CoPilot Bluetooth GPS Bonding

I have just bought the CoPilot Bluetooth GPS and Maps. I can bond with the device using my XDAII but it keeps asking for a pin of which I do not have. Can anyone tell me what this pin is?

passkey for BT - Q880

I have a BT Q880 gps bluetooth receiver and my wizard recognises the receiver, but I do not know what is the passkey. Can anyone help
ok, firstly have you read the manual? (if you don't have one, check the web - manuals are out there) If not, RTFM!!!!
If this doesn't help, try 0000 or 1234 (pretty generic ones)

MDA PRO and TOMTOM problems.... please help :(

Hi,
I'm hoping someone out there will be kind enough to help and solve this problem before I rip all my hair out!!!
I've installed tomtom (V5.00) on my mda pro, but I can't get it to recognise my bluetooth gps receiver.
I've set up a bluetooth partnership with an outgoing COM port. My MDA allows me to choose COM0 ,COM4,COM8
When I select other Bluetooth device from Tom Tom configuration, it gives me the options:
QCT Data Interface
Serial Cable on COM1
COM7
RIL on COM6
Infrared Port
Ir on COM3
I can't seem to align the software and the bluetooth to get it working correctly. Please help
tt ver 5 doesnt work properly with bluetooth you need to upgrade

Bluetooth does not accept PIN

I have an SPV M1000 and updated the Rom 2003 -> WM2005 with AKU 3.5 24MB Pagepool and 40MB RAMDisk WWE. It works perfect. I've installed Tomtom 6 and solved the problem with the backlight.
BUT the SPV won't pair with my BT gps ; it finds the BT gps and when I fil in the `0000´ it won´t accept. Because of wm2005 I have more COMM ports but this won´t help!
Does anyone have a solution??
Widecomm perhaps ??

Just to confirm, have you paired the GPS before with 0000 ?
I have looked in the manual and for pairing I need "0000"
I using the BT gps with my Nokia 6260 smartophone and it works perfectly
SO ???
Do you need to put the GPS into pairing mode first? Most don't even have a pairing mode that I have seen, but perhaps yours does?
Also, maybe you have your phone's BT on, and it's not able to pair with your PDA because it's connected to your phone?
My ralkaline BT gps needs to pair with "0000" just like the original Tomtom gps.
I have now comm ports 0 to 9 available ; but this won't help
I need comm port 10 for this device
Problem solved
I bought an Tomtom wireless GPS Sirf III,
Perfect !
