I can't seem to get stable battery life out of any version of the stable EU ROM on my Xiaomi 13 (china model) updated to latest.
What's the going normal SOT for the Xiaomi 13?
I'm only getting about 4 and at a push sometimes 5 hours on this ROM.
On the china ROM I was getting over 8 hours SOT.
Could someone care to elaborate why it's so low on the stable EU ROM?
This battery life is lower than my Xiaomi mi 10.
For the battery performance, Global 14.0.7 is fine with me.

Agree with this. I'm getting excellent SOT on the global.
Neither of you are using EU ROM as I suggested I am using in the original post?
Try a Weekly rom.

With LOS you can get 6-7 SOT, and I consider that very good.
On average I get 5 hour sot. I would give 3/5 for battery.
It's indeed about average for its class. But the quick-charging makes up a for a hell lot.
9 hours so far. Not bad I'd say. I'm using the official AICP ROM, battery set to efficiency, not rooted.

The fingerprint scanner is working fine on aicp bro?
With Miui 9? I can't do better than 3h 30m.
I tried beta, stable, RR. Situation is always the same.
With GSam when i call, sot is increase, but in Miui settings sot are less, why?
(sorry, if you don't understand, i try to write better)
MIUI 9.3 by xiaomi.eu 8.2.1 I get usually 6-7 hours SoT (mixed LTE and WiFi, auto brightness), I think it's pretty good

I am using the same rom. Unfortunately, I only get like 2-3 hours of SoT. Do you do a system reset every time you flash? Cause I've been upgrading the phone for a while now. Seems battery life gets worse and worse.

I did a clean flash 3 weeks ago, first flashed China Dev Fastboot, flashed TWRP, then xiaomi eu, wipe everthing without wiping system partition. After this, every update i clean dalvik and cache, that's all. Maybe you need to do similar procedure in your phone or your battery needs replacement, I reccomend Losoncoer's one, my mum is using their battery in Mi5.

I have a problem with my MI 5s, i took with my rom (MIUI Global 8.4.19) and stock kernel only 2 hours of SoT, do you have some suggest for me for have better performance(no problem to change ROM or Kernel)? (when i bought this phone i had 6/7 hours of SoT) , i have already changed my battery with an original one 2 weeks ago.

Install AEX with the latest China beta firmware, Magisk and the app ForceDoze.

After one year of usage my Mi5s gets around 3 hours of SoT. Doesn't matter which ROM I am using (RR, Atomic, Viper, LoS, XiaomiEu) plus latest firmware. I think the battery may be depleted. If this is the case this is kind of sad.
Those of you that are getting more than 5h of SoT: How old is your phone?
Does anyone have any recommendation for a new battery from aliexpress?

You can test your battery and find out your real battery capacity with AccuBattery. (Get the free version from Google Play.)
I have 89% capacity (~2850Mah) and I have my phone since September 2017.
On AEX 5.5 rom, I get about 4.5 hours of screen on time.
1 year and a few months later. Now Replaced the Battery.
1 year and a few months later. Now I just replaced the Battery. I replaced it with a new one because battery is depleted Accubattery estimation is 1,880mah from 3,100mah. I get 2hrs-3hrs 30min of Screen on Time with the old battery. I will update this reply once I get what my battery SoT is with the new one. I am using LineageOS nightly(latest).

When i first had mi6 it was performing good but after 1 month i get less screen time then ever. I dont know why.

I Had xiaomi.eu and official global stable Rom before and Had max 4 to 5 hours...
Can recommend Epic Rom in every case, works very Well!!!

I used same version of epic rom but i had 5-6 hours sot. Any suggestion?
I get a pretty consistent 7 hours of screen on time on both miui and resurection remix. I've got one sim and mostly browse Reddit and YouTube. the most I've gotten is 20 hours but that was exclusively watching offline futurama with low brightness.
More than 7hours SOT with Resurrection Remix + AKT tweaks(Oneplus 5 subfurm)
Mine is awesome on epic rom 10h+, but I don't really play any games.

I don't know how its possible, but 8 to 10 hours of SOT sound always a impossible to me,
I've tried ,
1. Stock ROM
2. Xiaomi.eu
3. MIUIPro
4. LianageOS
5. RR
Nun of them gave me more then 4hr 50 min of SOT
by the way, I will try Epic ROM now.

With light use you can easily get past 6 and a half hours.

Hey what AKT tweaks do u use and does it work for oreo? im on PE 8.1
I just got the GLOBAL 12.0.3.0 update. And it seems that with every update the battery is getting worse.
I was OK with the 12.0.1.0 but i dont want to rollback. Is the EEA 12 better on battery life? does anyone have had both?
For me, 12.0.3.0 has a slightly better battery life than 12.0.1.0. But 12.0.2.0 is worse... Global and Eu are fine and almost the same.
If you don't like it, revert 12.0.1.0 back.
I have Mi Note 10 and POCO X3 NFC, and optimization in POCO is way better than on Mi Note 10, hope they will improve battery life in Note 10, then i come back to this phone
After the latest MIUI 12.0.1 update, the software got really glitchy however I can still get around 7 hours of battery life.
Is there a ROM + kernel that can give me at least 10 hours of SOT because I finally wanted to end this

I have a POCO X4 Pro 5G (veux) with MIUI 13 since March 24th and the battery usually lasts for up to 90h (~4 day) with my regular use.
On periods I use it more the duration goes down to ~72h.
I feel that it took few recharges to get that capacity but maybe it was because the first days I was playing more with it.
I'm really happy with it, I use to have a Redmi Note 7 with LineageOS and I'm happy with the change. The battery of the POCO feels to me that is a little better that the Redmi (when it as new).
Hope that LineageOS will be available at some point : )
