I found https://t.me/s/motoupdatestracker?q=#milanf&after=17811 and was looking for the firmware/rom stock update for my phone and was surprised to see the existance of a "Google Play Store" carrier: "Phone Model(s): XT2215-4-SS/PATJ0007US".

Hi,
Sometimes when I want to download and install some applications from the play store with my mobile (Huawei Honor2) or with my Tab(Asus TF101) I find this sentence "This Item isn't available in your country" or this "This app is incompatible with all of your device", I understand what does it mean but why the specific app is not available or incompatible while my devices have good technical specifications so is there is any way that I can download Apps that I want from the store without search them as an apk file from the google? Any ideas or do u have any tricks that can climb over this silly requirements from the play store!
Regards.

Its because some apps have put country restrictions for example: Google Voice which works only in US I guess and other apps like Netflix, Movies by Flixster etc. all have this country restrictions. There was an app called "Market Unlocker" which bypasses this restriction, but I believe Google has taken down that app from the Play Store. Anyways some other modes of Market Unlocker methods remains at XDA, which claims to work. Use Google and you'll get the results about it.
Hello,
I am searching for latest versions of "youtube", "google maps", "gmail" and "google voice search" apps which don't use "google play services".
I need them for Android 2.2, 320*480.
I have HTC Legend with stock Android 2.2 and I am really happy with it (it's because there is no fully functional custom ROM with HTC Sense).
For a device with only 384 MB of RAM with running Viber, Maps and Skype (sometimes) "google play services" became a real problem for a performance of the phone.
I don't want to use stock gapps from Legend because I remember that they had a lot of useful updates (performance and usability improvements) before they started to use "play services".
I've asked google but it doesn't want to show me such info
And according to search results it seems that everyone on xda want to use "play services".
Also I have tried to find some info about older versions of gapps on:
androiddrawer.com/
freewarelovers.com/
xeeapk.com/
androidsandwich.com/
papktop.com
but they have only a description from play market without any mentioning about "play services".
On my rooted LG Leon w Android 5.1.1 with the latest T-Mobile firmware installed via KDZ before the last root, I'm running into an unusual problem with the Play Store. It OPENS, DOWNLOADS, INSTALLS APPS, let me READ REVIEWS. It ONLY when I tap the "Read More" link on the first page of an app description that the Play Store CRASHES w/o any error message. I UNINSTALLED the Play Store UPDATES, and that cured it, but of course had to UPDATE Play Store to run Maps, etc. And then, again, it crashes when I tap the "Read More" link. Any thoughts? Yeah, I MIGHT have disabled some obscure system component, but don't THINK so.
A friend in Mauritania told me that he can find my paid app on Google Play while he can not download the app at all.
In Google Play Console, I selected my paid app, Release - Production. Then in 'Countries / regions' tab, I clicked 'Add countries / regions', but the alert message is 'No countries / regions to add'.
To my surprise, there isn't 'Mauritania' in the list of 'all countries / regions(177)' at all.
What's wrong?!
Can't users in Mauritania download paid or free apps available on the Google Play Store?
How To Fix Android Cannot Download App from Google Play Store
If you get "item isn't available in your country" error when you download an app on your Android device, they are Geo-restricted. Bypass this.

Thank you, sir. But my issue is how to enable my apps on Google Play to be downloaded in Mauritania. I wonder why Mauritania is not in the list of 'all countries / regions(177)'.
