I know taht the wmodem application is incluuded in the German t-Mobile ROM 4.00.33
If you want to try it, i can upload the files, so that it will be possible to test it.
I don't know either if it workes with other languages than german nor if it works on the XDAII...

wmodem from XDA I won't be a solution - it has the same problems - and may not work on XDA II at all.
wmodem exclusively uses the phone part of your XDA. BUT incomming Calls and SMS are LOST.
Possible Workaround:
before you start "Wireless Modem" try to divert ALL Calls to your Voicebox... Incomming Calls won't drop your GPRS Connection anymore.
divert: *21*06993xxx# (xxx is your ONE-Nr.)
after Closing wmodem:
cancel divert: #21#
Possible Workaround II:
ONE provides SmartSIMs. When I use the wireless modem, I first activate the other Phone (XDA is passive). I can use GPRS from the passive SIM. Incomming Calls and SMS go to the other phone instead....
I know these workarounds are not the best solutions but maybe it helps...

Cannot answer incoming calls with cable headset of Samsung I600

Hi,
I have noticed that I am no longer able to answer incoming calls via the Samsung HeadSet (I mean the cable headset that comes with the I-600). When an incoming call arrives and I push the button on the cable of the headset, the light goes on, but that's it.
I have done a hard-reset and voila: the headset could answer incoming calls again!
After having re-installed all my programs, the headset again does not accept the calls.
As I have so many programs on my I-600 it does not make sense to name them all. But does this ring a bell with any of you experts? Maybe someone encountered the same problem and found a solution?
Does any known program interact with that call acceptance button? Any registry entries I should change?
TIA for your help!
hi there I have the same problem too
I haven't found the hack but I just got the following ideas:
in the stettings activate the any key answer
and if it doesn't work again try with using auto answer function
I can't test now on my i600
BTW among your programs is there anything like flash get (download manager), 3D games, office editing application?
yes, I have Documents To Go and S-Tris 2
But the answer with any key and/or auto-answer option is no real solution
But still thanks for your input.
Maybe anyone else can come up with an idea?
TIA

[Solved] Unable to receive images/cabs via bluetooth

hello, on my touch pro i am no more able to receive any object sent via bluetooth by another mobile phone or a pc.
acrivesync is working, and also is working pairing with other devices...
please help!!
thanks in advance
Have you checked that the reception is activated in Configuration/Conections/Transfer ?
also check to make sure the recieve all incoming items is checked in the settings/beam i had the same problem when flashing new roms...
Beams were deactivated in comm manager. I activated them back and now i can receive objects.
THANKS A LOT!
(you saved me from an hard reset )
Just to clarify, the BEAM setting on the Touch Pro deals with bluetooth beams?
I unchecked mine because I thought it was a holdover from devices with IR.
I guess I should set it back?

[Q] Support for *xxx*x# numbers

Hi guys, Sorry If I am in the wrong section but I am looking for some help, To check my balance my network (2 degrees an nz network) requires you to call *100#*1 it then sends a message to your phone with your balance. Alternatively I can call *100# then a menu pops up and asks me to either input 1 for balance or 2 for topup. Once I input 1 and press ok I get USSS error service not supported. I am looking for a way to get around this. So i have a few questions.
1. Is there a patch for this available for windows mobile 6.5?
2. Would this type of message count as an mms? Because I do not have that set up.
3. Are There any applications that will work on my device to keep track of balance? (customizable pricing etc.)
Phone info:
Acer Betouch E101 running WIndows mobile 6.5
WQVGA
Thanks for any help.
Also yes I have tried speaking to 2 degrees, They weren't too helpful.
