly as I get an error that is not the dram or something .. the question esque and are read by the preloader flasearlo not had that and I did not realize and flaseé all files .. and now I have a nice paperweight ... I hope you can help me or know how to fix it would really appreciate it.
I tried two different cables and three different usb ports and still gives me that problem ... else and tried esque if I put the battery and give it to download the red bar loads till 100 but then I miss a mistake like that was disconnected .. and I can not go ..
The phone is a Haipai i9377 is a dual sim mtk6577 Chinese.
