I case of people who don´t read 200 post and still brick their device - here is the guide that worked for ALL people with:
HTC P4350
XDA Terra
WING
with IPL 4.xxx and higher!!! (that is IMPORTANT)
and then follow this:
Default
For me it was working when:
1. install canonyang.cab
2. install aserpolicy.cab
3- install disablesecurity.cab
4. SOFTRESET
5. run RUU from Hard-SPLWM6 folder verison 4.70.yang
6. screen will become white - WAIT until it reboots itselfe.
7. done!
check if SPL now is 4.70.yang
Fore sure: I used this
http://rapidshare.de/files/38148213/...l_WM6.rar.html
mirror: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ot8zsn
It worked for many others, too.

I have used it many times and it works like a charm.

What trouble are you having? Did you rename the ****.nbh file to HERAIMG.nbh and placed it at the root of your SD card? If you did that already, close your device. Hold onto the camera button for about 7 seconds and then press your power button once. It should automatically go to a screen where it says searching for SD card or something like that. If it goes directly to the blue/red/green YANG page, it means something is wrong. If it continues on that white screen dealing with SD card, it will eventually give you 10 seconds to choose whether or not you want to flash the HERAIMG from the SD card. When the timer starts counting, press your volume control slider down once and the process will start. It will start reading from your SD card. When it's done, your phone WILL tell you that it was successful and you need to press any button. Once you do that, it will go back to the blue/red/green YANG page. Just shut down your phone at that point and power it back up. After that, you patiently wait until you get the alignment screen.

mine goes directly to the red blue green screen and wat u mean by the root of my card can u be specific please
The root means the card without being in a folder. That's what root means.
If you're getting that, your SD card might be too slow. That's when you'll have to worry about partitioning your card.
yea then partition it is my last option n wat kind of sd card works ill go buy a new one

You should use a MicroSD card under 2GB. You can try partitioning it to FAT or FAT32. See if that works before you buy another microsd. I use Kingston and Sandisk. Both brand works fine for me.
i have a 1GB card and im goin o try it rite now

i did all these but again nothing happened.how can i enable partition with image pls pls help me
Hi polamairan,
I am flashing from my 2GB micro sd without special partition. Just put Rom with name "vox0img.nbh" onto the card, and the card into mobile phone.
Then (phone is off) pressing camera button (hold button) and insert charger into phone. If phone ask you to flash (don't know the exect text) press power button........
Maybe you have to run "Vox Update SPL (USPL) 1.16" before (I did it one time, I don't know if necessary) and my phone is also application unlocked.

verizone xv6175 ????

i got htc verizone xv6175 dead and can't boot even in boot mode with volume down power one how i can solve my probleme
Have you charged it? Are you sure you're holding down the volume down key and keeping held down before pressing the power key? If you can't, then you'd better take it to Verizon.
yes i did and the baterry is full
i folow this methode but i don(t have working HTC so i can't use if somone can help me
Method 3: The "goldcard" final method is a bit more intensive so follow closely:
(This method will unbrick 99% of all Maples regardless of branding)
•Get a cup of coffee or tea
•You will need a working Donor HTC device with a microSD slot and a microSD card that is smaller than 1GB (will be formatted) to create "goldcard" image using QMAT tools as described below
•You will need QMAT. Get it from revskills.de/index.html.
•Go to the Download Link and download the latest version and unpack QMAT
•Have some coffee
•Use a SD card reader in your PC to access the SD card through Windows. Format the SD card with FAT32.
•* Insert the SD card into the donor HTC device and connect the USB cable. If you unchecked "Allow USB Connections" in Activesync in an earlier step, make sure you recheck it so that you can establish a full USB sync connection to the HTC device.
•Open QMAT and go to the "Hardware Forecsics" (version 5.04 and below) or "Calculators/Generators" (version 5.05 and up) menu and select "Generate HTC Goldcard"
•In "Select device key:" select the Maple
•You will need the serial number from the SD card so click the "Get SD Card Serial from WINCE Device" button
•Once the Serial number appears in the box, click the "Save Goldcard Image to WINCE SD" button below
•If no errors pop up and all goes well, proceed to these next steps
•If you get an error or a popup saying "Goldcard for newer devices isn't implemented in newer devices", you must buy and register the software. Believe me, it's worth the small amount of $ you will spend to bring your expensive device back to life!
•Now remove the SD card with the newly written Goldcard image from the Donor HTC device
•Insert the SD card back into your PC using the microSD card reader adapter. Browse to the drive letter assigned to it. You will see no files on the SD card, this is normal.
•(If, for some reason your PC sees the SD card as unformatted, something went wrong. Remove it and reinsert it into the Donor HTC device. The device should see the card as unformatted and ask you to format it, say yes. Now go back to the "* Insert the SD card into the donor HTC device" step above and repeat the steps)
•Unpack your HTC, T-Mobile, or other factory ROM and copy RUU_Signed.nbh to the SD card. Once it had finished copying, rename the file to MAPLIMG.nbh. Remove the SD card from the PC.
•Make sure the Maple is off and insert the SD card
•Enter bootloader mode as mentioned earlier (hold the volume down button while pressing the power button)
•You will see a gray screen that says "loading". It will then find the MAPLIMG.nbh file and ask if you would like to start the update process. Follow the instructions and let the phone flash.
•You can also do the update using the Rom Update Utility with the USB cable if you like
•It will take 10 mins but your phone should boot fine and be back in action!

[Q] Can't install official roms. Please help!

Hello all.
I am using Mate 7 MT7-L09. Current fw version is B137SP11.
Having battery problems. It can't last more than one and a half day on moderate usage.
Guess it's a known fw issue.
Anyways I can't install official roms either. I get software install
failed error everytime I try.
I unlocked the phone. It says device unlocked.
The thing I really do not understand: why can't I even install
official roms? I can't downgrade. Stucked with default
rom. What else do I need to do? Do I have to root my phone to
install even official roms?
I am not an expert on root or unlocking.
Therefore English please
Thanks!
Is actually simple, you can change the FW as you like, including back. Get yourself the right, unzip, the dload Update.app then comes in a folder named. This device again. Now in Settings -Update, bottom menu, select internally. Already it flashes.
The important thing must be the Stock Recovery socks. The required neither root nor an open bootloader.

Thanks for the reply but done all of these. Still the same.
Tried with three-button way as well. I believe my device has a regional lock.
Did you try with de dload/update.app in the INTERNAL memory, and not in the Sd Card, with my first mate 7 i have sometimes the same problem, so i did it in the internal memory (and remove external SD).
you say it failed, can you give us the error message you have ?
if not can you send me the recovery_log file so i can see by myself (you can find it in /splash2/recovery_log with explorer like Solid exporer or es file explorer).

Well, tried your suggestion as well. Still no luck. Used internal memory.
It can't find the Update.app. Says "there is no Update.app" and "Software install failed" right after.
When I do it through SD card, it does find the Update.app but gives the same error.
About that recovery log, the file is empty. It's 0 bytes. Opened it via notepad. It was empty.
Is that normal?
Hi. Are you sure you have the right firmware for your phone? Maybe you could try to re-download it again. What fw was before b137?
I downgraded and upgraded with no problem from b125 to b120 and back to b125 - but for MT7-TL10
I used the normal upgrade method. The update file must be in "dload" folder on micro sd card.
Normal upgrade
Step 1. A MICRO SD card of 4GB or more should be available. The MICRO SD card made by Sandisk, Kingstone, or Kingmax is recommended.
Step 2. Format the MICRO SD card (This operation is optional).
Step 3. Make sure that there is an UPDATE.APP under the dload. Copy the Main package of dload in PC to dload of SD card.
Step 4. Insert the MICRO SD card into the handset and power on. After entering the home screen, press menu key to choose Settings->Updater->Menu->Local
upgrade->Confirm->Upgrade to start the upgrade.
Notices:
1. Upgrade will erase the user data, please backup your data before upgrade.
2. Ensure that the power is at least 15% left when upgrading.
Force upgrade
Step 1. A MICRO SD card of 4GB or more should be available. The MICRO SD card 2015-2-25 Page 5, Total7 made by Sandisk, Kingstone, or Kingmax is recommended.
Step 2. Format the MICRO SD card (This operation is optional).
Step 3. Make sure that there is an UPDATE.APP under the dload. Copy the Main package of dload in PC to dload of SD card.
Step 4. Make sure your handset is power off. Insert the MICRO SD card into the handset. Pressing the VOLUME UP key and VOLUME DOWN key, then press
the POWER key to power on the phone, and VOLUME UP key and VOLUME DOWN key should be pressed more than 10 seconds, then enter the Software Upgrade Mode.
Did you flash a custom recovery?
If you did, flash the stock recovery and you're device will succeed in doing EMUI updates again.

Thank you for your help but my phone seems to have multiple regional locks that prevent device from getting FWs not released for my country.
B137SP11 is awful. Battery life it so short that ultra saving mode gives only 30 hours.
On top of that there is this: late notifications. Plus, I have a red dead pixel on the screen. Such a shame. This is going to be my last Huawei product.

Ouch, bad to hear about that red dead pixel :\
The only thing i suggest you could do, is flashing cyanogenmod 11 (and 12.1 when it gets released) because that might fix the late notifications.
I even prefer CM11 over Emui.. even tho you can't use the fingerprint scanner, it's worth trying.

I had the same problem with b125, only 30 hours on ultra ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/general/battery-ultra-power-saving-mode-t3074893) and I downgraded to b120.
The phone it's great, to bad you not have that good experience with it...
You can't go to replace with another mate 7 to the store where you purchased, if you have an red dead pixel?

[Zte max xl/Adoptable storage]: Phone in restart loop when formatted sd card inserted

When my phone was running out of storage i fomatted my 32gb sd card on it as internal storage, the was simple without any trouble after i moved my files on the sd storage (they was about 2gb), till now everything was fine, BUT after some days i wanted to putsome big files on the phone and i see it was slow to transfer files i decided to unmount the sd card for transfer quickly with an adapter, it's at the time i realized that the sd will be working only on the phone,
so i passed away and decide to transfer the files a next time, when i put the sd on the phone it seem freeze and restarted, i don't panic and leave it to do his job and then when the phone was completely power on after about 20 - 30 sec it restarted again and it repeat it again and again. when uninserted the sd it start normally and stay power on
If i try to insert the formatted sd card it go back to a restart loop
If i insert any other sd card it stay on, but i can't acces file on him with some app
If i power off the phone and insert the formatted sd card the restart loop begin
So now i want to know what can i do to not lose my files on the sd card, when im searching on the web it seem is not a trouble very popular cause i don't see ANY thread or article who for the problem (or i don't use the good keyword )
If someone was facing this problem please let me know how you solved it (if it can be solved)
Anybody for help?? I really need to save my files to not lose them
