Elkotrol is a free app that is ad supported. It has a small banner ad at the bottom of the screen. So it isn't a paid app, but I wouldn't class it as completely free either.
I have a couple of the generic led light strips that are controlled by the lotus lantern app. I really didn't like the app and could see a number of people had reported reliability issues with it. So I decided to make my own. I wanted to keep to UI simple and easy to use, and make sure it was reliable and stable.
If you want to check it out here is the play store link:

If you want to make your own app I uploaded the command data I obtained from the lotus lantern app to github:

Hello and good afternoon, @User154
I've moved your thread to

As you don't need to pay for it at Google Play Store it's considered a free app. But even if it was a paid app, I apologise but you don't qualify yet to post an app in

Hello All,
I've recently posted two apps on the Android Market.
They are both attached at the bottom of this post to download and they are:
Android Community Quiz

- A quiz by Android users for Android users, where questions can be constantly added by Android users with the "Android Community Quiz Master" app.
+2 for a correct answer
-3 for an incorrect answer (or running out of time)
-2 for using a skip (5 skips allowed)
Android Community Quiz Master
Market Link
- an app that allows you to add questions into the "Android Community Quiz" app.
You simply enter questions with a correct answer and two incorrect answers and then click submit. (Please refrain from profanity or anything else that others may find offensive.)
I've attached the apps below, but they are also available on the Android market for a small donation/fee.
Please let me know what you think, good or bad, or if you have any ideas on how I can make them better, please let me know.
Thanks,
Just Me/Kermagod
I've changed the names of the apps on the market.
They are now:
Quiz - Android Community Quiz
And
AC Quiz Master.
Well, it is a cool idea. However there are a total of ten questions, and I think two are about android. Also, I don't think it should constantly loop through the questions, it probably should end when you run out of questions.
Thanks for your feedback.
The whole concept was that users could enter questions themselves in the "AC Quiz Master" app , these questions then become instantly available for other users doing the quiz but, either people don't realise this or they don't find it as much fun as I hoped they would.
I was thinking the same thing about the looping questions and will do this at some point this week. I've already set it so that you only answer each question once per loop, so it shouldn't be hard to implement.
My idea going forward was that when there were a lot of questions, if you get above certain score levels, the time limited reduces.
Any other ideas/improvements welcome.
I think there should be only free (or ad-supported) apps advertised on XDA.
edit> oh okay then, I've only checked the market sry then!
Developer is including his 2 applications for free ONLY to XDA members, that is fine.

To all, please leave feedback positive or negative.
I noticed the apps weren't working because of a question that was submitted by a user, it's fixed now, so please feel free to add/answer questions again.
Thanks,

LOL, interesting! Nice job! Haha.
Does anybody have TinyWebDB experience
Okay. I now understand why the app failed.
There is a maximum amount of characters that can be entered into each value field (eg. Questions).
The way I have built the app in App Inventor means that each question is built into the same value and indexed, but now the total characters are over the limit of 500.
Hope that makes sense. Does anybody know a way around this?
Update: May have found the answer. I'll have a look when I get home from work.....
-Please don't add any questions for the time being.
Feel free to add as many questions as you like. I've managed to sort out the problem.
Looking for the Free version

A few people have been confused by this now, so I've edited the post slightly to make it clearer.
You'll find them at the bottom of the first post.

Also, add as many questions as you like.

Not as popular as I'd hoped (i.e. Nobody submitting questions). Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Not only was Resident Evil one of the first Sony PlayStation games that took longer than an hour to complete, it was revolutionary. By sacrificing the fully 3D worlds that were the trend of the time, for static, rendered rooms, the game's developers created backgrounds and characters that were better looking than anything anyone had seen up to that point. Perhaps even better yet, Resident Evil proved that "mature" themes could be justified within a good game at a time when the industry was still recovering from the attention Congress had given it sometime back (though Capcom did cut a slight bit of the game's violent cinemas). More than a year later, now that the company has a little less to fear from Senate subcommittees, it's released what it calls the Director's Cut, a version with all of the original footage supposedly left uncensored, along with additional new material to boot.

I think no.
I don't think that this is warez since Capcom/Sony stopped selling this game years ago.
Its warez for anyone that doesn't own the game for psone. You should take the links down or techno probably will.

It is Warez, and it's dumb as **** on top of that; were you planning on uploading every iso you download to this site with screenshots of the game? Finding an iso isn't that difficult and I'd be very surprised if you actually did anyone a favor by posting this.

Version 2.6 updates:
* Updated search features
* Added burp-intruder like feature, called Message Automatic Generator
* Fixed some other problems that might cause app break down
New version will be first landed on Premium version. It has been uploaded and Community version still needs some checking.
THE BRAND NEW Version 2.6 of PentestSuite

I'd appreciate if our members can also ask you everything they want to know here on XDA and that they don't need to go to Telegram for that. It might be advisable to review the XDA Forum Rules in toto but with special emphasis on rules no. 5 and no. 11!
And regarding your last post: When will you free, or community app how you call it, updated to v2.7?

I am still working on that version, and it's expected to be released in the following 3 weeks since you have noticed that quite a lot of features will be added so it takes time to build and make sure everything goes smoothly and perfectly.
And if it's not adequate to post telegram group here I will delete that post later.

Version 2.7.0 has been released!
This new design for message blocker will provide you the power of intercepting specific message you want and tamper it on the fly.
You can add, delete, change any rules in the scope settings dialog.
Hey guys, do you feel good to add vulnerability scanner in #PentestSuite?
And what kind of vulnerability scanner is prefered? Could you share your mind?
#xss #bugbounty #bugbountytips #hackerone #infosec #xsspayloads #hacking #ethicalhacking #infosec #whitehat
Hackers submit vulnerabilities in order to beg for a little return, which is humble enough. The restrictions on private bounty programs have left companies without any hooligan costs. #bugbounty #bugbountytips #infosec #hacking #ethicalhacking #infosec #whitehat #cybersecurity
In the next version of PentestSuite., PentestSuite 3, you will get a really faster and cooler way to set up your hacking environment.
1 Create or select a project
2 Install the certificate with the help from a handy button
It's about a yeah. I am still stick to this project. It maybe hard to solve every problem perfectly. And it maybe looks like an endless process. All I know is: Never give up.
Now PentestSuite 3.2 Community has been upload for release

I wouldn't bother commenting on a tread I don't like. I did it because I was notified by email. So I expressed my opinion, without offending anyone.
It's Unfortunate, You Have To Have A Huawei In Order To Download The App Or Enter The Contest...Are They Not Available For Use In The U.S.? If Not, Then Why Did U.S. XDA Members Receive An eMail About It. I Rarely Get eMails From XDA (Been Years) - So Kinda Interesting To Get One That May Be Useless To Me.
It's been 9 months now, and I still haven't received the prize I won from this giveaway
It's been over a year, and after submitting my requested info, i still haven't heard anything from XDA with regards to receiving my prize from this giveaway
Hello,
This is my first post here and I somehow need some help with android. My goal is to create a script that allows me to purchase a product on an app on my android device.
After taking a look at how purchase works, I decided if I could use ADB to purchase the product for me. So here's a brief explanation of what I got.
Clicking the "purchase" button on the app, calls the URL called "https://play-fe.googleapis.com/fdfe/ees/acquire?theme=2", the URL request contains the packageName, and the productID.
Spoiler: Image

The response has paymentToken and then another HTTP request will be called to acknowledge the purchase with the given paymentToken. The app will check if the paymentToken has been acknowledged.
So basically, the logic of the purchase is "Generate Payment Token -> AcknowledgeToken -> AppAcknowledgePaymentByToken".
My idea is to use ADB to generate a payment token for me and acknowledge it automatically. I'm not really sure if it is possible to get this idea done on ADB. Anyone?

It seems to me that you might be trying to hack the purchase to get it for free. No one here will help you with that, it isn't allowed.

I suggest to simply use the usual purchase processes. And if a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. Otherwise I've closed the thread.
Please thoroughly and urgently review the XDA Forum Rules, to which you agreed to adhere when you registered a few hours ago. Here's a short excerpt:
6. Do not post or request warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.
