'Cell Profiler' is a location based profile manager for all HTC phones running Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition (XDA/XDA2/MDA/MDA2/I-MATE/QTEK).
'Cell Profiler' - a unique software for Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition
that allows you to trigger events based on your current location.
It's been designed to run all the time in the background of your PDA - even when the device is turned off.
'Cell Profiler' utilizes special data which GSM networks provide to determine the PDAs current location.
This service is free, except the small fee you have to pay for the 'Cell Profiler' software itself.
'Cell Profiler' can automatically mute your device upon entering your office
or it could display notes that you've took during the weekend as soon as you
enter the campus area.
But there is much more power in this application,
'Cell Profiler' can automatically wake you up once your train arrives at it's

Assign multiple cells into one group has even more advantages:
-Change the ringtone upon entering a group
-Change the ringstyle upon entering a group
-All events that a single cell can handle
It is also possible to log a whole trip, every cell from start to end with the login time of each cell. You can save such a route to load it at a later time
or send it to another 'Cell Profiler' user via Infrared or Bluetooth.
Sometimes there are multiple cells for an area like a big office,
to prevent the user from having 5 profiles for the same area,
he can group these 5 cells to a group and assign the same profile to all cells.
But using groups doesn't limit the user to the same profile for each cell in a group - it's optional.
'Cell Profiler' can also show you detailed information about the cell you are
currently logged into ( like signal strength in DBM ). The windows contents
will be expanded with further versions as we do more research on what type of
information can be recieved from the network for free.
It is also possible to export or import selected groups and their cell ids.
Exporting or importing will only export the cell's name and id - no profile is
beeing exported or imported.
'Cell Profiler' offers you to automatically send the exported data via
Infrared or Bluetooth.
The future for this feature is to 'share' information about the GSM cells with other users using the internet to create a hugh online database, which
'Cell Profiler' again could contact to tell you where you are at using a GPRS online connection.
That's not everything you can also have 4 quick profiles which are not
location based that you can access from the today screen for instant profile changes!

it's not activated as real handago item, but you can already but it.
using the link about, alot of people already did so it is working.

I can confirm this. It just do nothing. The "old" beta version worked fine, but not the final release....
So dutty have to do some research, or all Wallaby users can save their money...

Ok. That was it. Deleted the file and now it looks like it function proper.
With the celldata file, there just happend nothing. No error message, nothing appearing on the screen, just nothing.

okay, so it definitivly works on XDA1. can you please be detailed about your configuration so i can help more xda1 users.

If you are using the basic version you will have to redownload the file from handago again, if the name is cp102basic.exe handango already updated the site.

I have an XDA1 and i must not use the program: when i try to scan i receive the message: "failed to set IoControl".
I don't understand if it's a device's problem, a radio's problem or...
Can you help me?

Hi, I tried to install it using the download from your link. It fails to install "not valid WindowsCE Program". I tried using The installer & buy copying the cabs to my storage card but no joy !
The device is Qtek S100 WM2003SE. Any ideas ?

For 2005 devices copy and install files in this order:

The zip file i downloaded on sunday did not contain an unsigned cab file !
Have downloaded from the site today and indeed I have a unsigned cab. will install it & give it a go, many thanks.

[APP] Colombo OPEN GPS - Client GPS for Google Navigation

Columbus is a free gps navigator open source project, that works like a client interface for Android System google navigator adding several features to it.
Actually the Colombo GPS Open project main interface supports only Italian and US Languages, but it can work worldwide, as long as it uses Google Navigation online Maps resources.
MAIN FEATURE: In the field, where state, city and address, are asked, you can ignore the first two, and in the field ADDRESS you can put whatever you want: pizza, bank, car repair, my friend tina and whatever you like...next, you'll have chance both to store the data or to pass them to Google Navigator, for searches and navigation.
Basically, with Colombo you can do the same things you can do with your system gps navigation, but with some features added:

CAN I NAVIGATE OFFLINE?
Many user asked me the same question: Is possible to use Colombo totally OFFLINE? The answer is..it depends on where you are located and the chance you have to put google maps of your area offline, seek in internet several packages to put google maps offline, and you have chance to do have a totally free offline gps navigator, using Colombo.
This software is intended "as-is", without any warranty, as EULA described.

The writing of this application prompted me to check the status of the window in the greenhouse at the cottage, the temperature in the room, the status of the LEDs on the oil heater control panel, weather conditions outside the window, and also to know if the mice are running at night on tables and on sofas (it's time to arrange glue traps or not). That's all for fast start, go to main window and press START button, after that Fotobot will start to make photos.

The not loosing your group when somewhere unkwown is pretty interesting.

My little report to this beautiful app:
1. Not available in German Play Store
2. Phone verification only for US and Canadian phone numbers only
3. Activities: Sync Phone contacts does not seem to work
Have shouted my first message already 4 times
4. Administrative accounts: after setting an account up and after the pop up that the other comrade can log on with the new credentials, the comrade does not show in administrative accounts, so for now I would have to run an external list to keep track of who I set it up for
5. My comrade cannot see me even though I turned the toggles all on green, she did the same and I find her no problem
6. Scanning a comrade bar code does not work, I get the message that an error occurred with my camera and I may have to restart. However camera works fine in other apps also the ones that use barcode scans
7. Where can I see which version I've got?
8. One of the accounts I'm connected with has not updated since 18 hours even though the phone is on.
9. An administered account can't see an administrator, is that correct?
Could you provide a direct download of the apk, so I can be certain to always have the latest version, even though I've have it installed I can't get updates from Google Play Store.
Will report later after testing a bit more, but all in all its a wonderful app.
