You have Android 12, so you are not using latest ROM... Install via fastboot this: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/vayu/stable/V14.0.3.0.TJUMIXM/ (download fastboot version)

You will need a Windows computer to do this.
1. Unlock your bootloader (will take 7 days).
Add mi account>go to developer options>bootloader unlock> Download mi unlocker tool for windows> connect device and unlock
2. Install Twrp recovery
3. Flash rom
Enjoy!

Yesterday I flashed android 11 miui 12.0.7 eea stable rom and everything was good, then i found some bugs so i wanted to go back to android 10 stock rom. Flashing MIUI 12.5 (Android 11) Global can brick my device?

so i got an Global Poco X3 NFC, for some reason (Possibly poco retired the android 11 recovery update) i can't update to Android 11, i need this to install Android 11 custom roms, So I was wondering if flashing the fastboot version of android 11 MIUI 12.5 for my Global device could brick my device, according to me it should not since the fastboot update itself is on the xiaomi servers, besides that it would flash the correct version (Poco X3 NFC Global), what do you think? is there any xiaomi protection that can brick my device if i do this?
as long as you do the right procedure you'll be alright

Revert Arrow OS 12 to MIUI Vayu

I wanted to revert to MIUI 12 on my Poco X3 Pro but I couldn't. Even using MiFlash Tool I couldn't revert back to MIUI
It seems to have errors with data encryption. Can someone help me please?
I think you have to format data and put your MIUI version on USB stick then flash it with OrangeFox or TWRP recovery.
It is Encryption problem.
